0:00:37 > 0:00:39- Hello!- Hello! - THEY SCREAM

0:00:39 > 0:00:41Yes, you, Lola!

0:00:47 > 0:00:48Let's do it.

0:00:53 > 0:00:55That is epic.

0:00:55 > 0:00:56Really happy.

0:00:56 > 0:00:57It's amazing.

0:01:03 > 0:01:06We are about to surprise one lucky boy here in Liverpool

0:01:06 > 0:01:08and help him build his dream den.

0:01:08 > 0:01:10Mm...

0:01:10 > 0:01:12I'm guessing it's a...a Bollywood den.

0:01:12 > 0:01:16What gave that away? Let's meet today's Dengineer.

0:01:21 > 0:01:25Today's Dengineer is 11-year-old Aron from Liverpool.

0:01:26 > 0:01:29I need help from the Dengineers because I love everything Bollywood

0:01:29 > 0:01:32and I want to become a Bollywood star one day.

0:01:32 > 0:01:34BOLLYWOOD MUSIC

0:01:34 > 0:01:37Aron and his family love to watch Bollywood movies.

0:01:37 > 0:01:39Bollywood movies are made in India

0:01:39 > 0:01:42and are always full of singing and dancing -

0:01:42 > 0:01:44two things Aron has a great passion for.

0:01:44 > 0:01:46Aron had a fascination with Bollywood films

0:01:46 > 0:01:48from such a young age.

0:01:48 > 0:01:52He was just infatuated with all the bling and the styles and the songs,

0:01:52 > 0:01:54and all the dance that goes with it.

0:01:56 > 0:01:58Dancing, for Aron, began at a very early age.

0:01:58 > 0:02:01Two and a half years old, he'd be dancing, he'd be moving around,

0:02:01 > 0:02:02he'd love the music.

0:02:04 > 0:02:07Aron is the apple of his brothers' and sisters' eye.

0:02:07 > 0:02:09He gets on their nerves a lot of the times.

0:02:09 > 0:02:12He's always in the way, he's always awkward.

0:02:12 > 0:02:16So when they've got something to do, he'll turn up like a bad penny.

0:02:16 > 0:02:19When I'm asleep, he just, like, comes in my room,

0:02:19 > 0:02:21starts singing and screaming in my ear.

0:02:21 > 0:02:23Mimi! Mimi!

0:02:23 > 0:02:25- I want to show you a dance move! - Get off. Go away.

0:02:25 > 0:02:28He is the alarm clock of the house.

0:02:28 > 0:02:32Unfortunately for Aron, he's the youngest of four siblings

0:02:32 > 0:02:35and his bedroom doubles up as his mum's office.

0:02:35 > 0:02:39Aron shares a space with my books. He has nowhere.

0:02:39 > 0:02:42It's basically a place for him to sleep.

0:02:42 > 0:02:44There's a lot of work to be done here, sweetheart.

0:02:44 > 0:02:46Mum, I was practising!

0:02:46 > 0:02:49So the important thing, he needs somewhere to sing and dance

0:02:49 > 0:02:50and express himself.

0:02:53 > 0:02:56Please, Dengineers, I really need your help.

0:02:56 > 0:02:59Don't you worry, Aron, our help is exactly what you're going to get.

0:02:59 > 0:03:00You just don't know it yet.

0:03:02 > 0:03:06Aron is being taken to his favourite coffee shop,

0:03:06 > 0:03:09which the Dengineers team have rigged with secret hidden cameras.

0:03:11 > 0:03:14The coffee shop is too small for the whole Dengineers team,

0:03:14 > 0:03:16so we're hiding round the corner.

0:03:16 > 0:03:20Aron's going to be arriving any minute now.

0:03:20 > 0:03:21Will you just stop that a minute?

0:03:21 > 0:03:23Cos you're going to give the game away.

0:03:23 > 0:03:24Go and have a look out.

0:03:26 > 0:03:28Aron's parents are in on the act.

0:03:28 > 0:03:31Dad Sadar has brought Aron along for the big surprise.

0:03:31 > 0:03:36He has no idea that we are hiding just metres away.

0:03:36 > 0:03:37Aron is in the coffee shop,

0:03:37 > 0:03:40but we need him to come out, I think,

0:03:40 > 0:03:44so I reckon we're going to need a distraction to get him out.

