:02:21. > :02:25.representing it. I never planned on doing anything to do with weights. I

:02:26. > :02:30.started off as a sprinter then one of the coaches took me to the gym

:02:31. > :02:35.and was like, you are beating all of these boys who are 20 years old and

:02:36. > :02:43.you are 12! That is what inspired me. What goes through your head to

:02:44. > :02:48.make sure you can be the best? My coach tells me things like back in

:02:49. > :02:53.tight, chest up, you are strong, you can do it. He will slap me and they,

:02:54. > :02:58.you can do it. I go out and chalk my hands up, slap my legs and get

:02:59. > :03:04.focused and angry, then just lift the bar. So you have got to focus,

:03:05. > :03:08.be a bit angry. Do you think of your mum telling you offer for not

:03:09. > :03:14.cleaning your room?! Not really! Things like that, yes. Do you get to

:04:31. > :04:38.How's this for a bit of a news - a stinky plant has bloomed

:04:39. > :04:42.The rare plant is called the corpse flower.

:04:43. > :04:44.Why? Because it smells so bad.

:04:45. > :04:47.It's one of the biggest flowering plants on earth and can

:04:48. > :04:52.grow up to six feet, which is as tall as a grown man.

:04:53. > :04:54.Luckily the smelly flower only lasts for a couple of days.

:04:55. > :05:01.So what do people who've had a whiff think?

:05:02. > :05:08.When the flower finally opens it releases this tremendous fragrance,

:05:09. > :05:14.it smells like a mixture of rotting meat, rotting fish and a few other

:05:15. > :05:17.terrible odours as well. This flower is pollinated by flies and the tours

:05:18. > :05:24.that are attracted to the smell of rotting meat. It smells like vomit!

:05:25. > :05:30.Horrible! Garbage. Even worse than garbage. Filthy! What a dog leaves

:05:31. > :05:32.behind! Onto something cuter,

:05:33. > :05:33.some surfing dogs. 70 of them are taking part

:05:34. > :05:36.in the surf dog of the year Dogs of all shapes, sizes

:05:37. > :05:40.and breeds can enter. They're judged on how long they ride
