0:03:05 > 0:03:07- And it worked. - Ooh. Thank you.

0:03:07 > 0:03:10SHE LAUGHS That was perfect, well done.

0:03:12 > 0:03:15- Hello.- Hi. - Can you introduce yourselves, please?

0:03:15 > 0:03:18I'm Oliver and this is my dog Charlie.

0:03:18 > 0:03:19Go ahead, the floor is yours.

0:03:19 > 0:03:23Oliver, from Hertfordshire, was very keen to show Ashleigh

0:03:23 > 0:03:25just how talented his Irish setter Charlie was.

0:03:27 > 0:03:30Good boy! I want him to go get the ball, OK?

0:03:30 > 0:03:35Charlie did everything right, and Ashleigh was impressed.

0:03:38 > 0:03:41Day 1 of Training, and our three teams are about to find out

0:03:41 > 0:03:44from dog expert Steve what stunt they'll be tackling today.

0:03:45 > 0:03:47- Hi, guys.- Hi.- Hi.

0:03:47 > 0:03:50So, Steve, these are our wonderful trainers.

0:03:50 > 0:03:54Today you're going to start teaching your dogs...wait for it...

0:03:54 > 0:03:56- how to operate a catapult.- Wow.

0:03:58 > 0:04:00For this stunt your dogs need

0:04:00 > 0:04:01to load a catapult with

0:04:01 > 0:04:03a tennis ball and fire it.

0:04:03 > 0:04:05At Showtime, dogs will get points

0:04:05 > 0:04:06for firing, but mega points

0:04:06 > 0:04:07for loading.

0:04:09 > 0:04:10After two minutes the dog with

0:04:10 > 0:04:12the most points will be the winner.

0:04:14 > 0:04:18Step one - you're going to encourage your dog to press the trigger here.

0:04:18 > 0:04:21If they touch it at all, good, throw the tennis ball,

0:04:21 > 0:04:22let the good times start.

0:04:22 > 0:04:25Loads of repetitions till they start pressing it more

0:04:25 > 0:04:28and more, maybe start pressing it a bit firmer each time.

0:04:28 > 0:04:31Once they're doing that, then - with safety in mind -

0:04:31 > 0:04:33pop your dog on the lead, you're going

0:04:33 > 0:04:37to load the catapult for them, they can trigger it,

0:04:37 > 0:04:40independently they're going to make the tennis ball fly out.

0:04:40 > 0:04:44Ashleigh's going to look after you from here on, enjoy your training.

0:04:44 > 0:04:46- Thank you.- See you later, ta-ra.

0:04:46 > 0:04:50- Well, I can't wait to get started, shall we go? ALL:- Yeah.- Come on then.

0:04:51 > 0:04:55This is fantastic to be back at the Dog House because me

0:04:55 > 0:04:58and Jess really enjoyed it last time.

0:04:58 > 0:05:02So let's start with Jess.

0:05:02 > 0:05:05These tennis balls are a little bit too big for her, aren't they?

0:05:05 > 0:05:08So you've got your own there, that's brilliant, well done.

0:05:08 > 0:05:11Let's get down on the floor with her then.

0:05:11 > 0:05:15- All you're going to do is show her your tennis ball.- Good girl.

0:05:15 > 0:05:18Jess looks keen, will she go for the ball?

0:05:18 > 0:05:25- Hey, what's that? Good girl, throw her the ball. Yay.- Jessica, bring.

0:05:25 > 0:05:28Jess may be small, but that is not going to stop this team.

0:05:28 > 0:05:30Time for Oliver and Charlie.

0:05:30 > 0:05:33When the trick was revealed I was quite confident,

0:05:33 > 0:05:38cos in the audition he knew what he was doing and tried it first time.

0:05:38 > 0:05:41Keep him on his lead, all you're going to do is exactly the same,

0:05:41 > 0:05:44I'm going to stand away from the catapult a bit.

0:05:45 > 0:05:48Throw his ball, yes, well done.

0:05:48 > 0:05:51Well, Charlie had no trouble pressing that pedal.

0:05:51 > 0:05:54- So, shall we try and load the catapult this time?- Yeah.

0:05:54 > 0:05:57You stand here and I'll load it for you.

0:05:57 > 0:06:02There we go. Go on then. Good boy, loads of praise.