0:03:44 > 0:03:45Yeah, I think that might be the reason

0:03:45 > 0:03:48why we've got these guys and their equipment.

0:03:48 > 0:03:49Shall we send yous up there?

0:03:49 > 0:03:51Go on, up you go. Loads of noise.

0:03:51 > 0:03:53- We need to get him out the shop. - Let's do it.

0:03:53 > 0:03:55THEY PLAY DRUMS

0:04:36 > 0:04:37- You want it to be amazing, right? - Yeah.

0:04:37 > 0:04:39Come on then, let's get a move on. Are you guys coming?

0:04:39 > 0:04:42- Dad, are you coming?- Yeah! - Let's go.- Music!- Come on!

0:04:42 > 0:04:43Woohoo!

0:04:43 > 0:04:45THEY PLAY DRUMS

0:04:45 > 0:04:49When I came out and I saw the dancers and I saw Mark and Lauren

0:04:49 > 0:04:51I was in a state of shock.

0:04:55 > 0:04:56I think he's over the moon.

0:04:56 > 0:04:59There's no words to explain how excited he is.

0:04:59 > 0:05:01I feel unbelievable.

0:05:01 > 0:05:03Yes!

0:05:03 > 0:05:05My den's going to be awesome.

0:05:05 > 0:05:08Our first port of call is the Dengineers mobile HQ,

0:05:08 > 0:05:10which has some mega-cool technology

0:05:10 > 0:05:12that's going to get this den off the ground.

0:05:15 > 0:05:19So, Aron, welcome to The Dengineers mobile HQ.

0:05:19 > 0:05:21- This is pretty exciting, isn't it? - Yeah.

0:05:21 > 0:05:24This is where you're going to get the opportunity to download

0:05:24 > 0:05:27all of the ideas in your head onto this giant screen

0:05:27 > 0:05:29and we can work out how to create your den.

0:05:29 > 0:05:31- OK.- Are you ready?- Yeah. - Let's do it.

0:05:31 > 0:05:35- So, what will we start with? - He's straight in there.- Oh, colours.

0:05:35 > 0:05:36I'll have, like, a maroon.

0:05:36 > 0:05:38You want maroons in there, yeah?

0:05:38 > 0:05:40OK, let's stick this up here for your colour chart.

0:05:40 > 0:05:43- Nice.- Any other colours?- Yes.

0:05:43 > 0:05:44Um...gold.

0:05:44 > 0:05:46Classic Bollywood colours.

0:05:46 > 0:05:49Is there any sort of particular way you want it to look?

0:05:49 > 0:05:53I want it to look like a traditional kind of theme.

0:05:53 > 0:05:56So that could be like the kind of opening kind of part.

0:05:56 > 0:05:58- Oh, nice.- OK, yeah, nice.

0:05:58 > 0:06:02I'd have the kind of throne.

0:06:02 > 0:06:03- Look at Aron's throne!- Yes!

0:06:03 > 0:06:06And I'll bet we're not allowed to sit in the throne, are we?

0:06:06 > 0:06:09- Come on. Can we have a sit? - Yes, you can.- Oh, yes!

0:06:09 > 0:06:11And just to go with the atmosphere...

0:06:11 > 0:06:13probably a nice picture of me there.

0:06:13 > 0:06:16- LAUREN LAUGHS Nice.- Yeah!

0:06:16 > 0:06:20What is it about the Bollywood movies that you really like?

0:06:20 > 0:06:24Well, the kind of setting, and what it's about, the storyline.

0:06:24 > 0:06:26- That's interesting.- Yeah.

0:06:26 > 0:06:29So, do you like performing these dances as well?

0:06:29 > 0:06:31- Cos you're a big dancer.- Yeah.

0:06:31 > 0:06:34So is that important, maybe, to have somewhere you can dance?

0:06:34 > 0:06:36Yeah, like a stage or something.

0:06:36 > 0:06:38- OK. So have we got anything in there?- Like this?

0:06:39 > 0:06:42- Yes.- The red curtains. - And it goes as well cos it's red.

0:06:42 > 0:06:45- Yeah, it totally fits the theme, doesn't it?- Yeah.

0:06:45 > 0:06:48Aron, this looks unbelievable. Are you happy with it, though?

0:06:48 > 0:06:50- I'm very happy. - Are you sure?- I'm sure as ever.

