0:01:05 > 0:01:07other in the Championship playoffs at Wembley.

0:01:07 > 0:01:09A win would mean promotion to the Premier League,

0:01:09 > 0:01:14which would be the first time ever for Huddersfield.

0:01:14 > 0:01:17We've been asking fans from both clubs what it would mean to them.

0:01:17 > 0:01:20# We are going up, say we are going up #.

0:01:20 > 0:01:23I think the score is going to be 2-1 to Town.

0:01:23 > 0:01:27I think the score is going to be 2-1 to Reading and I think Kermorgant

0:01:27 > 0:01:29is going to score two goals.

0:01:29 > 0:01:30Three!

0:01:30 > 0:01:311-0 to Town.

0:01:31 > 0:01:33Well, my prediction is that Town will win 2-1.

0:01:33 > 0:01:36I think the score will be 2-0 Reading.

0:01:36 > 0:01:46I feel excited and if they win I think they will be writing history.

0:01:46 > 0:01:48I hope we're going to the Premier League cos then we can

0:01:48 > 0:01:51play against some really good teams like Arsenal and Chelsea.

0:01:51 > 0:01:53We could beat almost everyone in the Premier League.

0:01:53 > 0:01:56I want Reading to go up because I've been a Reading

0:01:56 > 0:01:57supporter all my life.

0:01:57 > 0:01:59It will mean everything to me and my family.

0:01:59 > 0:02:01I really hope they get to the Premier League.

0:02:01 > 0:02:04I've never seen Town do so well so I'm pretty excited.

0:02:04 > 0:02:05Come on, you can do it.

0:02:05 > 0:02:06Good luck.

0:02:06 > 0:02:09I wish you the best luck and I hope we make it.

0:02:09 > 0:02:13It will just be like my life is over cos I never expected such a thing.

0:02:13 > 0:02:17# We love you, Reading, we do.

0:02:17 > 0:02:19# Oh, Reading, we love you #.

0:02:19 > 0:02:23Come on, Town!

0:02:23 > 0:02:25Next the way you train for rugby sessions could change soon

0:02:25 > 0:02:27to help reduce the risk of players getting hurt.

0:02:27 > 0:02:29Here's Jenny to tell us more.

0:02:30 > 0:02:32Rugby.

0:02:32 > 0:02:36Everyone knows it's not the most...gentle of sports.

0:02:40 > 0:02:43But it's been hitting headlines recently because of some really bad

0:02:43 > 0:02:46head injuries professional players like Johnny Sexton and George North

0:02:46 > 0:02:53have been suffering on the pitch.

0:02:53 > 0:02:56Head and neck injuries happen a lot more often in rugby than other

0:02:56 > 0:02:59sports because of the impact of tackling and scrummaging.

0:02:59 > 0:03:01People have even asked whether contact rugby should be

0:03:01 > 0:03:04played by kids at school.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07Well, a research team have found a way of seriously reducing the risk

0:03:07 > 0:03:11of head injuries to kids.

0:03:11 > 0:03:14They found that by doing a special 20-minute exercise programme

0:03:14 > 0:03:17at least three times a week, the risk of injury is

0:03:17 > 0:03:18dramatically reduced.

0:03:18 > 0:03:22In the schools where it was tested, there were less than half as many

0:03:22 > 0:03:24neck and head injuries.

0:03:24 > 0:03:26I feel more confident now that I've got these

0:03:26 > 0:03:28injury-prevention exercises before the game, before training.

0:03:28 > 0:03:32So I feel more confident to go into the tackles.

0:03:32 > 0:03:35I've got more range of movement, I feel that

0:03:35 > 0:03:38fitness-wise, I feel better.

0:03:38 > 0:03:39I can play for longer.

0:03:39 > 0:03:42And now the governing body of rugby in England, the RFU,

0:03:42 > 0:03:44is looking to introduce the exercises into schools

0:03:44 > 0:03:50and nonprofessional clubs in England from next season.

0:03:50 > 0:03:53We put together this research project over three years,

0:03:53 > 0:03:55which has just been published and it does show, actually,

0:03:55 > 0:03:58these types of movement-control programmes do seem to have a really

0:03:58 > 0:04:01good effect in terms of injury prevention in rugby.

0:04:01 > 0:04:04So we are starting to roll this out in schools next month.

0:04:04 > 0:04:06Well, it certainly looks like they're trying

0:04:06 > 0:04:11to tackle this issue.

0:04:11 > 0:04:15And it that time of the week again when things get a little weird.

0:04:15 > 0:04:17It's time for Strange, Stranger, Strangest.

0:04:17 > 0:04:19Strange!

0:04:19 > 0:04:22What do you usually find in a vending machine?

0:04:22 > 0:04:23Crisps, drinks...

0:04:23 > 0:04:25Cars?

0:04:25 > 0:04:26Yeah, that's right.

0:04:26 > 0:04:29At this car showroom in Singapore they make the most of the space

0:04:29 > 0:04:33by piling up cars like chocolate in a vending machine.

0:04:33 > 0:04:36Once you've picked the one you want, a computer sets the machine

0:04:36 > 0:04:38in action and brings the car to you.

0:04:38 > 0:04:40I'll take a red one, please.

0:04:40 > 0:04:42Stranger!

0:04:42 > 0:04:45Have you ever seen twin baby pandas?

0:04:45 > 0:04:46They're pretty cute, aren't they?

0:04:46 > 0:04:49And they're the first to be born in captivity.

0:04:49 > 0:04:51These brothers are a month old and doing well.

0:04:51 > 0:04:54When they were born, they were even smaller and kept

0:04:54 > 0:04:58warm and fed in hospital to get their strength up.

0:04:58 > 0:05:00Now they're back with their mum and waiting for names.

0:05:00 > 0:05:02How about Ricky One and Ricky Two?

0:05:02 > 0:05:03No?

0:05:03 > 0:05:05Strangest!

0:05:05 > 0:05:07Now, be honest, would you rather walk up lots

0:05:07 > 0:05:10of stairs or take the lift?

0:05:10 > 0:05:12What about running a marathon up stairs?

0:05:12 > 0:05:16More than 2,000 people took on what might be the most

0:05:16 > 0:05:19challenging race of the year, the Great Wall Marathon in China.

0:05:19 > 0:05:24The run involves 5,164 steps.

0:05:24 > 0:05:25How many?

0:05:25 > 0:05:29It makes me tired just saying 5,164 steps.

0:05:29 > 0:05:32Superb effort.

0:05:32 > 0:05:34Finally, who fancies seeing some little dogs

0:05:34 > 0:05:35dressed in cute costumes?

0:05:35 > 0:05:37Yep, me too.

0:05:37 > 0:05:40This little devil is taking part in the fifth annual Dachshund Parade

0:05:40 > 0:05:45in St Petersberg in Russia.

0:05:45 > 0:05:48Outfits ranged from a Chinese emperor to what we think might be

0:05:48 > 0:05:50Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates Of The Caribbean...?

0:05:50 > 0:05:52That's all from me.

0:05:52 > 0:05:53Newsround's back tomorrow with Whitney.

0:05:53 > 0:05:57Bye.