0:06:02 > 0:06:04Show him where it went, yes, good boy.

0:06:04 > 0:06:06He's not quite sure where that ball is coming from,

0:06:06 > 0:06:10so as soon as it comes out you need to show him.

0:06:10 > 0:06:15- So, Katie and Dazzle.- Finally, it's Katie and Dazzle's turn.

0:06:15 > 0:06:18It feels amazing to be here at the Dog House

0:06:18 > 0:06:22because I've always wanted to take Dazzle on a TV programme

0:06:22 > 0:06:25to prove that collies are really intelligent.

0:06:25 > 0:06:27So, let's have a look what you've been doing.

0:06:28 > 0:06:32- Good girl, well done. Shall we try and load the catapult?- Yeah.

0:06:34 > 0:06:35Give it a go.

0:06:35 > 0:06:40Push, push. Oh, come here, you. Push.

0:06:40 > 0:06:46- Good girl, loads of praise.- Dazzle! Not that ball.- Well done.

0:06:46 > 0:06:48So as soon as it comes flying out,

0:06:48 > 0:06:51you need to make sure you show her where it's coming from.

0:06:51 > 0:06:53Carry on doing that, brilliant.

0:06:53 > 0:06:57Right, guys, I can see you're doing brilliantly here, I'm going

0:06:57 > 0:07:00to leave you to it, carry on what you're doing.

0:07:00 > 0:07:02- See you later. ALL:- Bye.

0:07:07 > 0:07:11Now, we all like a playful pup, and these next fearless fluffballs

0:07:11 > 0:07:14will play with anything that moves - or doesn't move, for that matter.

0:07:14 > 0:07:16PUDSEY GROANS

0:07:20 > 0:07:22Some dogs are completely fearless.

0:07:22 > 0:07:25Even headless snowmen don't scare them.

0:07:28 > 0:07:32This dog is tackling a dangerous water snake. And he's winning.

0:07:36 > 0:07:38Although this little dog is losing the battle

0:07:38 > 0:07:41against the dreaded leaves, he's not scared.

0:07:41 > 0:07:42Oh, yes, he is.

0:07:42 > 0:07:45A huge jump doesn't scare this flying spaniel.

0:07:45 > 0:07:46Let's see that again.

0:07:48 > 0:07:51Now that's fearless! Fantastic!

0:07:52 > 0:07:56Frank, that's not scary, or dangerous. That's a pumpkin.

0:07:56 > 0:07:59You're in the wrong competition, mate. Lose it.

0:07:59 > 0:08:00Oh, you have, well done.

0:08:01 > 0:08:04Whereas this dog is taking on a whole tree!

0:08:04 > 0:08:06MUSIC: "Holding Out For A Hero" by Bonnie Tyler

0:08:08 > 0:08:12As for this dog, well, he really is his own worst enemy. Look at that.

0:08:19 > 0:08:21Still to come on the show,

0:08:21 > 0:08:23we'll see some very rare breeds of British dog.

0:08:23 > 0:08:25AND - lots of drama,

0:08:25 > 0:08:28as our three teams battle it out in a very exciting Showtime.

0:08:33 > 0:08:35Training is in full swing,

0:08:35 > 0:08:37and Ashleigh's back to see how the teams are getting on.

0:08:37 > 0:08:39Hi, guys.

0:08:39 > 0:08:42I can see you're all concentrating on your training, I don't want to

0:08:42 > 0:08:46stop you, carry on, and I'll just look what you've been up to.

0:08:46 > 0:08:48So how's Jessica been getting on?

0:08:48 > 0:08:51She's fine, but she's not been getting the catapult thing.

0:08:51 > 0:08:54OK, so we need to encourage her to hit the pedal harder.

0:08:54 > 0:08:57- So maybe give her a run-up. Shall we try that?- Yeah. Come on, Jessie.

0:08:57 > 0:09:01Jess seems to be having trouble firing the catapult.

0:09:01 > 0:09:05- So you want to teach her to hit that as hard as possible.- OK.

0:09:05 > 0:09:07Let's try that again.

0:09:07 > 0:09:10- Really encourage her. Go, go, go.- Push, push.