0:06:50 > 0:06:53- So are you ready?- Let's do it. - Let's get this den done.

0:06:53 > 0:06:57Aron has decided on a den full of traditional Bollywood colours,

0:06:57 > 0:06:59a performance space with a throne,

0:06:59 > 0:07:02and some serious bling fit for a king.

0:07:03 > 0:07:08And we've got the perfect designer to make this den a masterpiece.

0:07:09 > 0:07:11Meet Olga.

0:07:11 > 0:07:14She's a specialist in creating mega-cool dens

0:07:14 > 0:07:18and can make the smallest of spaces look totally awesome.

0:07:21 > 0:07:25Olga, we've got this space here in Aron's garden.

0:07:25 > 0:07:28Talk to me. Are you going to produce some Dengineers magic?

0:07:28 > 0:07:30Yes, I will.

0:07:30 > 0:07:34So, Aron, you gave me so many ideas. It's really inspiring.

0:07:34 > 0:07:37The main thing is the Bollywood theme.

0:07:37 > 0:07:42So what I'm thinking, the most traditional, iconic thing is...

0:07:42 > 0:07:44- the Taj Mahal.- Yeah.

0:07:44 > 0:07:47The Taj Mahal is one of the most famous buildings in India.

0:07:47 > 0:07:50Having taken 20 years to build,

0:07:50 > 0:07:54the iconic landmark is famous for its domes and white marble walls.

0:07:56 > 0:08:00So, if we're going to build your den inspired by the Taj Mahal...

0:08:00 > 0:08:02However, it's going to be a bit more colourful,

0:08:02 > 0:08:04- cos you wanted loads of colours. - Yeah.

0:08:04 > 0:08:06- How does that sound?- Awesome.

0:08:06 > 0:08:09So that's the outside. What about the inside?

0:08:09 > 0:08:12Right, so, inside it needs to be as glamorous as the outside, right?

0:08:12 > 0:08:17- Yeah.- So what we want is loads of colour, loads of drapes,

0:08:17 > 0:08:19loads of cushions.

0:08:19 > 0:08:21- You wanted a throne, right?- Yeah.

0:08:21 > 0:08:23So we're going to get you a throne as well -

0:08:23 > 0:08:25and your own stage.

0:08:25 > 0:08:27So you could either perform on the stage,

0:08:27 > 0:08:30or you can just sit there and enjoy the view of the garden.

0:08:30 > 0:08:32- What do you reckon? Does it sound good?- It sounds awesome.

0:08:32 > 0:08:35- Are you excited?- Yes. - Shall we get this show on the road?

0:08:35 > 0:08:37- Let's go. - Let's start building this den.

0:08:39 > 0:08:42Olga has designed a Taj Mahal-inspired den,

0:08:42 > 0:08:46complete with its own unique set of domes and colourful exterior.

0:08:46 > 0:08:49On the inside, the centrepiece will be a huge throne

0:08:49 > 0:08:53surrounded by drapes and fabrics that will fill the room with colour.

0:08:55 > 0:08:59If the Dengineers have any chance of getting this done on time

0:08:59 > 0:09:00then we need to get our hands dirty

0:09:00 > 0:09:03and get the family's junk out of here.

0:09:07 > 0:09:09Aron having full control of the garden...

0:09:09 > 0:09:12Oh, you don't know what I'm going through at the moment.

0:09:12 > 0:09:13He's very creative.

0:09:13 > 0:09:16I don't know what he's going to do, I don't know what he's planned.

0:09:18 > 0:09:20When Olga mentioned the mini Taj Mahal,

0:09:20 > 0:09:25I was really excited because that's the kind of landmark for India,

0:09:25 > 0:09:30and plus, I just can't wait to see what's going to be in my den.

0:09:30 > 0:09:34After a serious team effort, the garden is finally empty.

0:09:35 > 0:09:39And this will be the last time Mum and Dad will see this space,

0:09:39 > 0:09:40because in four days

0:09:40 > 0:09:43it will be transformed into Aron's Bollywood den.

0:09:45 > 0:09:47- Looks good, doesn't it?- It does.

0:09:47 > 0:09:49- I bet you've been wanting to do that for years.- A long time.

0:09:49 > 0:09:51- Now it's Dengineers only.- Right...

0:09:51 > 0:09:55- So go on, Dad, sling your hook. We'll see you later.- Bye-bye.

