:00:30. > :00:32.First up, more success in the pool as Team GB

:00:34. > :00:37.They won gold in the men's 4x200m freestyle.

:00:38. > :00:40.GB had three medals from the first five days of competition, all gold,

:00:41. > :00:54.What a great swim by all of us. I knew that I would be a bit flighty

:00:55. > :00:57.but for me tonight was about getting back, having a good time with the

:00:58. > :01:01.back, having a good time with the boys and we're world champions.

:01:02. > :01:04.More sport now and Great Britain's U23's team took on Turkey

:01:05. > :01:06.at the The World Wheelchair Basketball Championships last

:01:07. > :01:08.month - and for the first time they won gold!

:01:09. > :01:14.Hayley went to meet the team in Sheffield where they train.

:01:15. > :01:21.It was this match with this shot from Ben Fox that gave the GB team

:01:22. > :01:25.the oning trophy. But it hasn't stopped there. The team have

:01:26. > :01:31.reunited in Sheffield as they are training around the clock for the

:01:32. > :01:34.European basketball championships and there is hope for Paralympic

:01:35. > :01:39.success in the future. We are back for two weeks now. It is

:01:40. > :01:44.starting to set in when you do this. You look back, since I've been back

:01:45. > :01:49.I've not thought about it, it's good to have a think back. You don't

:01:50. > :01:57.always get time to think about about what you have achieved.

:01:58. > :02:03.Was it about basketball? It has helped my life.

:02:04. > :02:05.And what is the dream? To get the gold on the day of the European

:02:06. > :02:09.Championships, that is the challenge.

:02:10. > :02:21.Right, are you up for this? Let's do it!

:02:22. > :02:26.MUSIC: Eye of the Tiger, from Rocky.

:02:27. > :02:30.Lots of people all over the UK live in tower blocks like these.

:02:31. > :02:32.But since the massive fire at Grenfell Tower

:02:33. > :02:36.about how safe they are in the event of a fire.

:02:37. > :02:53.I went to meet Shania who lives in a tower block in London.

:02:54. > :02:58.Hello. How are you doing? Come into my

:02:59. > :03:02.house. How long have you lived here for?

:03:03. > :03:06.Basically, a year. So what do we have here? This is the

:03:07. > :03:10.kitchen, the front room and the balcony.

:03:11. > :03:16.What a view! This is incredible. What is it like living here with the

:03:17. > :03:21.view? I love it. The Shard is there. After a long day at school, Shania

:03:22. > :03:26.is home and showing me her flat in south-west London.

:03:27. > :03:32.I am 14. I am going out with my friends, irritating my mum. I like

:03:33. > :03:37.swimming, playing rugby. I've lived here for a year. I Joan joy it. I

:03:38. > :03:42.like the view, I like my bedroom. And it has a roof garden. I prefer

:03:43. > :03:49.it. Since last month's fire at Grenfell

:03:50. > :03:52.Tower, people who look after other tower blocks around the country have

:03:53. > :03:56.been working to ensure buildings a safe in the future and to ensure a

:03:57. > :04:01.tragedy like that never happens again.

:04:02. > :04:05.What was it like when the fire happened at Grenfell Tower, could

:04:06. > :04:08.you see anything? I could see the smoke.

:04:09. > :04:13.You could see the smoke? Yeah. Shocking.

:04:14. > :04:16.One of the big things that's been talked about at the Grenfell Tower

:04:17. > :04:21.fire is this stuff. It's called cladding. It's wrapped around

:04:22. > :04:26.buildings to try to protect it from the weather and to also change a

:04:27. > :04:31.tower's appearance. Some experts have said that the

:04:32. > :04:39.typing cladding used could have had a part in making the fewer at

:04:40. > :04:44.Grenfell Tower much worse. The building that Shania lives in,

:04:45. > :04:48.has the same type of cladding but the company that owns it told

:04:49. > :04:52.Newsround it will be taken off and replaced. They say that the Fire

:04:53. > :04:58.Brigade have checked the building and it is safe to live in now

:04:59. > :05:01.because of all of the other features, including sprinklers and

:05:02. > :05:06.smoke alarms at home. They told us to test our fire alarms

:05:07. > :05:11.and to be careful. We have been given a lot of advice. In every room

:05:12. > :05:17.you go in there is a sprinkler. We have been told we are safe. There is

:05:18. > :05:23.nothing for us to worry about. Shania and her mum have seen and

:05:24. > :05:35.heard a lot about tower blocks since the Grenfell Tower. Many want people

:05:36. > :05:42.living in clad tower blocks to feel safe. They Shania and her mum like

:05:43. > :05:44.They Shania and her mum like living here.

:05:45. > :05:47.Finally, to the hot air balloons lighting up the night sky...

:05:48. > :05:49.What a magical sight this must have been

:05:50. > :05:50.for spectators late last night in Italy.

:05:51. > :05:53.It's one of the biggest balloon festivals and lasts for 10 days.

:05:54. > :05:55.The balloons will take off later this afternoon.

:05:56. > :06:02.That's all from me, Newsround's back right

:06:03. > :06:05.Do you know what I love? A good drawing