0:09:10 > 0:09:12Jess is going to have to push the catapult much harder than that

0:09:12 > 0:09:15if she wants to fire that ball.

0:09:15 > 0:09:17So carry on with that, be really enthusiastic with her,

0:09:17 > 0:09:22and we need to try and get her to hit that pedal as hard as possible.

0:09:22 > 0:09:23Good girl, Jess.

0:09:25 > 0:09:30- How's Charlie getting on?- He's not bringing the ball back.- OK.- Charlie!

0:09:30 > 0:09:32It looks like Charlie's more interested in

0:09:32 > 0:09:34sniffing around than fetching.

0:09:38 > 0:09:42Charlie, push, push. What's that?

0:09:42 > 0:09:45Charlie's off again! I wonder what's wrong?

0:09:45 > 0:09:49- Do you think Charlie's starting to get a little bit bored now?- Yeah.

0:09:49 > 0:09:53That's when you need to be really enthusiastic with him,

0:09:53 > 0:09:56encourage him loads, be fun, be silly,

0:09:56 > 0:09:59just have loads of fun with him and that ball, OK?

0:09:59 > 0:10:02- Yeah. - Good, carry on with that then.

0:10:04 > 0:10:07- Let's have a see how Dazzle's getting on.- No!

0:10:07 > 0:10:10Goodness, Dazzle's getting a bit overexcited.

0:10:11 > 0:10:15- Dazzle, touch.- Good girl!

0:10:15 > 0:10:20- Well done, that's perfect. Hey, Dazzle, good girl.- Dazzle, away.

0:10:20 > 0:10:22Just pop her back on her lead.

0:10:22 > 0:10:26Rather than pulling Dazzle when she's a little distracted,

0:10:26 > 0:10:29Katie needs to use positive encouragement to get her attention.

0:10:29 > 0:10:32So, when you are teaching your dog you always need to remember -

0:10:32 > 0:10:34patience, OK?

0:10:34 > 0:10:36Keep calm, keep cool. She's just really excited.

0:10:36 > 0:10:39She needs to learn it's all about you, OK?

0:10:41 > 0:10:45So, guys, I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted from all this training.

0:10:45 > 0:10:47You've done absolutely brilliantly.

0:10:47 > 0:10:51- Have fun, and I'll see you back here tomorrow. Bye. ALL:- Bye.

0:10:52 > 0:10:56The worst bit about the training session was at the end.

0:10:56 > 0:10:59She ran away and started barking like mad

0:10:59 > 0:11:01and wouldn't do the trick any more.

0:11:01 > 0:11:04My training this morning went all right

0:11:04 > 0:11:07but Charlie wouldn't bring the ball back when asked.

0:11:08 > 0:11:14The training went well except for, Jess is only small and very light,

0:11:14 > 0:11:17so it was hard for her to push the pedal down.

0:11:18 > 0:11:21Dogs come in all different colours, shapes and sizes,

0:11:21 > 0:11:23just like our catapulting canines.

0:11:23 > 0:11:26Let's find out more about them.

0:11:26 > 0:11:30First up, we have Jess, who's a four-year-old Jack Russell terrier.

0:11:30 > 0:11:32Angelina and Jess appeared in the last series,

0:11:32 > 0:11:35and are thrilled to be back.

0:11:35 > 0:11:38Jess is very talented - she can skateboard, play the piano

0:11:38 > 0:11:42and even ride a pony, but can she can add being able to launch

0:11:42 > 0:11:44a catapult to her list of talents?

0:11:44 > 0:11:45Hmm.

0:11:46 > 0:11:50Next up is Dazzle, a one-year-old Border collie from Northern Ireland.

0:11:50 > 0:11:53Katie named Dazzle after an amazing dog on the internet

0:11:53 > 0:11:55who could do loads of tricks.

0:11:55 > 0:11:57If Dazzle can live up to her namesake,

0:11:57 > 0:11:59she should have no problem learning this trick.

0:12:00 > 0:12:03Border collies are known for their amazing stamina,

0:12:03 > 0:12:04so let's hope Dazzle can keep

0:12:04 > 0:12:06firing, firing, firing that catapult.

0:12:08 > 0:12:12Finally we have two-year-old Charlie, the Irish setter.

0:12:12 > 0:12:14Irish setters are often affectionate dogs,

0:12:14 > 0:12:17and Oliver thinks that Charlie is too.

