0:03:58 > 0:04:01Thank you, Mr Trumpet Man!
0:04:08 > 0:04:11Well, I think it's time for a story about a Treasure Champ.
0:04:11 > 0:04:15Some of you may know this one. It's about a very, very
0:04:15 > 0:04:16courageous young man.
0:04:23 > 0:04:27Hiya, I'm Ben, and this is the exciting story of
0:04:27 > 0:04:29Daniel And The Lions.
0:04:29 > 0:04:30THEY ROAR
0:04:30 > 0:04:34Oh! Phew! On with the story.
0:04:34 > 0:04:36Daniel was a servant to the king,
0:04:36 > 0:04:38and lived in a place called Babylon.
0:04:38 > 0:04:41Daniel did lots of jobs for the king,
0:04:41 > 0:04:43like maybe polishing his crown.
0:04:43 > 0:04:47Now, the king of Babylon liked Daniel very, very much.
0:04:47 > 0:04:50"Here's your crown, my king."
0:04:50 > 0:04:52"Thank you, Daniel.
0:04:52 > 0:04:56"Now, you know I like you. In fact, I like you so much, I'm going
0:04:56 > 0:04:59"to put you in charge of the whole country."
0:04:59 > 0:05:01"Wow!"
0:05:01 > 0:05:05But some of the other servants to the king were jealous of Daniel
0:05:05 > 0:05:09because they wanted to be in charge instead of him.
0:05:09 > 0:05:13So, the servants thought how they could get Daniel into trouble.
0:05:13 > 0:05:16But getting Daniel into trouble was very tricky,
0:05:16 > 0:05:19because Daniel was a good person who worked very hard.
0:05:22 > 0:05:25Very hard, indeed. Phew!
0:05:25 > 0:05:29So, they tricked the king into agreeing to a new rule.
0:05:32 > 0:05:34"What's this?"
0:05:34 > 0:05:38The servants told the king it was a new rule he'd made up,
0:05:38 > 0:05:41and so he announced it. "Thanks very much.
0:05:41 > 0:05:45"From now on, people will only pray to me.
0:05:45 > 0:05:49"Anyone caught praying to anybody else will be thrown to the lions!"
0:05:49 > 0:05:52THEY ROAR
0:05:52 > 0:05:55This meant that Daniel had a really big decision to make.
0:05:55 > 0:05:58Praying to his god was even more important
0:05:58 > 0:06:00that being a good servant to the king!
0:06:00 > 0:06:04So, Daniel was very courageous, and kept praying to his god
0:06:04 > 0:06:06every day, just as he'd always done.
0:06:06 > 0:06:09But the servants spotted him.
0:06:12 > 0:06:15"What's this?"
0:06:15 > 0:06:18The king was told that Daniel had broken the rule
0:06:18 > 0:06:21and had to be punished. "Thank you, thank you.
0:06:21 > 0:06:24"Now, I still like Daniel very, very much,
0:06:24 > 0:06:27"but he did not pray to me, and broke the rule,
0:06:27 > 0:06:32"so now he must be thrown into the den of ferocious lions!"
0:06:32 > 0:06:35LION ROARS
0:06:35 > 0:06:41Daniel was trapped, face-to-face with the big-toothed hungry beasts.
0:06:41 > 0:06:43THEY GROWL
0:06:43 > 0:06:45What would happen to him?
0:06:49 > 0:06:53That night, the king couldn't sleep. He was worrying about Daniel.
0:06:53 > 0:06:57"Oh, what have I done? What have I done?!"
0:06:57 > 0:07:00So, in the morning, he rushed to find him.
0:07:02 > 0:07:03"Oh, dear.
0:07:03 > 0:07:07"Daniel's been in the lions' den all night, and it's my fault."
0:07:07 > 0:07:11But as the king got closer to the den, he looked in and saw...
0:07:11 > 0:07:13Daniel was fine!
0:07:14 > 0:07:18The king was amazed. How had Daniel survived?
0:07:18 > 0:07:23Courageous Daniel said, "My king, when I was in the lions' den,
0:07:23 > 0:07:26"I prayed, and all the lions' mouths were shut tight.
0:07:26 > 0:07:30"The lions didn't hurt me because I've done nothing wrong."
0:07:30 > 0:07:34"Wahoo! Daniel's OK!", said the king.
0:07:34 > 0:07:36"You were very courageous
0:07:36 > 0:07:40"because you stood up for what you knew was right."
0:07:42 > 0:07:46Come on in, guys. Thanks for helping me tell today's Treasure Story.

0:08:43 > 0:08:47Seven weeks ago, I fell over in the park and broke my arm.
0:08:47 > 0:08:52The doctor looked after me and put this plaster cast on my arm.
0:08:52 > 0:08:56A plaster cast is like a very hard bandage, to keep my arm nice
0:08:56 > 0:08:59and still, to help the bone to mend.
0:08:59 > 0:09:03Today, I've come to the hospital to get my cast removed,

0:09:23 > 0:09:26Hospitals can seem such strange places.
0:09:26 > 0:09:28Going to one can feel scary.
0:09:28 > 0:09:32But you need to be brave and courageous, because the doctors
0:09:32 > 0:09:35and nurses are all there to look after you.
