0:00:03 > 0:00:04I'm Stacey Dooley.

0:00:04 > 0:00:08Pets are fab, but seeing them sick is no fun.

0:00:08 > 0:00:10That's where places like this come to the rescue.

0:00:10 > 0:00:14Amazing vets working 24/7 making animals better.

0:00:15 > 0:00:17Meet rookie vet, Rory...

0:00:17 > 0:00:19Oh, I do love a friendly rabbit.

0:00:19 > 0:00:22Smells like dog sick. Urgh!

0:00:22 > 0:00:24..every pet's best friend, Cheryl...

0:00:24 > 0:00:25Hello.

0:00:25 > 0:00:28Ow, that really hurt!

0:00:29 > 0:00:32..the coolest vet in town, Cat...

0:00:32 > 0:00:34It's a strange new place, isn't it?

0:00:36 > 0:00:38..and, always caring, gentle James.

0:00:38 > 0:00:41Aren't you gorgeous?

0:00:46 > 0:00:49They're the vets with the Pets Factor.

0:00:55 > 0:00:58Coming up on today's show...

0:00:58 > 0:01:02Cheryl performs some serious surgery on a goldfish.

0:01:02 > 0:01:05Fingers crossed, and toes and gills.

0:01:06 > 0:01:08Scout, come on in.

0:01:08 > 0:01:11Cat, the vet, needs to tread carefully around a nervous dog

0:01:11 > 0:01:13with a poorly paw.

0:01:13 > 0:01:15Greyhounds are not the bravest of dogs.

0:01:15 > 0:01:18They do tend to cry very easily.

0:01:18 > 0:01:20And James's patient, Jack Skeleton,

0:01:20 > 0:01:23isn't quite living up to his bony namesake.

0:01:23 > 0:01:26If he is carrying that much extra weight around on those back legs,

0:01:26 > 0:01:30that's probably why he's starting to struggle a little bit now.

0:01:31 > 0:01:34But first, we kick off with Cheryl in Essex.

0:01:35 > 0:01:39Cheryl sees some weird and wonderful patients at her clinic.

0:01:39 > 0:01:41Sorry, that was very mean.

0:01:41 > 0:01:44Obviously, I love seeing dogs and cats,

0:01:44 > 0:01:47but, as a vet, I find it really interesting

0:01:47 > 0:01:50when a different type of animal comes in for treatment.

0:01:50 > 0:01:54And today, owner Jane has brought in something REALLY unexpected.

0:01:55 > 0:01:58Oh, my gosh! A goldfish?

0:01:58 > 0:02:00- Hello.- Hey.

0:02:00 > 0:02:03- And who have we go here? - Baracka. Baracka for blessing.

0:02:03 > 0:02:05- Baracka for blessing, OK. - He needs blessing.

0:02:05 > 0:02:07So how long have you had Baracka?

0:02:07 > 0:02:10- About 16 years.- 16 years?- Yeah.

0:02:10 > 0:02:12Wow! That's amazing.

0:02:12 > 0:02:17At 16 years old, Baracka is a proper grandpa goldfish

0:02:17 > 0:02:22and he loves swimming around his bowl again and again and again.

0:02:24 > 0:02:28But some nasty lumps have upset his balance, so he needs urgent help.

0:02:30 > 0:02:33- So obviously you're worried about these lumps?- Yeah.

0:02:33 > 0:02:36This one is just really growing and growing.

0:02:36 > 0:02:39- This one's been growing. The big one?- The big one.

0:02:39 > 0:02:41In nearly eight years of being a vet

0:02:41 > 0:02:44I've only seen a handful of goldfish.

0:02:44 > 0:02:46Most people just don't bring them to the vets.

0:02:46 > 0:02:49So when you say... How did you find him, upside down?

0:02:49 > 0:02:50Upside down this morning.

0:02:50 > 0:02:53- Yeah, that's really serious. - That's very serious.

0:02:53 > 0:02:56- He's really struggling, isn't he?- He is.

0:02:56 > 0:02:58Fish need to be able to swim upright

0:02:58 > 0:03:02and this lump is making it nearly impossible for poor Baracka.

0:03:02 > 0:03:04He must be feeling awful.

0:03:04 > 0:03:07- I'm definitely not a goldfish specialist...- Yeah.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10..but the big lump, the key is to try to remove it,

0:03:10 > 0:03:12at least that one, so that he can balance.