0:12:17 > 0:12:19He often takes things to be his bed and uses them

0:12:19 > 0:12:21- like a comfort blanket.- Aww.

0:12:22 > 0:12:26Irish setters were traditionally used as working dogs,

0:12:26 > 0:12:28so, will Charlie work hard in training?

0:12:28 > 0:12:30Let's hope so.

0:12:34 > 0:12:38It's training day 2, and the teams are back at the Dog House.

0:12:38 > 0:12:40They've been practising hard and are showing

0:12:40 > 0:12:42Ashleigh and Steve their progress.

0:12:43 > 0:12:46I think they're ready to move on to the next step.

0:12:46 > 0:12:48I'm impressed, good strong foundation.

0:12:48 > 0:12:50Good, good. Right, guys, all come round.

0:12:51 > 0:12:53So here's the deal.

0:12:53 > 0:12:55When they go and get the ball, what I want you to do is

0:12:55 > 0:12:58encourage them to you, but hold on to a nice, big bowl.

0:12:58 > 0:13:00Rather than put the ball into your hands,

0:13:00 > 0:13:02encourage them to drop it into that bowl.

0:13:02 > 0:13:05Lots and lots of repetitions, then we're going to fade out

0:13:05 > 0:13:10the bigger bowl and bring in a bowl the size of the cup on the catapult.

0:13:10 > 0:13:12And we'll have the whole exercise - fire the catapult,

0:13:12 > 0:13:14get the ball, bring it back, in the cup.

0:13:14 > 0:13:16REPEATS HIMSELF

0:13:16 > 0:13:18As many times as you can.

0:13:18 > 0:13:22- Sound like a plan?- ALL: Yeah. - See you later.- ALL: Bye.

0:13:22 > 0:13:25- Do you think your dogs can do it? - Yeah.- Yeah?- No.

0:13:25 > 0:13:29Oh, come on, you've got to be positive!

0:13:29 > 0:13:32Looks like Katie needs to have more confidence in Dazzle.

0:13:32 > 0:13:35Time for their training with Ashleigh.

0:13:35 > 0:13:37She's a little distracted, isn't she?

0:13:37 > 0:13:40So I think you need a game with your ball first of all.

0:13:40 > 0:13:44Get her right into that, have loads of fun, throw it about.

0:13:44 > 0:13:47Let's see if Katie can grab Dazzle's attention with that ball.

0:13:47 > 0:13:51- Good girl, fetch, come on.- Yay!

0:13:52 > 0:13:59- Good girl, loads of praise. Well done.- Leave it.- Almost.

0:13:59 > 0:14:02Have fun. Good girl.

0:14:02 > 0:14:06So you need her to be totally focused on that tennis ball, OK?

0:14:06 > 0:14:08It's Angelina and Jess next,

0:14:08 > 0:14:10and they've got a bit of a surprise for Ashleigh.

0:14:11 > 0:14:17- And...over.- Good girl. - Good girl, bring.

0:14:19 > 0:14:24- Jessica, get the ball, put it in. - Yes, that is amazing.- Wow!

0:14:24 > 0:14:26Not only can Jess fire the catapult,

0:14:26 > 0:14:28she's already learned how to load it.

0:14:28 > 0:14:33So just keep focusing on that, doing exactly the same. Good, carry on.

0:14:33 > 0:14:36Angelina and Jess are streets ahead, while poor Oliver is still

0:14:36 > 0:14:39struggling to get Charlie to fetch the tennis ball.

0:14:39 > 0:14:41At the moment I wouldn't even worry about the buckets.

0:14:41 > 0:14:45For you and Charlie, I'd just work on throwing the ball, fetching it,

0:14:45 > 0:14:48bringing it back, having loads of fun, OK?

0:14:48 > 0:14:50You need this to be the most fun thing ever.

0:14:52 > 0:14:53Good boy, give him loads of praise.

0:14:53 > 0:14:55Throw it along the ground, go, go, go.

0:14:55 > 0:14:59Come on, be loads of fun. Good boy.

0:14:59 > 0:15:03Charlie seems more interested in sniffing out scents in the grass.

0:15:03 > 0:15:05He's not really getting the hang of this trick.

