0:00:11 > 0:00:14The statue that's sweeping social media.

0:00:14 > 0:00:18But who's it meant to be?

0:00:24 > 0:00:27First the number of robins visiting UK gardens

0:00:27 > 0:00:31is at its highest for 20 years.

0:00:31 > 0:00:34The RSPB say nearly half a million people joined

0:00:34 > 0:00:36in their Big Garden Birdwatch counting more than eight million

0:00:36 > 0:00:40birds in their gardens.

0:00:40 > 0:00:44And apart from loads of robin there were even some rare sightings,

0:00:44 > 0:00:46like these Waxwings.

0:00:46 > 0:00:49Next to the US, where a massive underground pipe that'll

0:00:49 > 0:00:52carry oil across America is being finished off.

0:00:52 > 0:00:54It's led to huge arguments between people who support

0:00:54 > 0:00:57it and other people who are protesting against it.

0:00:57 > 0:01:00So what actually is the Dakota pipeline?

0:01:00 > 0:01:01Here's Ricky.

0:01:01 > 0:01:07The Dakota pipeline stretching over 1,200 miles.

0:01:07 > 0:01:13This giant pipe runs under land and water through four US states.

0:01:13 > 0:01:16Its job, to carry oil from North Dakota's wells

0:01:20 > 0:01:23to be cleaned for use.

0:01:23 > 0:01:28This thing can carry around 470,000 barrels of oil a day.

0:01:28 > 0:01:31Its supporters, including US President Donald Trump,

0:01:31 > 0:01:36say the pipeline is the safest way to transport oil to the rest

0:01:36 > 0:01:39of the country and cheaper than carrying barrels by train.

0:01:39 > 0:01:41But not everyone agrees.

0:01:41 > 0:01:43Many think the pipeline has the potential to

0:01:43 > 0:01:46pollute the environment.

0:01:46 > 0:01:48Thousands have protested against the bill, including

0:01:48 > 0:01:53the Native American tribes who live at Standing Rock.

0:01:53 > 0:01:55They have been joined by other Native American

0:01:55 > 0:01:58groups and campaigners.

0:01:58 > 0:02:00They argue the pipeline could destroy sacred religious sites

0:02:00 > 0:02:02and pollute their main water supply from the Missouri River,

0:02:02 > 0:02:06if there was ever a leak.

0:03:08 > 0:03:10They absolutely reek!

0:03:10 > 0:03:14But it also counts on how they smell outside.