0:03:16 > 0:03:19It's either leave Baracka as he is, miserable

0:03:19 > 0:03:22because he can't swim properly, or we try to operate.

0:03:24 > 0:03:26That's going to be risky

0:03:26 > 0:03:29because the size of the lump means he'll be left with big holes in

0:03:29 > 0:03:33his skin that are going to be really tricky to stitch back together.

0:03:35 > 0:03:37I'm about to do something I've never done before.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40This is a big deal.

0:03:41 > 0:03:45So if you're happy with that, we'll go ahead with his operation.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48- Yes, I'm happy.- Yeah?

0:03:48 > 0:03:50Fingers crossed...

0:03:51 > 0:03:54- ..and toes and gills.- Yes.

0:04:03 > 0:04:05There you go.

0:04:05 > 0:04:08Let's go to Sheffield now to see Cat, the vet.

0:04:08 > 0:04:11- Oh, she likes you.- Hello, my love.

0:04:11 > 0:04:14She is happy to see dogs of all shapes and sizes,

0:04:14 > 0:04:17but they're not always happy to see her.

0:04:17 > 0:04:18We see nervous dogs...

0:04:18 > 0:04:20Come on, honey.

0:04:20 > 0:04:22That's fine. You just sweep the floor while you come on in.

0:04:22 > 0:04:24..and timid dogs...

0:04:24 > 0:04:26You hiding from me now?

0:04:26 > 0:04:30..and then you have greyhounds.

0:04:30 > 0:04:35# I'm scared to face another day

0:04:35 > 0:04:37# Cos the fear in me... #

0:04:38 > 0:04:42And cowering in the corner is Cat's next patient,

0:04:42 > 0:04:44a doe-eyed softie called Scout.

0:04:44 > 0:04:45Don't be fooled,

0:04:45 > 0:04:49this docile dog comes with an impressive track record.

0:04:52 > 0:04:56This gorgeous greyhound was once the Lewis Hamilton of the dog world

0:04:56 > 0:05:00and, even though Scout's retired now,

0:05:00 > 0:05:03she still enjoys blasting laps around the local park.

0:05:05 > 0:05:07But a sore paw...

0:05:09 > 0:05:12..is causing havoc with her skills,

0:05:12 > 0:05:14so it's time for a quick pit stop with vet Cat.

0:05:18 > 0:05:21Owners Nicola and Andy are keen to get Scout

0:05:21 > 0:05:23back up to full speed again.

0:05:24 > 0:05:25We think she's got a little corn

0:05:25 > 0:05:28and there's something in it on her right foot.

0:05:28 > 0:05:31Yes, she's limping quite badly, so we need to make sure that

0:05:31 > 0:05:35she's not got any more pain and she's comfortable to walk again.

0:05:35 > 0:05:37Scout, come on in.

0:05:37 > 0:05:39Hopefully Cat will be able to help.

0:05:39 > 0:05:42Like a lot of greyhounds, Scout's a sensitive soul.

0:05:44 > 0:05:46Come on.

0:05:48 > 0:05:51It seems this dog is not a fan of cats.

0:05:51 > 0:05:53Well, vets called Cat.

0:05:53 > 0:05:54Such enthusiasm!

0:05:54 > 0:05:57Come on. There we go, baby girl. Well done.

0:05:58 > 0:06:00Which foot was it, remind me?

0:06:00 > 0:06:02- The right side there.- There we go.

0:06:04 > 0:06:06Can you see the change in the pattern on the foot there?

0:06:06 > 0:06:07It's that little circle there.

0:06:07 > 0:06:09It's like walking around with a stone in your shoe.

0:06:09 > 0:06:11It is very sore when they walk on it.

0:06:11 > 0:06:12It's definitely better out than in.

0:06:12 > 0:06:16A corn is a lump of hard dead tissue that forms in the pad of the foot.

0:06:16 > 0:06:19It doesn't look like much but they're very painful

0:06:19 > 0:06:24and it means that every step that Scout takes will be very sore.

0:06:24 > 0:06:26I'll give you a call when she's done then.

0:06:26 > 0:06:28I don't want to leave you!

0:06:28 > 0:06:31You look so worried.

0:06:39 > 0:06:42Let's head to Bristol now to see what James is up to.

0:06:45 > 0:06:47Some vets are dog people.

0:06:47 > 0:06:50No, I know, I know. Oh, hello!

0:06:51 > 0:06:53Some vets are cat people.