0:15:05 > 0:15:08So what you've got to work on with him now is running to that

0:15:08 > 0:15:12ball as quick as he can, bringing it back as quick as he can.

0:15:12 > 0:15:14I'm going to see you back here in two weeks, you can

0:15:14 > 0:15:17take your catapults home, so make sure you practise loads.

0:15:17 > 0:15:22- And I'll see you here for Showtime. Bye! ALL:- Bye.

0:15:22 > 0:15:26Oliver and Charlie, and Katie and Dazzle, have a lot of work to do.

0:15:26 > 0:15:29But Angelina and Jess seem to have it all sewn up.

0:15:30 > 0:15:33If you want to teach your dog to use a catapult, here are Steve

0:15:33 > 0:15:35and Ashleigh's five steps.

0:15:35 > 0:15:40Step one - teach your dog to put its paws on the catapult launcher,

0:15:40 > 0:15:42and when they do, throw them the ball.

0:15:42 > 0:15:46Step two - encourage your dog to put more weight on the launcher

0:15:46 > 0:15:49until they can launch the ball themselves.

0:15:49 > 0:15:52Step three - make sure your dog fetches the ball

0:15:52 > 0:15:55and brings it all the way back to you.

0:15:55 > 0:15:58Step four - when your dog is fetching the ball consistently,

0:15:58 > 0:16:01teach them to drop it into a big bowl.

0:16:01 > 0:16:04Step five - when they've mastered a bowl,

0:16:04 > 0:16:08start to encourage your dog to drop the ball into the catapult cup.

0:16:08 > 0:16:11Then you'll be ready to put all the steps together,

0:16:11 > 0:16:15and soon your dog will be loading and firing the catapult!

0:16:15 > 0:16:17Ashleigh's helped me lots and given me

0:16:17 > 0:16:20lots of encouragement and advice how to help Charlie.

0:16:22 > 0:16:25The session went really well because Jess really enjoyed it

0:16:25 > 0:16:28and we've come a long way, I'm very proud of her.

0:16:28 > 0:16:31At the session I learnt that when Dazzle got distracted

0:16:31 > 0:16:34I have to pull her away and keep it all fun for her.

0:16:39 > 0:16:42Today we are going to be showing you how to teach your dog

0:16:42 > 0:16:43to jump up into your arms.

0:16:43 > 0:16:46You have to make sure, though, you don't do this with a large dog,

0:16:46 > 0:16:50only small and medium dogs, so don't go trying it with a Great Dane.

0:16:50 > 0:16:54This first step, all you're going to do is sit on a chair

0:16:54 > 0:16:57nice and comfy, and try and coax your dog up onto your lap.

0:16:57 > 0:17:01You ready, Puds? Come on. Good, boy, well done.

0:17:01 > 0:17:03Once they start getting the hang of that,

0:17:03 > 0:17:06then you can start bringing in a cushion.

0:17:06 > 0:17:08So, one cushion first of all,

0:17:08 > 0:17:12this just means it's going to bring you a little bit higher up.

0:17:12 > 0:17:15Up! Good boy, well done, that's good.

0:17:16 > 0:17:21And once they're confident with that one, I add another one in. Ready?

0:17:21 > 0:17:24Up! Good.

0:17:24 > 0:17:26Doing exactly the same.

0:17:26 > 0:17:28Now, once you've reached all the cushions that you can

0:17:28 > 0:17:32possibly find, then you can start standing up.

0:17:32 > 0:17:35So you're going to bend your knees ever so slightly. Ready? Up!

0:17:35 > 0:17:37Yeah, good, well done.

0:17:37 > 0:17:40Then all you're going to do is build upon that.

0:17:40 > 0:17:42Straightening your legs ever so slightly

0:17:42 > 0:17:45until you can stand up properly, and then do this.

0:17:45 > 0:17:48Up! Yeah, good boy. Good luck.

0:17:54 > 0:17:57Sadly, some breeds of dogs just aren't around any more.

0:17:57 > 0:18:00But let's take a look at the very rare British breeds that are.

0:18:06 > 0:18:09There are hundreds of different dog breeds in the world,

0:18:09 > 0:18:13but just like clothes and music, dogs also go in and out of fashion.

