:00:34. > :00:38.because of a big fire in Exeter, in south-west England.

:00:39. > :00:41.Firefighters are working to put out the blaze,

:00:42. > :00:46.Everyone was safely evacuated from the Royal Clarence hotel,

:00:47. > :00:53.But a broken gas main is making the fire a difficult job.