0:06:53 > 0:06:56- He loves you, James. - Oh, I think I love him.

0:06:57 > 0:07:00But I just love them all.

0:07:02 > 0:07:06But today is a cat day. Georgie is here with her beloved moggy.

0:07:07 > 0:07:10This is Jack. He's 13 years old this year.

0:07:10 > 0:07:13And he has really stiff back legs,

0:07:13 > 0:07:14where he's starting to find it hard to jump

0:07:14 > 0:07:17and he's starting to find it hard to go upstairs,

0:07:17 > 0:07:19so he is, kind of, bunny-hopping, as opposed to using

0:07:19 > 0:07:21both of his back legs. He is a strong boy.

0:07:21 > 0:07:23Other than that, he's really healthy, so fingers crossed,

0:07:23 > 0:07:25cos he is my absolute baby.

0:07:26 > 0:07:29Jack Skellington is just one of Georgie's massive crew.

0:07:29 > 0:07:33- This girl is bonkers for pets.- I have three cats - Jack Skellington,

0:07:33 > 0:07:37that's his full name. Phoebe Buffay and there's Rodney.

0:07:37 > 0:07:40The dogs I have are Reno and Lola.

0:07:40 > 0:07:43Then, two bunnies, Caggy and Milly.

0:07:44 > 0:07:46And then a bearded dragon, named Kevin.

0:07:46 > 0:07:48Just a few, then.

0:07:48 > 0:07:52And some of them are just a little bit on the, erm, cuddly side.

0:07:52 > 0:07:54They are quite big.

0:07:54 > 0:07:57They maybe could be a little bit less spoiled, but I have become

0:07:57 > 0:07:58aware of their weight.

0:07:58 > 0:08:00And I have tried to cut down.

0:08:01 > 0:08:02They're just big-boned!

0:08:04 > 0:08:07But Jack's big bones are causing him a bit of bother.

0:08:07 > 0:08:10Let's hope James can help.

0:08:10 > 0:08:13So, shall we go on through to the consult room and we'll have a look.

0:08:13 > 0:08:15- You want me to carry him? He is quite a big boy.- I'll carry him.

0:08:15 > 0:08:17Oh, my! Isn't he just?!

0:08:17 > 0:08:18Wow.

0:08:18 > 0:08:21- It is just him in there or is there another one?!- It is just him.

0:08:21 > 0:08:25- How many cats have we got in here? - Just him.- OK. Let's not judge.

0:08:25 > 0:08:26Let's not judge!

0:08:26 > 0:08:27Let's have a look. Here we go.

0:08:27 > 0:08:28OK, thank you.

0:08:28 > 0:08:33Right, Chappy. So, has he always had problems with his back legs

0:08:33 > 0:08:36- or is this a new thing?- It's been a new thing in the past year.

0:08:36 > 0:08:39Let me just have a little feel of his back legs.

0:08:39 > 0:08:41- He's never been hit by a car or anything?- No.

0:08:41 > 0:08:44- Never had orthopaedic surgery? - No, he's been indoors all his life.

0:08:44 > 0:08:47Has he? OK. That then makes you think, is this more like

0:08:47 > 0:08:50an age-related degenerative condition? Certainly, arthritis

0:08:50 > 0:08:51is definitely a possible here.

0:08:53 > 0:08:56Arthritis is a disease that's making Jack's joints really stiff

0:08:56 > 0:08:59and painful. I can't cure it. But his weight definitely won't

0:08:59 > 0:09:04be helping. It's awkward conversation time!

0:09:04 > 0:09:05The problem is, you can imagine,

0:09:05 > 0:09:09if he is carrying that much extra weight around on those back legs,

0:09:09 > 0:09:13that's probably why he's starting to struggle a little bit now.

0:09:13 > 0:09:16It looks like diet time for Jack, but he's not the only one

0:09:16 > 0:09:18who needs it.

0:09:18 > 0:09:21- I could show you a photo of my other cats...- Go on, then!- ..so you can

0:09:21 > 0:09:24- see the weight of my other cats. - Yeah, let's have a look.

0:09:24 > 0:09:27- That's the other one.- Oh, my God! - You can see how long he is!

0:09:27 > 0:09:32- I can't cope with this!- He is long! - He looks like the happiest cat

0:09:32 > 0:09:36- in the world.- He is pretty content. - He does look a happy cat.

