0:01:56 > 0:02:00Motions are what we do before the jumps, just so it gets us ready

0:02:03 > 0:02:06The first thing we're going to do is learn the clasp.
0:02:06 > 0:02:10A bit like a clap, you clasp your arms up in front of you,
0:02:10 > 0:02:13elbows together, hands together nice and tight.
0:02:13 > 0:02:17On four, we're going to lift our arms up into the air with our elbows

0:02:18 > 0:02:22Number three, chop the wood and number four, you're going to do
