:03:19. > :03:21.The Commonwealth Games Baton Relay returns to England today.

:03:22. > :03:26.It's back for the first time since the queen put a special

:03:34. > :03:34.It arrived in Manchester this morning

:03:35. > :03:42.and the BBC's Ben Moore was there. We're here in the national cycling

:03:43. > :03:45.Centre in Manchester. This was built in 2002, the last time the

:03:46. > :03:49.Commonwealth Games were in the UK. It is a very good place for the

:03:50. > :03:57.baton to come. As it starts its journey around England. I have two

:03:58. > :04:02.very well-known here, Jess varnish, and Matt Crampton. Jess, the games

:04:03. > :04:08.are coming, are you excited? I really can't wait to have the games

:04:37. > :04:39.Thanks Ben, everyone here is having a great time

:04:40. > :04:44.and earlier this morning a massive announcement was made.

:04:45. > :04:47.The name of the Dumping Ground dog. Thousands of you suggested names and

:04:48. > :04:51.have been voting on your favourite. So was it Oliver, Rudy or Mischief?

:04:52. > :04:52.Earlier I caught up with Cel - one of the celebrity judges involved

:04:53. > :05:00.in naming the dog. He is called Mischief. Brilliant, I

:05:01. > :05:05.couldn't have done better myself. Why did you go with that name which

:05:06. > :05:10.Mark we believe that in the Dumping Ground, he is going to get up to a

:05:11. > :05:14.bit of mischief, but he is loved. He is quite cheeky, so we thought that

:05:15. > :05:19.name was appropriate, and at the end of the day, it is the audience who

:05:20. > :05:23.voted. But what is wrong with Timothy or Jonathan, those really

:05:24. > :05:32.strong names. Those are a bit standard. I really liked Rudy, but I

:05:33. > :05:37.got voted out. Eight, what do we think of Rudy?
