0:04:19 > 0:04:21Hey, Treasure Champs,

0:04:21 > 0:04:27here's a brilliant story about sharing that some of you might know.

0:04:30 > 0:04:32Hello, I'm Omar,

0:04:32 > 0:04:38and this is the fabulous story of the feeding of the 5,000.

0:04:41 > 0:04:43A long time ago,

0:04:43 > 0:04:48a special man called Jesus was walking with his close friends.

0:04:48 > 0:04:51They were followed by large crowds,

0:04:51 > 0:04:56as people loved to hear the stories that Jesus would tell.

0:04:56 > 0:04:58But it was getting late in the day,

0:04:58 > 0:05:01and everyone was getting a little bit hungry,

0:05:01 > 0:05:05so Jesus' friends suggested that he send everyone home

0:05:05 > 0:05:07to have their dinners.

0:05:07 > 0:05:12But, then, Jesus did something very surprising.

0:05:12 > 0:05:18He told his friends, don't send them away, we can feed them all.

0:05:18 > 0:05:22His friends were confused.

0:05:22 > 0:05:29But Jesus had a special plan.

0:05:29 > 0:05:34He told his friends to get ready to feed everybody.

0:05:34 > 0:05:37But they didn't have any food,

0:05:37 > 0:05:41and didn't have enough money to buy any food.

0:05:41 > 0:05:44How were they going to do it?

0:05:44 > 0:05:50But, then, one of Jesus' friends, Andrew, had an idea.

0:05:50 > 0:05:52Uh, this might be a silly suggestion,

0:05:52 > 0:05:55but there's a boy here who's got some food.

0:05:55 > 0:05:56Maybe we could share that.

0:05:56 > 0:06:00Five tiny loaves and two small fish.

0:06:00 > 0:06:02Hmm.

0:06:02 > 0:06:07Jesus told his friends to tell everyone to be patient.

0:06:09 > 0:06:12- KIDS:- We're hungry!

0:06:14 > 0:06:16Jesus thanked God for the food,

0:06:16 > 0:06:21and started breaking it up into small pieces for people to share.

0:06:21 > 0:06:26Then, he told his friends to start giving pieces to the people.

0:06:29 > 0:06:33So they started passing them out.

0:06:33 > 0:06:37And they kept passing them out.

0:06:37 > 0:06:41And they kept passing them out!

0:06:43 > 0:06:48And before they knew it, everybody had been fed.

0:06:52 > 0:06:56Then Jesus asked his friends to gather out all the extra food.

0:06:56 > 0:07:00We don't want to waste it.

0:07:02 > 0:07:06And, then, they noticed something amazing.

0:07:06 > 0:07:11Even though there had only been a small packed lunch to begin with,

0:07:11 > 0:07:18once they had finished clearing up, there were 12 baskets of leftovers.

0:07:18 > 0:07:20How did that happen?

0:07:20 > 0:07:24Everyone was amazed.

0:07:24 > 0:07:27Thank you for helping me tell today's treasure story.
