:00:45. > :00:46.on your summer holiday because the number of jellyfish is on

:00:47. > :00:52.To find out why their numbers are on the up, Ayshah took a trip

:00:53. > :01:07.This jellyfish is the same size as a dustbin lid and taste just one of

:01:08. > :01:13.hundreds that have been recorded this year around the UK. Wright

:01:14. > :01:21.show, large numbers of them have been spotted around the coast of

:01:22. > :01:24.Cornwall. For the last nine years, the Marine conservation Society and

:01:25. > :01:30.the University of Exeter have been recording the number of jellyfish.

:01:31. > :01:37.Reporting over 5000 sightings in this time. I have seen four or five

:01:38. > :01:42.different species this spring. We have seen the most common one and

:01:43. > :01:49.another jellyfish, which is very large. That is a much bigger animal.

:01:50. > :01:54.It can be at least as big as a seven-year-old person and it's quite

:01:55. > :02:03.impressive. The best way to see them is to get on a boat. He has got his

:02:04. > :02:13.wet suit on and is looking for some giant fish. We have got a moon

:02:14. > :02:19.jellyfish. We just managed to catch one. This is a moon jellyfish. Can

:02:20. > :02:25.you tell us a bit more about it. It is very common. It has got for rings

:02:26. > :02:31.in the mid-will of its body. Watch a dude do if you see this type of

:02:32. > :02:35.jellyfish? Luck, but do not touch. Unless you are run expert in

:02:36. > :02:45.identifying them, it is best not to touch them. It is now time to let

:02:46. > :02:48.them go. Goodbye, jellyfish. If you are going to the beach this summer,

:02:49. > :02:53.you might be lucky enough to see one of these creatures, but remember, it

:02:54. > :02:56.is best to keep your distance and admired them from afar. I am coming

:02:57. > :03:00.in for a dip. Next, if you think the athletes

:03:01. > :03:03.running at the Commonwealth Games are fast at running,

:03:04. > :03:06.look how fast Ayshah managed to run from jellyfish to a Glasgow studio

:03:07. > :03:09.to give us the latest on the games. Welcome back to Glasgow

:03:10. > :03:18.for another action-packed day. But before we tell you what's coming

:03:19. > :03:21.up, let's take a look back Greg Rutherford,

:03:22. > :03:24.the Olympic long jump champion, became the Commonwealth champion

:03:25. > :03:28.last night after leaping to gold. At one point, he looked like he

:03:29. > :03:32.might have to settle for silver, but cheered on by the crowd in Hampden

:03:33. > :03:36.Park, he leapt 8.20 metres on his In the gymnastics arena, Max

:03:37. > :03:46.Whitlock and Claudia Fragapane both won their second Commonwealth Games

:03:47. > :03:48.gold in Glasgow as England dominated And over in the diving pool,

:03:49. > :03:56.England's Alicia Blagg and Rebecca Gallantree pulled out all

:03:57. > :03:59.the stops in their final dive to take gold in the synchronised

:04:00. > :04:01.three-metre springboard. And there was a medal for England's

:04:02. > :04:04.Jack Laugher, who performed a diving masterclass to win gold in the men's

:04:05. > :04:15.one-metre springboard final. So much action on Day 7, then,

:04:16. > :04:19.and much more to come on Day 8. And I've been out and about,

:04:20. > :04:42.checking out what the fans make The Commonwealth Games is one of the

:04:43. > :04:48.biggest sporting events to ever hit Glasgow. There are thousands of

:04:49. > :04:52.athletes here, but the robber also hundreds of thousands of sporting

:04:53. > :05:00.fans. I have managed to come across a few. #/ but there are also. We

:05:25. > :05:35.favourite moments of the games so far? I saw someone I know run for

:05:36. > :05:40.Scotland. How did they do? He came forth, but he still qualified for

:05:41. > :05:44.the next round. Do you want to give him a massive shout out? Yes. Come
