0:00:40 > 0:00:45He wished he could be the first shopkeeper on the moon.

0:00:45 > 0:00:48But it seemed so far away.

0:00:52 > 0:00:58Frank and Buster were out on patrol looking for anyone who needed help.

0:00:58 > 0:01:04Uh oh. Did you put fuel in the plane this morning, Buster?

0:01:04 > 0:01:06Erm, no.

0:01:06 > 0:01:08Neither did I.

0:01:16 > 0:01:19Hello? Josie?

0:01:19 > 0:01:21I wonder where Josie and Sammy have got to.

0:01:21 > 0:01:25We'd better take a look inside, Buster. See if anyone's about.

0:01:44 > 0:01:47- Where is Sammy?- He's out the back.

0:01:47 > 0:01:51- He's been acting a bit strange all morning.- How strange?

0:01:51 > 0:01:54It's a little hard to say.

0:01:54 > 0:01:57I'll pop out the back and see if he's all right.

0:01:57 > 0:02:02- Good idea, Buster. I'll help Josie pack the groceries.- Thanks.

0:02:19 > 0:02:24- What are you doing?- You'll think it's silly.- You can tell me.

0:02:24 > 0:02:30Well I was moving slowly to see what it was like to walk on the moon.

0:02:30 > 0:02:34Wow! That's good!

0:02:34 > 0:02:38Yeah, I really wish I was an astronaut.

0:02:38 > 0:02:42- I told you it was silly. - Well, maybe we can help!- How?

0:02:42 > 0:02:45The moon is such a long way away.

0:02:45 > 0:02:50Don't worry, Sammy, Frank'll think of something!

0:02:52 > 0:02:54Is Sammy all right, Buster?

0:02:56 > 0:02:58- He wants to walk on the moon!- What?

0:02:58 > 0:03:02HE WANTS TO WALK ON... I'll tell you later!

0:03:02 > 0:03:05- You'd better tell me later!- Bye!

0:03:05 > 0:03:07Sammy felt a lot better.

0:03:07 > 0:03:12With the Koala Brothers, maybe his dream could come true.

0:03:16 > 0:03:18- Frank.- Buster?

0:03:18 > 0:03:20Could you build a rocket?

0:03:20 > 0:03:23I suppose I could, why?

0:03:23 > 0:03:26It's just Sammy really needs one.

0:03:26 > 0:03:28I see.

0:03:28 > 0:03:31I'm sure we've got some stuff we could use.

0:03:39 > 0:03:42Buster liked it when Frank got the odds and ends box out.

0:03:42 > 0:03:47There was always something inside he hadn't seen for ages.

0:03:47 > 0:03:51Hey, Frank! It's my old telescope. I wonder if it still works.

0:03:51 > 0:03:55Give it a whirl!

0:03:55 > 0:03:57Coo-ee! Whatcha doing?

0:03:57 > 0:04:02I'm going to make Sammy a rocket.

0:04:02 > 0:04:05- Ooh, that's nice.- A rocket!

0:04:05 > 0:04:08That's right, Ned, Sammy really needs one.

0:04:10 > 0:04:16- Sure!- I'll go and see Sammy, tell him the news about his rocket.

0:04:16 > 0:04:20- I should have it finished later. - That is great Frank. Bye!

0:04:20 > 0:04:22See you!

0:04:22 > 0:04:25Frank didn't waste any time.

0:04:25 > 0:04:28He was going to make Sammy a rocket to be proud of.

0:04:28 > 0:04:31With Ned's help of course.

0:04:32 > 0:04:37- What you think this is, Ned? - A funnel, Frank?

0:04:37 > 0:04:41No, Ned, it's the top of a rocket! The nose cone.

0:04:41 > 0:04:44Well it looks like a funnel to me.

0:04:44 > 0:04:50- It is a funnel, but I'm using it as the top of Sammy's rocket.- Right!

0:04:53 > 0:04:57Meanwhile, Buster was helping Sammy train for his space journey.

0:04:57 > 0:05:01They pretended the back of the store was the moon.

0:05:01 > 0:05:07- How are you feeling, Sammy?- Buster, I feel like I'm floating on air.