0:09:36 > 0:09:39I think...My diagnosis here is that all three cats have

0:09:39 > 0:09:43- got you wrapped around their paws! - Yep. I would say that all 12

0:09:43 > 0:09:46- of my animals have me wrapped around.- Absolutely!- They do.

0:09:46 > 0:09:5012 animals. If they are anything like those cats, that is some

0:09:50 > 0:09:52food bill!

0:09:54 > 0:09:57Day one of the diet begins here, Jack. Let's start with the weigh-in.

0:09:57 > 0:10:02I'm going to say that his weight should be roughly, maybe,

0:10:02 > 0:10:04four and a half to five kilos. I'm not going to show you.

0:10:04 > 0:10:06- What do you think?- Eight?

0:10:06 > 0:10:09I'm going to say, I think you are going to be pretty close.

0:10:09 > 0:10:12- I'm going to go seven. Are we ready?- Go.

0:10:13 > 0:10:14- Oh!- There we go!

0:10:14 > 0:10:15BOTH LAUGH

0:10:15 > 0:10:17- We've been too harsh on him! - Oh, Jack!

0:10:17 > 0:10:19OK, so we've got... That's good news.

0:10:19 > 0:10:22We're not quite as heavy as we thought we were going to be.

0:10:22 > 0:10:25I mean, that is still like me being six stone overweight.

0:10:25 > 0:10:29It is for his own good this. I am not backing down.

0:10:29 > 0:10:33- I hope to see a kilo off of him. - You will.- Will we shake on it?

0:10:33 > 0:10:37- Yeah. A few weeks. He'll lose it.- OK, right. Let's do it.

0:10:37 > 0:10:39- See you next time.- Thank you. - Bye!- Thank you.- Bye.

0:10:41 > 0:10:46Later, we'll see if not-so skeletal Jack manages to shed a few pounds.

0:10:46 > 0:10:50- Last time, he was 6.88, to the gram.- Yep.- This time...

0:10:52 > 0:10:55And it's a tense time for Cheryl, when she operates

0:10:55 > 0:10:58- on a goldfish for the very first time.- Happy?- Yeah.

0:10:58 > 0:11:01It's coming off. Come on, Baracka.

0:11:05 > 0:11:09Back to Sheffield now, with Cat the vet and Scout the greyhound.

0:11:11 > 0:11:15She is here today to have a painful corn removed from her foot

0:11:15 > 0:11:18- which is making her limp. - So, let's get her on the table.

0:11:18 > 0:11:23Right! Just have a little lie down. Just chill out! Relax!

0:11:23 > 0:11:26Greyhounds are not the bravest of dogs. They do tend

0:11:26 > 0:11:31to cry very easily! And make a big fuss about a lot of things.

0:11:31 > 0:11:34But I'm hopeful that she'll be brave and that she'll let us just

0:11:34 > 0:11:37- get rid of this nasty corn. - Now Scout is settled,

0:11:37 > 0:11:41Cat can get a closer look at what has been making her feel so awful.

0:11:41 > 0:11:44It's not an uncommon problem for greyhounds to get corns.

0:11:44 > 0:11:48Because... Mainly because a lot of them have been used for racing

0:11:48 > 0:11:52in the past so, often, the way that they walk and the way that

0:11:52 > 0:11:55they put the weight through their feet isn't quite normal any more.

0:11:55 > 0:11:58So it's very sore and painful and they will often limp,

0:11:58 > 0:12:01but once it's gone, the problem is solved.

0:12:03 > 0:12:07- It's going to be a bit uncomfortable.- Good girl.

0:12:07 > 0:12:08But with Cat's help, this speedy hound

0:12:08 > 0:12:12should soon be back on all four paws.

0:12:12 > 0:12:16- She's being ever so good, isn't she? - So far, Scout is putting on

0:12:16 > 0:12:19a brave face, but as Cat digs around the hard skin,

0:12:19 > 0:12:21she's beginning to get a bit fed up.

0:12:22 > 0:12:23WHINNYING

0:12:23 > 0:12:24Good girl.

0:12:24 > 0:12:27WHINNYING INCREASES IN VOLUME

0:12:27 > 0:12:28Good girl.

0:12:28 > 0:12:30YELPING

0:12:30 > 0:12:31I know!

0:12:31 > 0:12:35- Scout wants a time out.- She's just getting a bit worried about it

0:12:35 > 0:12:38and I think we are just getting up to the sore bit, so I am going to

0:12:38 > 0:12:40give her a little tiny bit of menthol,

0:12:40 > 0:12:41which is going to make her relax.