0:10:00 > 0:10:05The Dengineers have arrived, raring to go, with a huge amount of kit.

0:10:06 > 0:10:09And it doesn't take long for the team to set up camp.

0:10:13 > 0:10:16The first job of the day is to build the base for the den

0:10:16 > 0:10:19and get the special dance floor down.

0:10:19 > 0:10:22And it looks like Olga is already putting it to the test.

0:10:22 > 0:10:23This is the best bit.

0:10:28 > 0:10:31Once the floor is down, it's time to build the walls.

0:10:33 > 0:10:35As the panels are secured into place,

0:10:35 > 0:10:37the den is starting to take shape.

0:10:38 > 0:10:41It's not long before Aron gets his hands on the den,

0:10:41 > 0:10:44giving it the splash of Bollywood colour it's missing.

0:10:45 > 0:10:48Aron, what do you think about the colour?

0:10:48 > 0:10:50I think it's a really nice colour,

0:10:50 > 0:10:56and I think it would...it really goes with the kind of theme

0:10:56 > 0:10:58and...you know how the sun sets

0:10:58 > 0:11:01- and it's kind of a pinky-purple kind of...?- Yeah.

0:11:01 > 0:11:03Well, I think it would look nice.

0:11:08 > 0:11:11Next up for the Dengineers team is getting the roof on

0:11:11 > 0:11:14and making sure the den is watertight.

0:11:15 > 0:11:18It's been a long, productive day for the Dengineers,

0:11:18 > 0:11:21but is Aron happy with the day's progress?

0:11:21 > 0:11:22Today has been wonderful.

0:11:22 > 0:11:24We've got the den up,

0:11:24 > 0:11:27and all we need to do now is just focus on the interior,

0:11:27 > 0:11:31and I think in three days' time it's going to be a mini Taj Mahal.

0:11:44 > 0:11:48It's day two, and the Dengineers are quick off the mark in Liverpool.

0:11:53 > 0:11:56- What do you reckon?- It's fantastic. - You like it?- Yeah.

0:11:56 > 0:11:58- You like the colours? - Yeah, it's amazing.

0:12:00 > 0:12:03As work continues on the front of the den,

0:12:03 > 0:12:06Olga makes a start on the interior.

0:12:06 > 0:12:08But it's not going too well.

0:12:08 > 0:12:10I am completely confused.

0:12:10 > 0:12:13This bit - what does it do? It makes no sense.

0:12:13 > 0:12:18We are putting together a very simple curtain rail.

0:12:18 > 0:12:22However, it's a bit more complicated than I estimated,

0:12:22 > 0:12:25and...I am seriously confused.

0:12:25 > 0:12:27And I'm not the only one.

0:12:33 > 0:12:35While the Dengineers crack on

0:12:35 > 0:12:38and Olga and Lee figure out how to put up the curtain tracks...

0:12:39 > 0:12:42- Olga. Sorted it!- Yes!- Wahey!

0:12:42 > 0:12:45..I've taken Aron away from the den and brought him here,

0:12:45 > 0:12:48to the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts,

0:12:48 > 0:12:51to have a Bollywood dance masterclass.

0:12:51 > 0:12:55So it will be one, two, three, four.

0:12:55 > 0:12:56And the other way.

0:12:56 > 0:13:00'Dance teacher Will is going to teach Aron and I some dance steps

0:13:00 > 0:13:03'to take back to the den to perform at the big reveal.

0:13:03 > 0:13:04'This should be a doddle, right?'

0:13:04 > 0:13:06Five, six, seven, eight.

0:13:06 > 0:13:09One, two, three, four,

0:13:09 > 0:13:12five, six, seven, eight. Great!

0:13:12 > 0:13:15- That was easy, wasn't it? - We're going to open our arms, yeah?

0:13:15 > 0:13:18- And then we're going to shake it, shake it, shake it...- Yes!

0:13:18 > 0:13:23..shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it. Yeah?

0:13:23 > 0:13:25I'm going to jump.

0:13:25 > 0:13:27So imagine you're throwing it.

0:13:27 > 0:13:29Yes. And the other way. Throwing it.

0:13:29 > 0:13:32- Oh...- Throwing it!- Urgh...!

0:13:32 > 0:13:35LAUGHTER

0:13:35 > 0:13:37Almost did a fall.

0:13:37 > 0:13:39We've saved it - it's fine, it's fine!

