0:00:04 > 0:00:07Hi, Whitney here live from the Newsround studio.

0:00:07 > 0:00:11Coming up in the next few minutes...

0:00:11 > 0:00:13The record-breaker sailing to success.

0:00:13 > 0:00:21And a boy with a cracking business idea.

0:00:27 > 0:00:28First up...

0:00:28 > 0:00:31With the Winter Olympics just ten days away, some British athletes

0:00:31 > 0:00:37have been getting a taste of medal success already.

0:00:37 > 0:00:40Britain's Izzy Atkin, who is just 19, won silver

0:00:40 > 0:00:44in the ski slopestyle, while 2017 champion James Woods came

0:00:44 > 0:00:47third in the ski big air.

0:00:47 > 0:00:51But as well as British success, there has been a lot of extreme

0:00:51 > 0:00:55action at this year's Games.

0:00:55 > 0:00:59Take a look at this.

0:00:59 > 0:01:02I couldn't even begin to count the number of flips he did there,

0:01:02 > 0:01:05but it's not just the men who have been impressing.

0:01:05 > 0:01:07This run was enough to get Anna Gasser her first

0:01:07 > 0:01:09X Games big air gold medal.

0:01:09 > 0:01:11But if you think the X Games are all about skiing

0:01:11 > 0:01:13and snowboarding, well, you'd be wrong.

0:01:13 > 0:01:21Check this out.

0:01:21 > 0:01:29I wonder who actually figured out you could flip a snowmobile.

0:01:29 > 0:01:33Now, here is one boy who has found an EGG-cellent way of making a bit

0:01:33 > 0:01:34of extra pocket money.

0:01:34 > 0:01:36Watch this.

0:01:36 > 0:01:39Most kids want a puppy or a kitten as a pet.

0:01:39 > 0:01:41But not Avi.

0:01:41 > 0:01:44He wanted chickens.

0:01:44 > 0:01:47I like keeping them because it's fun to, like, play with them,

0:01:47 > 0:01:51and I give them cuddles.

0:01:51 > 0:01:52Here's your breakfast!

0:01:52 > 0:01:54Every morning and night after school, Avi braves the weather

0:01:54 > 0:01:56to look after his hens.

0:01:56 > 0:01:59We have to clear the poo in the coop, we have to fill

0:01:59 > 0:02:03the water and food up, collect the eggs.

0:02:03 > 0:02:05But they're not just pets any more.

0:02:05 > 0:02:09Avi realised he could make some extra money selling their eggs.

0:02:09 > 0:02:14So we started off with four hens, and now we've increased to 56.

0:02:14 > 0:02:20We get orders, we've got a Facebook page and we deliver them every week.

0:02:20 > 0:02:24And the whole family's got involved with his egg selling business.

0:02:24 > 0:02:26His parents are the delivery drivers and his brothers

0:02:26 > 0:02:28help with packing them.

0:02:28 > 0:02:34I didn't think it would get this big so soon.

0:02:34 > 0:02:35So it's...

0:02:35 > 0:02:37I'm proud of my brother.

0:02:37 > 0:02:39So what's so special about Avi's eggs?

0:02:39 > 0:02:40Our chickens are well loved.

0:02:40 > 0:02:43All day they can walk around the grass and eat all the bugs,

0:02:43 > 0:02:47and our yolk is really orange.

0:02:47 > 0:02:55Looks like you're running an absolutely cracking business, Avi!

0:02:58 > 0:03:01Next, to one of the toughest ocean races in the world -

0:03:01 > 0:03:03the World Yacht Race - and to Nicki Henderson,

0:03:03 > 0:03:04the youngest ever winner.

0:03:04 > 0:03:06Watch this.

0:03:06 > 0:03:08Sailing across open oceans under blue skies.

0:03:08 > 0:03:11Sounds like a dream, doesn't?

0:03:11 > 0:03:14But these crews have to sail 40,000 nautical miles across the world.

0:03:14 > 0:03:17The incredible journey starts here in the UK,

0:03:17 > 0:03:19sailing from Liverpool to South America.

0:03:19 > 0:03:23Then up to the tip of Africa, round Australia, up to China,

0:03:23 > 0:03:26all the way to Seattle on the West Coast

0:03:26 > 0:03:28of the United States, to New York on the east coast,

0:03:28 > 0:03:32and back to the UK again!

0:03:32 > 0:03:36It takes almost a whole year to complete!

0:03:36 > 0:03:40I feel exhausted just thinking about it.

0:03:40 > 0:03:43But it has not been too much for Nikki's crew to handle.

0:03:43 > 0:03:45She is sailing in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Races,

0:03:45 > 0:03:49as part of Team Visit Seattle.

0:03:49 > 0:03:52And they have won one of the most difficult race stages,

0:03:52 > 0:03:55sailing from Hobart on the island of Tasmania up to the east

0:03:55 > 0:03:59coast of Australia.

0:03:59 > 0:04:02The big win means 24-year-old Nikki from Guildford is now the youngest

0:04:02 > 0:04:05ever skipper to win a race in the competition.

0:04:05 > 0:04:09This route alone took 11 days, with the crew facing massive

0:04:09 > 0:04:13lightning storms and winds as powerful as a small hurricaine.

0:04:13 > 0:04:16So, how are they feeling?

0:04:16 > 0:04:17The race was really tough, actually.

0:04:17 > 0:04:19Tougher than any of us were expecting.

0:04:19 > 0:04:22It was a challenging race.

0:04:22 > 0:04:24They are now halfway through the entire race route,

0:04:24 > 0:04:29all 40,000 nautical miles of it.

0:04:29 > 0:04:31But thankfully they get a little bit of a break before starting

0:04:31 > 0:04:34the next race stage, which will take them almost

0:04:34 > 0:04:356000 miles to China.

0:04:35 > 0:04:36Best of luck, guys!

0:04:36 > 0:04:37And enjoy your time off.
