:00:16. > :00:20.But when those feelings start affecting our daily lives,

:00:21. > :00:28.It's a sign of a mental health problem, and it's thought

:00:29. > :00:31.They're harder to spot than other health problems

:00:32. > :00:37.But many people find it really hard to talk about mental health.

:00:38. > :00:38.Newsround has made a special film about this

:01:23. > :01:30.I didn't tell anyone how I was feeling for over a year,

:01:31. > :01:35.Now I want to find out why it is so hard to talk

:01:36. > :01:41.And what can be done to make it better.

:01:47. > :01:49.obsessive compulsive disorder - or OCD.

:01:50. > :01:52.He didn't tell anyone about how he was feeling for a year

:01:53. > :01:59.When I was 11, I started to worry about bad things happening.

:02:00. > :02:05.And the only thing that made me feel better was washing my hands.

:02:06. > :02:19.I found myself needing to write every three lines.

:02:20. > :02:23.And certain numbers really freaked me out.

:02:24. > :02:25.People at school noticed, and ask me what I was doing.

:02:26. > :02:32.Because I didn't understand what was happening to me.

:03:53. > :03:57.hard to make fake copies of. The new design represents the four nations

:03:58. > :04:02.that make up the UK including the English Rose, the Welsh leek,

:04:03. > :04:07.Scottish Thistle and Irish shamrock. It was designed by a 15-year-old boy

:04:08. > :04:11.called David Pearce, who won a competition. Some people are worried

:04:12. > :04:15.that the new coin might not work in things like supermarket trolleys and

:04:16. > :04:19.vending machines. Companies have a lots of time to make changes to the

:04:20. > :04:24.machines and trolleys that take the coins, so most of them should work

:04:25. > :04:28.OK. By the end of the year, 1.5 billion of these coins will have

:04:29. > :04:33.been made and on October 15 you will not be able to use the old coins in

:04:34. > :04:37.shops, but don't worry, you can swap them at the bank for the new ones.

:04:38. > :04:38.Nature conservationists have been trying to reintroduce beavers

:04:39. > :04:46.And at this special site in Devon in the South of England

:04:47. > :04:48.the beavers who live there have been doing well.

:04:49. > :04:50.Using a drone camera, scientist were able to see

:04:51. > :04:52.that the beavers had been busy making dams -

:04:53. > :04:54.which help to act as a natural defence against flooding.