0:12:41 > 0:12:45A little injection and she soon calms down.

0:12:45 > 0:12:47A little drifty, drift, drift. That's it, darling.

0:12:50 > 0:12:53Now Scout is all sleepy, Cat can finish the job.

0:12:54 > 0:12:56Oop! There we go!

0:13:00 > 0:13:03So, you can see, it's only really, really tiny,

0:13:03 > 0:13:04but imagine walking around

0:13:04 > 0:13:08with a little pebble in your foot, like that. It's going to hurt.

0:13:10 > 0:13:13You can see it's left quite a big crater in her foot,

0:13:13 > 0:13:16but she is going to wear her little boot for the next few days

0:13:16 > 0:13:18and then that will heal up really nicely.

0:13:20 > 0:13:22So, sporting her lovely new shoe,

0:13:22 > 0:13:25a relieved Scout is reunited with her anxious owners.

0:13:26 > 0:13:29Loving the boot. Very Jimmy Choo.

0:13:29 > 0:13:31A few days of chilling at home

0:13:31 > 0:13:33and Scout should soon be back to full speed.

0:13:40 > 0:13:42She's so fluffy!

0:13:42 > 0:13:45Time to rejoin Cheryl and Baracka.

0:13:47 > 0:13:51Cheryl and her team have some very fishy business to attend to -

0:13:51 > 0:13:52and fast.

0:13:52 > 0:13:55OK, so we need oxygen.

0:13:58 > 0:14:00Baracka the 16-year-old goldfish

0:14:00 > 0:14:04has developed some lumps on his body. And one is growing so big,

0:14:04 > 0:14:06it's affecting how he swims.

0:14:08 > 0:14:12Cos he's so small, Cheryl has to use specialist tools for the job.

0:14:12 > 0:14:15So, the eye kit is full of tiny, tiny instruments,

0:14:15 > 0:14:16just perfect for...

0:14:17 > 0:14:19..eye surgery or goldfish surgery.

0:14:21 > 0:14:23One of the things that's going to make this so tricky

0:14:23 > 0:14:26is that Cheryl's patient has to stay in the water.

0:14:26 > 0:14:30We set up three tubs of water. The first one is the water

0:14:30 > 0:14:31that he came in.

0:14:31 > 0:14:33The second one has been mixed with anaesthetic

0:14:33 > 0:14:36and the third one is being pumped with oxygen

0:14:36 > 0:14:38so he can recover quickly.

0:14:40 > 0:14:41It's so tricky doing this underwater.

0:14:43 > 0:14:46The anaesthetic is starting to work.

0:14:51 > 0:14:54Let me bump his head down.

0:14:54 > 0:14:55- Happy?- Yeah.

0:15:00 > 0:15:02Oh, it's coming off.

0:15:05 > 0:15:07And it's off.

0:15:07 > 0:15:10But Cheryl now has the tricky task of removing the one on top of

0:15:10 > 0:15:11Baracka's head.

0:15:14 > 0:15:16- This one looks a bit funny. - This one's different, yeah.

0:15:16 > 0:15:19- Completely different consistency. - That one just looks

0:15:19 > 0:15:22- like an infection, doesn't it?- It does.

0:15:22 > 0:15:24Cos this is like mush, isn't it?

0:15:26 > 0:15:29- Most of that's off, isn't it? - Yeah. Maybe that's it.

0:15:29 > 0:15:30Just don't want it to grow back.

0:15:32 > 0:15:35Cheryl's done everything she can.

0:15:35 > 0:15:38Time to bring Baracka back round.

0:15:40 > 0:15:43- Shall we blast him with oxygen? - Yeah.- Come on, Baracka.

0:15:46 > 0:15:47Now the surgery is over,

0:15:47 > 0:15:49the next few hours' recovery are critical.

0:16:00 > 0:16:01BARKING

0:16:01 > 0:16:05Let's go back to Bristol, to see James and Jack the cat.

0:16:06 > 0:16:10This chunky feline's expanding waistline wasn't helping his

0:16:10 > 0:16:12aching bones.

0:16:13 > 0:16:16Three months later, and time for James to see

0:16:16 > 0:16:18how this big boy's diet is going.

0:16:19 > 0:16:21- Hello!- Oh, hello!

0:16:21 > 0:16:24- How are you doing?- Good. How are you?- Good.