0:13:39 > 0:13:42Now, we're going to do some hadippa. Yes?

0:13:42 > 0:13:45It means the beat of the heart.

0:13:45 > 0:13:48So, you're going down, and jump again.

0:13:48 > 0:13:50Down, and jump again.

0:13:50 > 0:13:52Down, and jump again.

0:13:52 > 0:13:54Down, and jump again.

0:13:54 > 0:13:56- Yeah?- Yeah.

0:13:56 > 0:13:58- OK, got it, got it. Let's do it one more time.- Cool.

0:13:59 > 0:14:01Five, six, seven, eight.

0:14:01 > 0:14:06Flower there, flower there, flower there, flower there.

0:14:06 > 0:14:10One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight...

0:14:10 > 0:14:12There are so many dance moves to remember,

0:14:12 > 0:14:14and I'm forgetting, like, all of them.

0:14:14 > 0:14:16I'm a bit worried I'm going to let the team down,

0:14:16 > 0:14:20but Aron, as you can probably see, is doing amazingly.

0:14:20 > 0:14:23He's just got it. He has just got it down to a T.

0:14:23 > 0:14:24Wish me luck, I'm going back.

0:14:24 > 0:14:26'Aron is a natural at this.

0:14:26 > 0:14:30'He is picking up the dance moves so quickly, and that's good news,

0:14:30 > 0:14:33'because it's time for our final dance performance.

0:14:33 > 0:14:35'Let's hope I don't mess this up.

0:14:36 > 0:14:38'Here we go. Five, six, seven, eight!'

0:14:41 > 0:14:42# Jai ho!

0:14:45 > 0:14:48# I can feel you rushing through my veins

0:14:48 > 0:14:50# There's an ocean in my heart

0:14:50 > 0:14:52# I will never be the same

0:14:52 > 0:14:53# Jai ho!

0:14:53 > 0:14:55# Just keep it burnin' Yeah, baby, just keep it comin'

0:14:55 > 0:14:56# Jai ho!

0:14:56 > 0:14:59# You're gonna find out, baby, I'm one in a million

0:14:59 > 0:15:00# Jai ho... #

0:15:00 > 0:15:03- Yes! Did it! Yes! - THEY CHEER

0:15:03 > 0:15:05Woohoo! Yes!

0:15:05 > 0:15:08Thank you so much, Will, for showing us the ropes.

0:15:08 > 0:15:10Aron, how much did you enjoy that?

0:15:10 > 0:15:11I enjoyed that so much.

0:15:11 > 0:15:12It was cool, wasn't it?

0:15:12 > 0:15:14- We've really enjoyed it.- Yeah.

0:15:14 > 0:15:15I think as well it's given us loads of ideas

0:15:15 > 0:15:18about what kind of performance we could do in your den,

0:15:18 > 0:15:20so we'd better get back to it, shouldn't we?

0:15:20 > 0:15:21- Yeah.- Okey dokey.

0:15:21 > 0:15:23But first, I think Will's got a little treat for you.

0:15:23 > 0:15:27I have something because you were very good. You was amazing.

0:15:27 > 0:15:29Here we go. This is for you!

0:15:29 > 0:15:31- Thank you!- Yeah?

0:15:31 > 0:15:32- Do you like them?- Yeah!

0:15:32 > 0:15:34- Are they going to fit?- Yeah!

0:15:34 > 0:15:36- Oh, good, I'm glad. - I'll make sure that they fit.

0:15:36 > 0:15:38They are sassy and I love them.

0:15:38 > 0:15:39Are you ready to go and do the den?

0:15:39 > 0:15:41- Yeah.- Come on, then, let's go.

0:15:49 > 0:15:51Back at the build, it's the end of the day,

0:15:51 > 0:15:54and it's been a frustrating one for Olga.

0:15:54 > 0:15:56Today has gone...

0:15:56 > 0:15:59not as well as I planned.

0:15:59 > 0:16:04We still have to do quite a bit for the outside and we didn't do

0:16:04 > 0:16:05as much on the inside as I planned,

0:16:05 > 0:16:08so we need a bit of a push.

0:16:08 > 0:16:11So, tomorrow we have a big surprise coming.

0:16:11 > 0:16:15There is an element to this den that makes it very, very special,

0:16:15 > 0:16:18and if it's going to go wrong,

0:16:18 > 0:16:19I'm going to be in trouble.