0:18:14 > 0:18:17Some dogs that were fashionable in Britain hundreds of years ago

0:18:17 > 0:18:21are now sadly gone for ever, like the White English Terrier,

0:18:21 > 0:18:26the English water spaniel and the toy bull terrier.

0:18:26 > 0:18:28Unfortunately, some British

0:18:28 > 0:18:29breeds of dogs, like these ones,

0:18:29 > 0:18:31might be the next to go.

0:18:31 > 0:18:33In fact, they are hardly any of them left.

0:18:35 > 0:18:38Over 100 years ago Skye terriers were very popular

0:18:38 > 0:18:41because Queen Victoria had some.

0:18:41 > 0:18:44Our queen, Queen Elizabeth, has Welsh corgis,

0:18:44 > 0:18:48so does that mean Welsh corgis are fashionable today?

0:18:48 > 0:18:49Yes, it does.

0:18:49 > 0:18:53Welsh corgis are one of our British breeds that aren't going extinct,

0:18:53 > 0:18:55and maybe that's thanks to the Queen.

0:18:55 > 0:18:57Wonder where they're all going.

0:19:01 > 0:19:04After two weeks of training the moment has finally arrived

0:19:04 > 0:19:07for our catapulting teams to show us what they can do,

0:19:07 > 0:19:11but only one of them can take that all-important semifinal place.

0:19:17 > 0:19:20So, who has learnt to load and fire the catapult?

0:19:20 > 0:19:23I'm feeling quite nervous at Showtime because Angelina

0:19:23 > 0:19:25and Jess are doing very good.

0:19:25 > 0:19:28Who will be fast enough to see off the competition?

0:19:28 > 0:19:31I'm quite confident that I can make it through to the semifinals

0:19:31 > 0:19:35because two weeks' practice has made a lot of difference.

0:19:35 > 0:19:39And who has what it takes to launch themselves into the semifinals?

0:19:39 > 0:19:44I would like to make it through 100% because I love Jessica so much.

0:19:45 > 0:19:46It's time to find out.

0:19:53 > 0:19:57Three talented teams. Two weeks of training.

0:19:57 > 0:20:00And only one semifinal place to be filled.

0:20:00 > 0:20:06Welcome to Showtime. And this is where it's all going to happen.

0:20:06 > 0:20:10Every trainer and dog will have just two minutes to try and load

0:20:10 > 0:20:13and fire their catapult as many times as possible.

0:20:14 > 0:20:17Each dog will receive ten points for every time they fire their

0:20:17 > 0:20:21catapult, but only if they bring their ball back across the line.

0:20:21 > 0:20:23And what about loading the catapults?

0:20:23 > 0:20:26The dog will actually receive a MASSIVE 50 points for every

0:20:26 > 0:20:30- time they load.- So there are loads of points to play for here.- Loads.

0:20:30 > 0:20:33- Shall we go find out how they're going to do?- Come on.- Let's go.

0:20:36 > 0:20:39First up, it's Ollie and Charlie.

0:20:40 > 0:20:43When we last saw Oliver he was struggling to get Charlie

0:20:43 > 0:20:45interested in that ball.

0:20:45 > 0:20:46Has their home practice paid off?

0:20:50 > 0:20:55- Push, push. Go.- Good start firing the catapult.- Come on, Charlie!

0:20:55 > 0:20:58- Pick it up.- But Charlie's still not interested in that ball.

0:20:58 > 0:21:02- Come on, Charlie, what's this? - Where's he off to?!

0:21:02 > 0:21:04Charlie, what's this? Charlie!

0:21:04 > 0:21:07Charlie, now is not the time for sniffing about.

0:21:08 > 0:21:13Ah, maybe Charlie just needed a toilet break. Maybe now he'll focus.

0:21:14 > 0:21:19- He's heading back to the catapult. - Push, push...go get it!

0:21:19 > 0:21:20Now will he bring the ball back?

0:21:23 > 0:21:27Yes, he will! That's this team's first ten points, well done.

0:21:28 > 0:21:31- CHARLIE BARKS - Are they on a roll?

0:21:32 > 0:21:36He's fired it again, and check out that catch.

0:21:36 > 0:21:39- He's got to bring the ball back for more points.- Come on, Charlie.

0:21:40 > 0:21:43Oh, no, he's dropped it. And he's off, again!

