:00:53. > :00:59.ingredients? What we have on here is lamb, beef, chingen and turkey
:01:00. > :01:03.kebabs. They parted with hundreds of pounds
:01:04. > :01:10.on the promise of warmer homes. Now, they want their money back.
:01:11. > :01:18.I have children to feed. I took ?249. I want an answer. Why has
:01:19. > :01:23.80-year-old's Jim grand design for a model ray way been stopped in its
:01:24. > :01:29.tracks? I fell for the advert. Simple to use. If that is their idea
:01:30. > :01:33.of simple, give in! First tonight, a year ago public
:01:34. > :01:38.confidence in meat products was rocked when tests revealed some
:01:39. > :01:41.foods sold in supermarkets contained horsemeat. So if the big
:01:42. > :01:47.supermarkets can get away with it, what about your local takeaway?
:01:48. > :01:52.Rachel has joined a crack team of trading standard agents to find out
:01:53. > :01:56.what is on the menu. Mis-selling food is a criminal
:01:57. > :02:00.offence and it is happening every day across Britain.
:02:01. > :02:05.Food fraud is such a big problem the authorities in Wales are taking
:02:06. > :02:09.action. Today, officers from Torfaen Trading
:02:10. > :02:16.Standards are on a mission. To test what is on offer in the area's take
:02:17. > :02:21.away, Christine myth is taking part in a Wales wide crackdown It is very
:02:22. > :02:26.important, the public expect to receive what they ask for, if they
:02:27. > :02:32.are not receiving it they are being deceived and that is not acceptable.
:02:33. > :02:37.Tonight, Christine's checking on pizzas and deban, it is 6.00 and
:02:38. > :02:42.first up is the New Inn Fish Bar in Pontypool. Hello. I am Christine, I
:02:43. > :02:46.am from Torfaen Trading Standards. Christine wants to inexpect the
:02:47. > :02:49.kitchens. I will come out the back, it is frozen and you have cooked out
:02:50. > :02:52.here. If we pop out the back and we will look there. It is better than
:02:53. > :02:56.in the front where you have customers.
:02:57. > :03:03.It is not long before she finds a problem. In this case what we have
:03:04. > :03:07.got is lamb 60%. 25% chicken, so it is not a lamb kebab. Christine warns
:03:08. > :03:13.the manager he could be in hot water. What you need to do is put on
:03:14. > :03:16.the menu your doner can bab is lamb and chicken, not just lamb.
:03:17. > :03:21.Christine wants further checks on what meat is in the kebab.
:03:22. > :03:25.She will send samples to the lab. What we will do is put it in for
:03:26. > :03:29.analysis, when it comes back we can check to see there is no other
:03:30. > :03:35.species other than chicken and lamb. Not a good start.
:03:36. > :03:40.On to take away number two, the perfect -- the Perfect BBQ. Straight
:03:41. > :03:45.away it seems this restaurant's lamb kebabs are far from perfect. Doner
:03:46. > :03:49.kebab is usually associated with lamb, but what we have is lamb,
:03:50. > :03:54.beef, chicken and turkey kebab, so it is four meat, not just the one.
:03:55. > :03:59.So that needs to go on the menu. You need to stipulate that on the menu.
:04:00. > :04:05.The consume has to be told what it is they are buying. The pizzas are
:04:06. > :04:10.coming under scrutinies. Take aways often don't use real ham and
:04:11. > :04:14.Christine thises this place might be buying a cheap alternative. It maybe
:04:15. > :04:20.pork shoulder. So with doubt about what the meat is, it another sample
:04:21. > :04:23.to send for testing. If it is actually different to what we have
:04:24. > :04:27.portrayed, then we may have to follow it up with the manufacturers
:04:28. > :04:33.as well. Two down and it is not looking good
:04:34. > :04:37.for the Torfaen takeawayser but Christine is determined to improve
:04:38. > :04:42.standards I have the power to go in and to have a look at everything.
:04:43. > :04:46.The public rely on me to be making sure that their food is as it is
:04:47. > :04:50.described. It is my job. I take that very
:04:51. > :04:57.seriously. It is 7.00, and the King Chicken
:04:58. > :05:01.restaurant is next. But this time, Christine is in for a pleasant
:05:02. > :05:09.surprise. Yes, if you want to lift the lamb kebab out. So it says 85%
:05:10. > :05:13.lamb, so, I mean principally this is about lamb, and lamb doner being
:05:14. > :05:20.called lamb, and obviously this one looks as if it is going to comply.
:05:21. > :05:26.The only meat in this kebab is lamb. I would only go to reputable
:05:27. > :05:31.companies, I won't go to any sort of kebab shops I don't know myself.
:05:32. > :05:36.That guy is going to be OK, because I have had one of those batches back
:05:37. > :05:40.and the maker has been OK on the other ones I have done. The chances
:05:41. > :05:44.are that will be fine. There is time for one more stop and it is a
:05:45. > :05:49.takeaway that has been in trouble before.
:05:50. > :05:51.Hello. How you? All right. Christine visited the Family Kebab House in
:05:52. > :05:57.Cwmbran last year. And she is back, to see if they have
:05:58. > :06:03.cleaned up their act. It is is not all lamb. Is it? No. So the same
:06:04. > :06:09.last time, when we said to you, you know, that a lamb doner has to be
:06:10. > :06:13.lamb, this one has got veal in as well. So again, you need to be
:06:14. > :06:18.putting that on to your menu board, or you need to buy a product that is
:06:19. > :06:24.lamb, where you are selling lamb. I did send you information last year
:06:25. > :06:28.and tell you that a product where it is misdescribed commits an offend,
:06:29. > :06:31.so it is important that you get it right.
