0:01:02 > 0:01:04Talking of goals, look at this one from

0:01:20 > 0:01:25company so he can help children succeed in lots of different sports.
0:01:25 > 0:01:29Hi, I'm Andy Murray, British tennis number one,
0:01:29 > 0:01:33and my message to the young sportspeople is
0:01:33 > 0:01:39that you're all going to have setbacks along the way.
0:01:39 > 0:01:40Everybody gets them.
0:01:40 > 0:01:43You're going to have disappointments, you might not get
0:01:43 > 0:01:45selected for your team, you might lose in
0:01:45 > 0:01:48big finals, but that's OK.
0:01:48 > 0:01:49It's not a bad thing.
0:01:49 > 0:01:52You're going to have people when you lose these matches
0:01:52 > 0:01:56telling you you can't do it, you know, you're not capable.
0:01:56 > 0:01:59You're always going to have negativity out there,
0:01:59 > 0:02:02but if you keep believing in yourself, if you keep working hard,
0:02:02 > 0:02:11you will get there.
0:02:11 > 0:02:13so go out there and do it.
0:02:13 > 0:02:14Good luck.
0:02:14 > 0:02:19Next, it's pretty hard to do a backflip,
0:02:19 > 0:02:20but imagine managing it in a wheelchair.
0:02:20 > 0:02:24Well, Lily Rice is the first woman in the UK to do just that!
0:02:24 > 0:02:26She tells us all about how she managed this awesome trick.
0:02:33 > 0:02:37I'm Lily Rice, I'm 13 years old, and I ride WCMX.
0:02:37 > 0:02:41WCMX stands for wheelchair motocross.
0:02:41 > 0:02:44It involves riding a wheelchair in a skatepark.
0:02:44 > 0:02:48You ride the wheelchair like a BMXer would ride a BMX,
0:02:48 > 0:02:50or a skateboarder would ride a skateboard, or a scooter
0:02:50 > 0:02:52would ride a scooter.
0:02:52 > 0:02:55I started riding early March, and we just, like, did it on a
0:02:55 > 0:03:02few banks, which are basically like small hills going up and down.
0:03:02 > 0:03:04But as my confidence increased, I started to try bigger ramps,
0:03:04 > 0:03:06and then eventually did a small quarter pipe, which
0:03:06 > 0:03:08is about two feet.
0:03:08 > 0:03:10And I felt so happy when I did that.
0:03:10 > 0:03:12But now, looking back on that, I think that is
0:03:12 > 0:03:16nothing compared to what I am doing now.
0:03:16 > 0:03:19The backflip wasn't really a target, I kind of just arrived at
0:03:19 > 0:03:23the skatepark and I was like, "I want to try a backflip".
0:03:23 > 0:03:26Practised into a foam pit first, which is like a big
0:03:26 > 0:03:30ramp going up into bits of foam, basically.
0:03:30 > 0:03:31It kind of describes itself.
0:03:31 > 0:03:34Then I moved onto a resi ramp, which is a normal ramp made for
0:03:34 > 0:03:36practising tricks.
0:03:36 > 0:03:39Once I landed it, I was, like, really happy.
0:03:39 > 0:03:42I was ecstatic and I screamed.
0:03:42 > 0:03:44It is different to what other people are doing.
0:03:44 > 0:03:47I go to the skate park, and people are like, why is there a
0:03:47 > 0:03:49wheelchair here?
0:03:49 > 0:03:52Then I go onto one of the ramps, and they are like,
0:03:52 > 0:03:53oh, my God.
0:03:53 > 0:04:00I'd like to try a front flip now that I can do a backflip.
0:04:00 > 0:04:03No woman has ever done a front flip, so I
0:04:03 > 0:04:04would be the first woman to do that.
0:04:04 > 0:04:07Skateboarding is going to the Olympics next year, and I really
0:04:07 > 0:04:09hope WCMX can go to the Paralympics as well.
0:04:09 > 0:04:12I want to inspire others and show people that you can do
0:04:12 > 0:04:13whatever you want.
0:04:13 > 0:04:15You just have to put your mind to it.
0:04:15 > 0:04:17An entire street in Hampshire has been decorated
0:04:17 > 0:04:20with festive lights by a man who really loves Christmas.
0:04:20 > 0:04:22He started persuading every one of his neighbours
0:04:22 > 0:04:23to decorate their homes 13 years ago.
0:04:23 > 0:04:28This year, hundreds of people turned up to see the switch-on.
0:04:28 > 0:04:30So far, around £50,000 has been raised for charity,
0:04:30 > 0:04:32and the lights attract thousands of people
0:04:32 > 0:04:42in the run-up to Christmas.
0:04:43 > 0:04:49Go online to get all the details of the royal wedding. I hope I've got a
0:04:49 > 0:04:54ticket in the post. Plus if you are a basketball fan we have some great
0:04:54 > 0:04:56steps from the Harlem Globetrotters.
0:04:56 > 0:04:57Thanks for watching.
0:04:57 > 0:05:02I'm back in half an hour.
