:00:19. > :00:22.in force for parts of central and Eastern England. It could be a

:00:22. > :00:25.particularly troublesome Monday morning rush hour. In the West, it

:00:25. > :00:28.is not the fog that's thickening, but the cloud is bringing rain to

:00:28. > :00:32.parts of Wales, the south-west of England, Western Scotland and the

:00:32. > :00:37.western half of Northern Ireland. Here temperatures holding up at 9

:00:37. > :00:41.or 10 Celsius. In the east, it is not just turning foggy, but chilly

:00:41. > :00:45.with lose of 4 or -- lows of 4 or 5 Celsius.

:00:45. > :00:48.The fog will be the concern for the morning rush hour. It will linger

:00:48. > :00:52.into the afternoon. In the West, there will be further outbreaks of

:00:52. > :00:55.rain across West Wales and some for south-west England at times across

:00:55. > :00:59.Northern England and Western Scotland. However, the Moray Firth

:00:59. > :01:02.maybe one spot that brightens up. There could be sunshine here and
