0:00:15 > 0:00:17Keep working hard, you get there and

0:00:17 > 0:00:19get to meet you and visions.

0:00:19 > 0:00:29And prepare yourselves for an epic high-flying stunt.

0:00:30 > 0:00:33First up, tennis star Andy Murray says he's keen to help young

0:00:33 > 0:00:45athletes achieve sporting success.

0:01:18 > 0:01:21It requires a certain level of skill to achieve what he's

0:01:21 > 0:01:23achieved and I think that's what we want to do.

0:01:23 > 0:01:26We want to be at the top of argument are sport.

0:01:26 > 0:01:29Recruits to his management company will be able to talk to Andy himself

0:01:29 > 0:01:32as well as getting loads of advice on sports science, nutrition

0:01:32 > 0:01:35plus access to amazing facilities.

0:01:35 > 0:01:38He has won slams and the fact that he is still thinking about how

0:01:38 > 0:01:41to help the younger players shows how much he cares about the next

0:01:41 > 0:01:43generation coming up.

0:01:43 > 0:01:47And what is his advice for all you budding sports stars out there?

0:01:47 > 0:01:50You are all going to have setbacks along the way.

0:01:50 > 0:01:52Everybody gets them.

0:01:52 > 0:01:54It's not a bad thing.

0:01:54 > 0:01:56If you keep believing in yourself, you keep working hard,

0:01:56 > 0:01:57you will get there.

0:01:57 > 0:02:00You will get to reach your goals and your ambitions.

0:02:00 > 0:02:05Next, it's pretty hard to do a backflip.

0:02:05 > 0:02:09But imagine managing it in wheelchair.

0:02:09 > 0:02:19Well, Lily Rice is the first female in the UK to do just that.

0:02:19 > 0:02:24I'm Lily Rice, I'm 13 years old, and I ride WCMX.

0:02:24 > 0:02:27WCMX stands for wheelchair motocross.

0:02:27 > 0:02:30It involves riding a wheelchair in a skatepark.

0:02:30 > 0:02:33You ride the wheelchair like a BMXer would ride a BMX,

0:02:33 > 0:02:36or a skateboarder would ride a skateboard, or a scooter

0:02:36 > 0:02:37would ride a scooter.

0:02:37 > 0:02:40I started riding early March, and we just, like, stayed on a

0:02:40 > 0:02:46few banks, which are basically like small hills going up and down.

0:02:47 > 0:02:49But as my confidence increased, I started to try bigger ramps,

0:02:49 > 0:02:51and then eventually did a small quarter pipe,

0:02:51 > 0:02:54which is about two feet.

0:02:54 > 0:02:56And I felt so happy when I did that.

0:02:56 > 0:02:58But now, looking back on that, I think that's

0:02:58 > 0:03:01nothing compared to what I'm doing now.

0:03:01 > 0:03:04The backflip wasn't really a target, I kind of just arrived at

0:03:04 > 0:03:07the skatepark and I was like, I want to try a backflip.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10Practised into a foam pit first, which is like a big

0:03:10 > 0:03:13ramp going up into a pit of foam, basically.

0:03:13 > 0:03:16It kind of describes itself.

0:03:16 > 0:03:19Then I moved onto a resi ramp, which is a normal ramp made for

0:03:19 > 0:03:21practising tricks.

0:03:21 > 0:03:23Once I landed it, I was, like, really happy.

0:03:23 > 0:03:26I was ecstatic and I screamed.

0:03:26 > 0:03:29It is different to what other people are doing.

0:03:29 > 0:03:32I rock up to the skate park, and people are like,

0:03:32 > 0:03:33why is there a wheelchair here?

0:03:33 > 0:03:36Then I go onto one of the ramps, and they are like,

0:03:36 > 0:03:37oh, my God.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40I'd like to try a front flip now that I can do a backflip.

0:03:40 > 0:03:43No woman has ever done a front flip, so I

0:03:43 > 0:03:45would be the first woman to do that.

0:03:45 > 0:03:47Skateboarding is going to the Olympics next year, and I really

0:03:47 > 0:03:51hope WCMX can go to the Paralympics as well.

0:03:51 > 0:03:54I want to inspire others and show people that you can do

0:03:54 > 0:03:55whatever you want.

0:03:55 > 0:04:05You just have to put your mind to it.

0:04:06 > 0:04:11Lily, I was definitely the first new Shuai presented to do a backflip. In

0:04:11 > 0:04:12my dreams!

0:04:12 > 0:04:15Next, we're about to see one of the biggest, coolest,

0:04:15 > 0:04:16gravity-defying stunts ever.

0:04:16 > 0:04:17These French wingsuit flyers are gliding through

0:04:17 > 0:04:18Switzerland's Jungfrau Mountain.

0:04:18 > 0:04:21However, being able to fly just isn't cool enough for these guys,

0:04:21 > 0:04:24so they decided to land on board a light aeroplane

0:04:24 > 0:04:26in mid-air. What?

0:04:26 > 0:04:29Fred Furgen and Vince Reffet practised more

0:04:29 > 0:04:32than 100 times before doing it for real.

0:04:32 > 0:04:35It's like something from an action movie.

0:04:35 > 0:04:38And if you haven't got any homework this afternoon,

0:04:38 > 0:04:39why not head to Newsround online?

0:04:39 > 0:04:42We've got all the latest on the Royal Wedding -

0:04:42 > 0:04:43exciting stuff!

0:04:43 > 0:04:46Plus, check out the trailer for the latest Avengers movie.

0:04:46 > 0:04:50Cannot wait to see that one.

0:04:50 > 0:04:56That's it from me. Hayley's back in the morning.