0:16:24 > 0:16:27- I have come armed.- Oh, dear. - I want to see how Jack's doing.

0:16:27 > 0:16:30- Is that OK?- Yeah, that's fine. Come on in.- Thank you.

0:16:32 > 0:16:35Losing weight is really going to help Jack's arthritis,

0:16:35 > 0:16:38but has Georgie been successful?

0:16:38 > 0:16:40Right, I've got my scales ready.

0:16:40 > 0:16:45- Here he is.- Hi, there, Jack! Hello!

0:16:45 > 0:16:48He is hefty to hold, I can tell you!

0:16:48 > 0:16:51OK. Shall we pop him straight on to the scales?

0:16:51 > 0:16:53Good boy! Here we go.

0:16:56 > 0:16:57It's the moment of truth.

0:16:57 > 0:17:01- Last time, he was 6.88, to the gram.- Yep.

0:17:01 > 0:17:04This time, he is still 6.88.

0:17:04 > 0:17:05BOTH LAUGH

0:17:05 > 0:17:07Oh, Georgie!

0:17:07 > 0:17:09Well, at least he's not put any weight on.

0:17:11 > 0:17:14I think that's not bad, cos previous to that, he had gone up and up

0:17:14 > 0:17:17- and up and up.- Yeah. - And now, it's been a few...

0:17:17 > 0:17:20It's been a while since I have seen you and his weight has stayed

0:17:20 > 0:17:23the same, so we have definitely curbed that upwards trend,

0:17:23 > 0:17:25so I think this is good. I do think this is a positive.

0:17:25 > 0:17:30Jack may not have gained weight, but if he and his feline friends

0:17:30 > 0:17:33are going to shed those pounds, they are going to have to eat less

0:17:33 > 0:17:36- and move more.- You know, when you've got those big cute eyes

0:17:36 > 0:17:38looking at you, of course it's difficult,

0:17:38 > 0:17:40but you've got to be strong.

0:17:40 > 0:17:43- Well, good luck.- Thank you. - You're on the right track

0:17:43 > 0:17:46- and good luck.- Thank you!- OK. - Bye!- Nice to see you.

0:17:50 > 0:17:52Back in Essex,

0:17:52 > 0:17:54it's been a long, tough day for Cheryl.

0:17:54 > 0:18:00And there's some sad news about Baracka the goldfish.

0:18:00 > 0:18:03I think it was about six hours after his anaesthetic,

0:18:03 > 0:18:05he stopped swimming

0:18:05 > 0:18:06and he died.

0:18:07 > 0:18:10I think it was just too much for him, because of his age.

0:18:12 > 0:18:14But, at 16 years old,

0:18:14 > 0:18:16he has had a long and happy life.

0:18:16 > 0:18:20That is the tough side of vet work.

0:18:20 > 0:18:22It doesn't always work out the way we would like it to.

0:18:24 > 0:18:25But we gave it our best shot

0:18:25 > 0:18:27and you can't do more than that.

0:18:29 > 0:18:31Oh, that was such a shame about Baracka.

0:18:31 > 0:18:32I was really rooting for him,

0:18:32 > 0:18:35but what a fantastic effort

0:18:35 > 0:18:36from Cheryl and the team.

0:18:36 > 0:18:38Hello, baby!

0:18:38 > 0:18:41Now, remember that beautiful greyhound, Scout?

0:18:42 > 0:18:45Two months later and the whole stress of the vet's

0:18:45 > 0:18:49- is now a distant memory. - She's been doing incredibly well.

0:18:49 > 0:18:53You could see immediately that she was walking a lot more easily,

0:18:53 > 0:18:56a lot more freely, enjoying running again.

0:18:56 > 0:18:58Good girl!

0:18:58 > 0:19:01The pain had gone really, so, yeah, she's been doing really well.

0:19:03 > 0:19:05Next time on The Pets Factor...

0:19:05 > 0:19:07Come on. Come for a little swim!

0:19:07 > 0:19:09..James gets in deep water,

0:19:09 > 0:19:11to help a cat with an injured leg.

0:19:11 > 0:19:14London Fashion Show, eat your heart out, this is a catwalk, isn't it?

0:19:16 > 0:19:20And Rory spots a problem on a young French bulldog called Blue.

0:19:20 > 0:19:23Give it a nice little clean like that.

0:19:23 > 0:19:26Hey, Tanna, look. See? He loves it.