0:05:12 > 0:05:16Air? There isn't any air on the moon!

0:05:16 > 0:05:22No air? So how am I going to breathe, Buster?

0:05:22 > 0:05:25- Well, you can take some air with you. - Really?

0:05:25 > 0:05:31- You had me worried for a minute! - I thought you might be thirsty.

0:05:31 > 0:05:37Thanks Josie. Yeah, thanks.

0:05:37 > 0:05:41Hey, Josie, could you get some balloons from the store?

0:05:41 > 0:05:46- Sure. What size? - Big ones. As big as you can find!

0:05:49 > 0:05:54Wow, it's a beauty! The funnel really works.

0:05:54 > 0:05:57Yeah, I hope Sammy likes it.

0:06:00 > 0:06:04Sammy and Buster, they're just in time.

0:06:09 > 0:06:11G'day all.

0:06:12 > 0:06:14Hi, Sammy!

0:06:21 > 0:06:24- How's the rocket?- It's a beauty, Buster.

0:06:24 > 0:06:28- Great. Sammy's just getting ready. - For what?

0:06:28 > 0:06:32Ready for blast-off! He can't wait to get to the moon!

0:06:32 > 0:06:38Frank realised the rocket may not be quite what Sammy was expecting.

0:06:38 > 0:06:42- He's got a box on his head, Frank. - I know, I think it's a space helmet.

0:06:42 > 0:06:46- What's with the balloons? - It's his air supply.

0:06:46 > 0:06:50- G'day, everyone!- Hi Sammy.

0:06:50 > 0:06:56- Right, where's the rocket? - Erm, it's over there.

0:06:57 > 0:07:02Thanks...Frank. It's a bit small.

0:07:02 > 0:07:06I'm sorry Sammy, I didn't know you wanted a real rocket.

0:07:06 > 0:07:09It's all right, Frank, you did your best.

0:07:09 > 0:07:16- We've got the next best thing. - What's that, Frank?- Our plane!

0:07:16 > 0:07:19Good idea! You could go on a night flight,

0:07:19 > 0:07:24Sammy, you won't get to the moon, but you'll be a lot nearer to it.

0:07:24 > 0:07:27Let's give it a go.

0:07:27 > 0:07:32So, as the moon shone down on the outback, Sammy set off with Frank.

0:07:32 > 0:07:36He was going to be the first shopkeeper nearly on the moon.

0:07:45 > 0:07:48Look! Look!

0:07:48 > 0:07:54It's beautiful, Frank! Wow.

0:07:55 > 0:07:58It may have been one small flight for Frank,

0:07:58 > 0:08:01but it meant a great deal to Sammy.

0:08:07 > 0:08:10I'm glad you enjoyed your night flight Sammy.

0:08:10 > 0:08:15The moon was so wonderful! Like a big shiny balloon.

0:08:15 > 0:08:21But it did make me realise just how far away it really is.

0:08:21 > 0:08:26I mean, even if I had a rocket, it would take days to get there.

0:08:26 > 0:08:30And I couldn't leave the store for that long, could I?

0:08:30 > 0:08:35- I guess not Sammy.- You really love the moon, don't you, Sammy?

0:08:35 > 0:08:40Yeah. It's just a shame it is so far away.

0:08:40 > 0:08:47- Here, have a look through this! - Wow!- Great, isn't it?

0:08:47 > 0:08:53- It's like I could almost touch the moon!- You can have it if you'd like.

0:08:53 > 0:08:57- What, the moon?- No, my telescope!

0:08:57 > 0:09:00Thanks, Buster!

0:09:00 > 0:09:05- And thanks, everyone! - We're here to help, Sammy.

0:09:05 > 0:09:09- What about your balloons? - You can have them if you like.

0:09:09 > 0:09:14- There's enough for one each! - Thanks, Sammy!

0:09:18 > 0:09:23So, whenever the night was clear, Sammy would close his store

0:09:23 > 0:09:25and look at the moon.

0:09:25 > 0:09:29It looked so close that he felt like the first shopkeeper

0:09:29 > 0:09:34to walk on the moon. Thanks to the Koala Brothers!