0:16:19 > 0:16:22With only two days left until the big reveal

0:16:22 > 0:16:25and one huge surprise yet to be installed,

0:16:25 > 0:16:27will the Dengineers get this den done in time?

0:16:34 > 0:16:38Day three, and it's back to business for the Dengineers.

0:16:38 > 0:16:40Olga and the team make a fast start,

0:16:40 > 0:16:42and it looks like it's going to be a busy day.

0:16:44 > 0:16:47Lovely. Well done.

0:16:47 > 0:16:50With Olga's surprise element ready to be installed,

0:16:50 > 0:16:52it's time to say goodbye to Aron.

0:16:52 > 0:16:55Unfortunately, from now on, you're not allowed in

0:16:55 > 0:16:58because I need to keep some of the bits as a surprise for you.

0:16:58 > 0:16:59OK.

0:16:59 > 0:17:00- Do we have a deal?- Yeah.

0:17:02 > 0:17:05Inspired by the three domes of the Taj Mahal,

0:17:05 > 0:17:09Olga has designed a special central dome for Aron's den,

0:17:09 > 0:17:12and in true Dengineer style, this is not your average dome.

0:17:12 > 0:17:15- How does that look?- That is spot-on.

0:17:15 > 0:17:17This is the most important detail of my design,

0:17:17 > 0:17:19and in theory it should work.

0:17:19 > 0:17:22However, we're not sure until we try,

0:17:22 > 0:17:24so fingers crossed we're going to make it work.

0:17:26 > 0:17:29Olga's featured dome is attached to an electric piston.

0:17:29 > 0:17:31A piston is a short cylinder inside a tube

0:17:31 > 0:17:34that is used to make things move.

0:17:34 > 0:17:37Pistons are mainly used in car and train engines.

0:17:37 > 0:17:39When the dome's piston is switched on,

0:17:39 > 0:17:41the electric motor pushes the arm out,

0:17:41 > 0:17:43which raises the dome into place.

0:17:43 > 0:17:44Time to check it out.

0:17:45 > 0:17:48- It's moving.- It's moving.

0:17:48 > 0:17:49Something's moving.

0:17:52 > 0:17:54This is amazing!

0:17:55 > 0:17:57Wow.

0:17:57 > 0:18:00- That's not enough. - That's not enough.

0:18:00 > 0:18:02I need to do some adjustment, people.

0:18:02 > 0:18:05Lee, may I have my drill?

0:18:05 > 0:18:07The piston is in the wrong position,

0:18:07 > 0:18:10which means the central arch won't come up high enough

0:18:10 > 0:18:12to match the others.

0:18:12 > 0:18:14While the rest of the team take a lunch break,

0:18:14 > 0:18:18Dengineer David is hard at work trying to fix the problem,

0:18:18 > 0:18:20and I take the opportunity to catch up with Mum and Dad

0:18:20 > 0:18:24to find out more about Aron and his love of everything Bollywood.

0:18:24 > 0:18:27So, tell us about Aron - what's he like as a kid?

0:18:27 > 0:18:30- Very boisterous. He's full of energy, isn't he?- He is.

0:18:30 > 0:18:32He's full of beans. It doesn't matter whether it's night or day.

0:18:32 > 0:18:35And he's full of ideas that you wouldn't even think about.

0:18:35 > 0:18:37He's loving. He's caring.

0:18:37 > 0:18:40There's love, love, love, with Aron.

0:18:40 > 0:18:43Tell us about his fascination for Bollywood.

0:18:43 > 0:18:46I think Bollywood, he has had a fascination since an early age,

0:18:46 > 0:18:50cos music and cinema plays a big part in our lives.

0:18:50 > 0:18:52As we were growing up, we used to watch the old Bollywood movies,

0:18:52 > 0:18:54the black-and-white ones.

0:18:54 > 0:18:56So, it would be Saturday, Sunday or Friday night

0:18:56 > 0:18:58when everyone finished work, big bowl of mangoes,

0:18:58 > 0:19:00and you're watching the movie, so, yeah...

0:19:00 > 0:19:01That sounds like my dream weekend.

0:19:01 > 0:19:03- It is fantastic! - I want to come round.

0:19:03 > 0:19:05- I'll tell you what, get a big mango...- You forgot the samosas.

