:01:15. > :01:19.This time for me, I feel a lot more confident, a lot more of a all

:01:20. > :01:30.I know what to expect going into an Olympic games now

:01:31. > :01:33.and it won't be so overwhelming as it was the first time.

:01:34. > :01:36.I was like, wow, it is such an amazing experience.

:01:37. > :01:38.This time, I think I feel a little bit more level-headed.

:01:39. > :01:41.Staying with the Olympics and onto one of the youngest Brits

:01:42. > :01:42.taking part, weightlifter Rebekah Tiler.

:01:43. > :01:44.She's one of 350 athletes to go to the world's

:01:45. > :01:51.I'm only 17, this is my first Olympic Games of I am so excited.

:01:52. > :01:58.I've just been training so hard for this and now my dream

:01:59. > :02:08.I love my country and I like representing it.

:02:09. > :02:12.I actually never planned on doing anything to do with weights.

:02:13. > :02:29.I started off as a sprinter and one day my sprinting coach took me

:02:30. > :02:32.took me to a gym and said, wow, you're beating all these boys

:02:33. > :02:34.who are like 20 years old and you are 12!

:02:35. > :02:38.He was like, if you take it up, you will be world class.

:02:39. > :02:45.What goes through your head to make sure you are the best that

:02:46. > :02:49.My coach tells me a few things like put your chest up,

:02:50. > :02:52.you are strong and you can go out and do it.

:02:53. > :02:54.He stops me and says, come on, you can do it.

:02:55. > :02:59.Then I go out and I talk my hands up and I slap my legs and I get focused

:03:00. > :03:01.and get angry and stuff and then just lift the bar.

:03:02. > :03:06.Do you think of your mum telling you off for not cleaning your room?

:03:07. > :03:11.Are you going to bring a family with the?

:03:12. > :03:14.Unfortunately, my family can't go because it is quite

:03:15. > :03:19.expensive and I've got dogs and sisters and staff.

:03:20. > :03:24.Family life they have to sort out back home.

:03:25. > :03:33.You feel like this Olympics will be a bit of a warm up for you.

:03:34. > :03:36.Yeah, this time, I'm glad they've picked me so I can experience it

:03:37. > :03:39.and get used to it and next time I will try and get a medal.

:03:40. > :03:42.And you've been telling us what you're excited to see.

:03:43. > :03:44.Ben's looking forward to the swimming - he's in his school

:03:45. > :03:47.swim team and is hoping to learn some skills from the Olympians.

:03:54. > :03:55.The number of plastic bags being used in England has dropped

:03:56. > :03:58.dramatically after a charge of 5p was brought in last October.

:03:59. > :04:02.In the first six months of the charge, supermarkets gave

:04:03. > :04:09.out 600 million bags - that's compared to more

:04:10. > :04:11.than 7 billion bags thought to have been used two years ago.

:04:40. > :04:47.A stinky plant has bloomed after ten years in America.

:04:48. > :04:51.The rare plant is called the corpse flower because it smells so bad.

:04:52. > :04:54.It's one of the biggest flowering plants on earth and can grow up

:04:55. > :04:57.to six feet which is as tall as a grown man.

:04:58. > :05:00.Luckily, the smelly flower only lasts for a couple of days.

:05:08. > :05:15.When the flower finally opens it releases this tremendous fragrance

:05:16. > :05:21.and smells like a mixture of rotting meat, rotting fish and a few other

:05:22. > :05:26.terrible smells. It is pollinated by flies and beetles that by the smell

:05:27. > :05:30.of rotting meat. It smells like vomit! Horrible, garbage. Worse than

:05:31. > :05:36.garbage. What a dog leaves behind. Up to 70 are taking

:05:37. > :05:41.part in the surf dog of the year competition

:05:42. > :05:43.in California in the US. Dogs of all shapes, sizes

:05:44. > :05:45.and breeds can enter. They're judged on how long they ride
