:00:34. > :00:36.Troops in Afghanistan will mark the event from the biggest army

:00:37. > :00:42.Well, this year also marks 100 years since the outbreak of one

:00:43. > :00:46.of the biggest wars in history - The First World War.

:00:47. > :00:52.Millions of people from around the world were killed in fighting that

:00:53. > :00:55.lasted four years, but it was a moment in Sarajevo, now the capital

:00:56. > :00:57.of Bosnia and Herzegovina, exactly a hundred years ago today, that

:00:58. > :01:02.started a chain of events which led to the conflict. The BBC's

:01:03. > :01:05.Allan Little sent Newsround this report from the spot where the first

:01:06. > :01:26.28th, 1914, was supposed to be a day of celebration in Sarajevo. Franz

:01:27. > :01:32.Ferdinand, the next emperor, was coming to visit. Not everybody

:01:33. > :01:36.thought this was a cause for celebration. A young man, a

:01:37. > :01:42.teenager, only 19 years old, was standing on this street corner. He

:01:43. > :01:47.was part of a group of people who were so angry they decided to get

:01:48. > :01:53.freedom for the country. Franz Ferdinand's car was driving here.

:01:54. > :02:00.When the car reached this corner, it presented a stationary target to the

:02:01. > :02:08.attacker. He stepped forward, killing the Archduke Franz Ferdinand

:02:09. > :02:13.and his wife. The Austrians blamed the Serbs and it escalated into war.

:02:14. > :02:15.It started right here on this Sarajevo street corner.

:02:16. > :02:17.A lightning storm stopped the show at music festival

:02:18. > :02:21.Dance group Rudimental had to end their show early when a bolt

:02:22. > :02:24.of lightning hit the ground nearby, and the electricity was turned off.

:02:25. > :02:27.Things are back up and running now, but more rain is forecast for today.

:02:28. > :02:31.And Andy Murray will enjoy a rest day today after he sailed past

:02:32. > :02:35.Spain's Roberto Bautista Agut to reach the second week of Wimbledon

:02:36. > :02:42.He's heading into round four on a 16-match winning streak,

:02:43. > :02:47.but spare a thought for Romania's Monica Niculescu, she blocked

:02:48. > :02:50.a powerful serve from her doubles partner with the back of her head.