0:21:44 > 0:21:47Time is running out.

0:21:47 > 0:21:49Toilet break, again!

0:21:49 > 0:21:51Well, Showtime is nerve-racking.

0:21:51 > 0:21:52BUZZER SOUNDS

0:21:52 > 0:21:55Their time is up, and with only ten points,

0:21:55 > 0:21:58I'm not sure if this team have scored high enough.

0:21:58 > 0:22:00Next up, it's Katie and Dazzle.

0:22:01 > 0:22:03Throughout training,

0:22:03 > 0:22:06Katie has struggled with Dazzle getting distracted.

0:22:06 > 0:22:08Can she keep her focus now, when it counts?

0:22:11 > 0:22:15- Pick it up, put it in.- Dazzle's not keen on loading the catapult.

0:22:15 > 0:22:18DAZZLE BARKS

0:22:18 > 0:22:21But she's fired it. Now, will she bring the ball back?

0:22:23 > 0:22:24Dazzle's loaded it too!

0:22:24 > 0:22:28That's 60 points altogether, putting Oliver and Charlie out.

0:22:30 > 0:22:33And another 60 points for firing, bringing back and loading the ball.

0:22:35 > 0:22:36Good girl, put it in.

0:22:38 > 0:22:41Kerching! Is this the same distracted dog?

0:22:43 > 0:22:45Good girl, put it in.

0:22:46 > 0:22:50Wow, and again! This team have gone from unable to do it to unstoppable!

0:22:54 > 0:22:57The points keep stacking up. Calculator, anyone?

0:22:57 > 0:22:59Go get it, good girl. Put it in.

0:23:01 > 0:23:03Not one mistake, amazing.

0:23:07 > 0:23:10How many more points can this team rack up?

0:23:10 > 0:23:13Good girl. Come on, put it in.

0:23:14 > 0:23:19- 60 points a time just keeps on coming.- Good girl, come, come, come.

0:23:21 > 0:23:23Put it in.

0:23:23 > 0:23:25They have become catapult extraordinaires,

0:23:25 > 0:23:28and Dazzle's showing no signs of slowing down.

0:23:31 > 0:23:35Kerching, again. I'm exhausted just watching this energetic performance.

0:23:38 > 0:23:41- Good girl!- And Katie's enthusiasm

0:23:41 > 0:23:42hasn't faltered once.

0:23:46 > 0:23:48Another 60 points to add

0:23:48 > 0:23:50to their mammoth score.

0:23:50 > 0:23:52- Great catch, Dazzle. - BUZZER SOUNDS

0:23:52 > 0:23:55Ooh, just out of time for that last load to count, giving them

0:23:55 > 0:23:57another ten points to end on.

0:23:59 > 0:24:03What a performance!

0:24:03 > 0:24:06Last but not least, it's Angelina and Jess.

0:24:09 > 0:24:11Jess has had no trouble with this challenge throughout training.

0:24:11 > 0:24:14Now, can Angelina and Jess beat

0:24:14 > 0:24:16Katie and Dazzle's incredible performance?

0:24:21 > 0:24:24They're off, and as expected no hesitation from Jess

0:24:24 > 0:24:26in loading that catapult, 60 points there.

0:24:26 > 0:24:27Good girl, come on.

0:24:30 > 0:24:34Jess might be small, but she's showing size does not matter.

0:24:34 > 0:24:37Another 60 points for this team.

0:24:39 > 0:24:43- There's no stopping this dynamic duo!- And in the pot, yes, good girl.

0:24:43 > 0:24:45Maximum points yet again.

0:24:46 > 0:24:50Jess is showing no signs of tiring, and neither is Angelina.

0:24:52 > 0:24:55- Another 60 points there. - On the pad, Jess.

0:24:55 > 0:25:00- Go!- This team are fast, but are they faster than Katie and Dazzle?

0:25:21 > 0:25:26Go. Jess, in the pot. Yes, good girl.

0:25:26 > 0:25:28Surely Jess is getting tired?

0:25:30 > 0:25:34Or maybe not. She's just firing and loading like there's no tomorrow.

0:25:37 > 0:25:40- And on the pad, Jess. - Time is running out.

0:25:40 > 0:25:42How many more points can this team get?
