:00:35. > :00:38.Antarctica is home to some stunning wildlife as well as the South

:00:39. > :00:43.Now, a huge area of the continent is getting special protection.

:00:44. > :00:46.World leaders have agreed that no companies should be allowed

:00:47. > :00:48.to fish in the Ross Sea for the next 35 years.

:00:49. > :00:52.The region is about six times the size of the United Kingdom.

:00:53. > :00:55.This new deal - agreed at a meeting in Australia -

:00:56. > :00:58.is creating the largest marine sanctuary on the planet.

:00:59. > :01:01.It's hoped it'll help to preserve the animals that live there,

:01:02. > :01:14.This is a huge step forward for marine protection globally. It is

:01:15. > :01:18.very significant because these areas are so special and so pristine, it

:01:19. > :01:23.is a real victory, not just the governments that have come together

:01:24. > :01:27.and agreed it but it is a victory for people power, and it shows that

:01:28. > :01:28.when we come together people can protect really large parts of the

:01:29. > :01:29.planet and we need to do so quickly. Someone else who's been

:01:30. > :01:32.doing their bit for wildlife is Prince Harry, who's been talking

:01:33. > :01:35.about his three weeks on a huge He's been working with

:01:36. > :01:38.the African Parks organisation, who is moving 500

:01:39. > :01:39.elephants 350 kilometres across the country of Malawi to help

:01:40. > :01:42.the species survive. Harry assisted with transporting

:01:43. > :01:44.more than half of them - the rest will be re-homed

:01:45. > :01:46.next summer. He hopes the mission will help boost

:01:47. > :02:02.elephant numbers. In some countries the numbers are

:02:03. > :02:08.dropping unbelievably quickly and in other countries we have too many. It

:02:09. > :02:13.is this weird imbalance. We need to come up with new methods to move

:02:14. > :02:14.these animals, to make sure that these places are looked after.

:02:35. > :02:38.Yes, it looks like a brown rock, but special microscopes have

:02:39. > :02:41.It's believed it belonged to a relative of the plant-eating

:02:42. > :02:44.iguanadon which was alive more than 130 million years ago.

:02:45. > :02:46.One possible reason why it's survived this long

:02:47. > :02:48.is because the dinosaur got preserved in a swamp

:02:49. > :02:55.It's a Halloween spook-tacular on Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.