0:19:05 > 0:19:08..extended family knocking on the door, and everyone's in...

0:19:08 > 0:19:10- It was just a family thing, wasn't it?- Yeah.

0:19:10 > 0:19:13So, then, as he gradually grew up, he was just into Bollywood

0:19:13 > 0:19:16and he was fascinated with the colours, the singing, the dancing...

0:19:16 > 0:19:19It's part and parcel of our culture, our life,

0:19:19 > 0:19:21and, yeah, Bollywood's a big thing, isn't it?

0:19:21 > 0:19:23Any, kind of, nerves? Any apprehension?

0:19:23 > 0:19:24Are you worried about the garden?

0:19:24 > 0:19:26Just have to wait and see what he's done

0:19:26 > 0:19:28- and what he has chosen. - So I'm nervous, I'm fearful...

0:19:28 > 0:19:30I love bright colours, I'll say that,

0:19:30 > 0:19:32but I hope it's not, kind of...

0:19:32 > 0:19:33Luminous.

0:19:33 > 0:19:36Standing out like a sore thumb in the street! But there you go.

0:19:36 > 0:19:38- He's going to love it, either way. - He is.- He's going to love it.

0:19:38 > 0:19:41I'm looking forward to it. Looking forward to it.

0:19:41 > 0:19:44The exterior of the den is almost complete,

0:19:44 > 0:19:47and so the team turn their attention to the inside,

0:19:47 > 0:19:50where they spend the rest of the day adding the Bollywood flavour.

0:19:53 > 0:19:58If you run out of proper curtain hooks, use a paperclip.

0:20:03 > 0:20:05With the colourful drapes up on the wall,

0:20:05 > 0:20:08Olga has something planned for Aron and Mark to add that extra bit of

0:20:08 > 0:20:09bling to the den.

0:20:14 > 0:20:16Aron and Mark, I need your help with the outside.

0:20:16 > 0:20:19I've got this amazing idea how to turn jars

0:20:19 > 0:20:21into colourful lanterns for your den.

0:20:21 > 0:20:23So you can do whatever you want.

0:20:23 > 0:20:25You can draw an elephant, you can do shapes -

0:20:25 > 0:20:28anything that's in your head.

0:20:28 > 0:20:30'First up, using special gold paint pens

0:20:30 > 0:20:32'we decorate the outside of the jars.'

0:20:32 > 0:20:35What's the artist's name who painted that river,

0:20:35 > 0:20:36with the little lily pads in it?

0:20:36 > 0:20:38- Monet.- Monet?- That's it.

0:20:38 > 0:20:40That's what they call me -

0:20:40 > 0:20:43the Monet of Essex.

0:20:43 > 0:20:45You watch, when you see this...

0:20:45 > 0:20:49This is a really cool and easy way to decorate jars

0:20:49 > 0:20:52and gives the lanterns the Bollywood detail they need.

0:20:52 > 0:20:53Look at that. That's amazing.

0:20:55 > 0:20:58'With the detailed paintwork done, it's time to add the bling.

0:20:58 > 0:21:03'Putting sparkly gems on the jars adds that extra bit of colour.'

0:21:03 > 0:21:05That's what Bollywood is, isn't it? Colourful.

0:21:05 > 0:21:07There's loads of golds and reds in Bollywood.

0:21:07 > 0:21:11The next time Aron and Mark see the jars they'll have battery-powered

0:21:11 > 0:21:14lights in them, transforming them into lanterns.

0:21:18 > 0:21:21It's been a very productive day for the Dengineers

0:21:21 > 0:21:22and as it draws to a close,

0:21:22 > 0:21:26Olga is feeling very positive with the den's progress.

0:21:26 > 0:21:28Today was one of the best days.

0:21:28 > 0:21:31We managed to do much more than I estimated.

0:21:31 > 0:21:35I'm happy with the results, especially with the dome.

0:21:35 > 0:21:37And with the big den reveal looming,

0:21:37 > 0:21:41the Dengineers still have tons to do and will need to work at full speed

0:21:41 > 0:21:43to get this den done in time.

0:22:01 > 0:22:03It's the big reveal day in Liverpool,

0:22:03 > 0:22:06and it's a race against time for the Dengineers

0:22:06 > 0:22:07to get the den finished.

0:22:09 > 0:22:13'Loz and I carefully carry Aron's grand throne into place.'

0:22:13 > 0:22:15Where are we going, Olga? Direct us, girl.

0:22:15 > 0:22:17In the middle of the podium, please.

0:22:17 > 0:22:18- On the stage?- Yes.

0:22:18 > 0:22:21Oh, this is ace!

0:22:21 > 0:22:22Look at that!

0:22:22 > 0:22:25- I've got a question for you. - Go on.

0:22:25 > 0:22:28- Who's the first in the chair?! - No, I wanted it!

0:22:28 > 0:22:30- No! Move!- Yes!

0:22:36 > 0:22:37Olga, I love the dome on top.

0:22:37 > 0:22:40I don't think we've had a den with anything like that before.

0:22:40 > 0:22:41- No, it's a special feature, isn't it?- Yeah.

0:22:41 > 0:22:43- You know what it reminds me of? - Yeah?

0:22:43 > 0:22:45- You know Buckingham Palace, where the Queen lives?- Yes.

0:22:45 > 0:22:47- When she's in, the flag is up. - That's it.

0:22:47 > 0:22:49- When she's out, it's down. - Brilliant.

0:22:49 > 0:22:53So when the dome's up, he's in - when the dome's down, he's not in.

0:22:55 > 0:22:58Yeah!

0:22:58 > 0:22:59It looks so good.

0:23:01 > 0:23:03'With the reveal getting closer and closer,

0:23:03 > 0:23:06'it's all hands on deck to get everything done.'

0:23:06 > 0:23:08I feel nervous, excited...

0:23:08 > 0:23:11I'm just ready to see the den.

0:23:11 > 0:23:14On a scale of excitement, I am probably 1,000.

0:23:14 > 0:23:18After one last epic push, the team set up for the big reveal

0:23:18 > 0:23:22and add those all-important finishing touches.

0:23:22 > 0:23:25I'm very excited, and I'm also scared at the same time,

0:23:25 > 0:23:27so I don't know what to expect.

0:23:27 > 0:23:30Well, knowing Aron, it will be something worth waiting for.

0:23:30 > 0:23:33Somewhere to keep him quiet for once, as well.

0:23:34 > 0:23:38'It's taken Olga and the Dengineers four days of hard work,

0:23:38 > 0:23:40'and finally Aron's den is complete.'

0:23:53 > 0:23:58'This garden used to be full of rusty old bikes and barbecues.'

0:23:58 > 0:24:01'But Olga and her team of Dengineers have transformed it

0:24:01 > 0:24:04'into an awesome space fit for Bollywood royalty.'

0:24:04 > 0:24:08'But what will Aron, his family and friends think of the new den?

0:24:08 > 0:24:10'It's time to find out.'

0:24:10 > 0:24:12Are you ready to see the den?!

0:24:12 > 0:24:13- ALL:- Yes!

0:24:13 > 0:24:15Here we go!

0:24:22 > 0:24:24What do we reckon?

0:24:24 > 0:24:27- It's amazing.- Oh, I love this.

0:24:27 > 0:24:29- Step forward, Aron.- Come forward, Aron. Come and have a little look.

0:24:29 > 0:24:31- How are you feeling?- It's amazing.

0:24:31 > 0:24:33- Dad, what do you reckon?- Brilliant.

0:24:33 > 0:24:36- Perfect?- Perfect.

0:24:36 > 0:24:40'This garden has been transformed into an amazing space with its own

0:24:40 > 0:24:43'multicoloured mini Taj Mahal,

0:24:43 > 0:24:45'but that's not the only surprise for Aron.'

0:24:45 > 0:24:49Just wait here. We've got something else to show you. Stay there.

0:24:51 > 0:24:53- What is it?- Oh!

0:24:53 > 0:24:54What?!

0:24:54 > 0:24:57- Look at that! - ARON LAUGHS

0:24:57 > 0:24:59How good is that?

0:25:02 > 0:25:06'Looks like the dome is a big hit with Aron and all the family.'

0:25:06 > 0:25:10That is amazing! Your very own dome!

0:25:10 > 0:25:12I think it's better than I've dreamed of.

0:25:12 > 0:25:14Aw... Shall we go in and have a look?

0:25:14 > 0:25:15Yeah.

0:25:19 > 0:25:21Oh, my gosh!

0:25:22 > 0:25:24Ha-ha!

0:25:24 > 0:25:27- What do you reckon? - How cool is this?