:06:32. > :06:36.If somebody expected lamb they expect lamb.
:06:37. > :06:40.Samples of the suspect meat are bagged for testing.
:06:41. > :06:45.So, as the operation draws to a close for the night, Christine
:06:46. > :06:51.reflects on her finings. It is five past eight and we have been to a
:06:52. > :06:55.number of businesses and in fact, on three, three-quarters of those have
:06:56. > :07:01.shown to be not as described, in terms of the products they they are
:07:02. > :07:05.supplying. The warning is that if they don't comply, then there is a
:07:06. > :07:10.potential of prosecution, and there could be a fine of up to ?5,000 for
:07:11. > :07:14.that prosecution. And we will be finding out what is
:07:15. > :07:16.in those takeaways when Rachel visits the laboratory later in the
:07:17. > :07:18.programme. Let us know what you think, you can
:07:19. > :07:30.join us on Twitter. Now, over the last few months we
:07:31. > :07:34.have been uncovering a new cold calling blight. The green companies
:07:35. > :07:37.offering boilers and insulation but leaving you with a big hole in your
:07:38. > :07:45.bang balance. One of the companies we have had
:07:46. > :07:50.most complaints is Cardiff based Eco Green Deal Solutions. Many customers
:07:51. > :07:54.were offer offered... If they paid an up front fee. We have suppose
:07:55. > :07:58.into dozen who have had nothing but an energy report for their money.
:07:59. > :08:00.Rachel has taken one group of customers to the headquarters to
:08:01. > :08:08.express their feelings about the company.
:08:09. > :08:13.Where's our boilers? Across Wales there is anger at the companies who
:08:14. > :08:17.claim to be green. Anger because they are taking
:08:18. > :08:22.hundreds of pounds of customer's cash and failing to deliver what
:08:23. > :08:28.they promise. I feel very angry, I was told if I gave ?199 for a survey
:08:29. > :08:33.I would be entitled to a new boiler. As mine was installed in 1984 I
:08:34. > :08:37.jumped at the chance. I have been upset from the beginning. We have
:08:38. > :08:42.had no come back, no feedback from them, and I am angry, I am pleased
:08:43. > :08:48.this happened today, because we have had do something. I have children to
:08:49. > :08:54.feed. I took ?249. I want an answer. How do you feel about this company?
:08:55. > :08:58.Very angry. I said I have to brother this money from my sister, he stood
:08:59. > :09:02.there for my sister to write the cheque, because I didn't have a
:09:03. > :09:10.cheque book. How do you feel about that company? I am so angry. So
:09:11. > :09:18.angry. I am angry I have to pay money back to my sister, ?249. All
:09:19. > :09:22.these people paid money to a company called Eco Green Deal Solutions.
:09:23. > :09:25.They are based in this office block in Cardiff Bay.
:09:26. > :09:29.You are very quiet. You are not #2340r78ly this quiet when you see
:09:30. > :09:37.people? Persuading them they could be entitled. They are no strangers
:09:38. > :09:40.to x-ray, we featured them and their director five weeks ago, the company
:09:41. > :09:46.ceased trading but customers weren't left completely high and dry.
:09:47. > :09:50.Another company, Diversity Network offered to help the customer, back
:09:51. > :09:57.in September, the company also based in this office block was offering
:09:58. > :10:00.refunds to some of Eco Green Deal Solutions's customers. It is all
:10:01. > :10:05.very strange, it is like buying something from Tescos and getting a
:10:06. > :10:10.refund from as a the. Some of our protestors have been chasing
:10:11. > :10:15.Diversity Network for months without success, so has anybody here heard
:10:16. > :10:21.from Diversity Network? No. Anybody had their refund? No. Anybody had
:10:22. > :10:28.their boiler or their insulation? No. So, who is behind that offer to
:10:29. > :10:33.help? We delved deep into the world of green and came across a woman we
:10:34. > :10:39.like to think of as the Queen of Green. Diversity Network owner
:10:40. > :10:43.Shelley Roberts. She seemed to be a bountiful Queen, generously offering
:10:44. > :10:47.to come to the aid of some victims of the nasty Eco Green Deal
:10:48. > :10:52.Solutions, and handing out refunds. So where did is generous ruler come
:10:53. > :10:56.from? Well, not from a good place. Before she launched her own
:10:57. > :11:01.business, she worked for another green company, the notorious
:11:02. > :11:07.Becoming Green. In is a company well-known to x-ray.
:11:08. > :11:12.They cold called people and offered enenning help for ?299. They didn't
:11:13. > :11:18.always give customers the full story.
:11:19. > :11:21.Yes? They used a government scheme to take money off people who
:11:22. > :11:29.obviously can't afford to have the money taken off them.
:11:30. > :11:34.Shelley Roberts made lots of friends there. Several senior managers from
:11:35. > :11:42.Becoming Green ended up working for her new company, Diversity Network.
:11:43. > :11:47.One in particular stands out. A Prince Charming, now a senior
:11:48. > :11:52.manager at Diversity Network. And this is him. Shelley Roberts's
:11:53. > :11:58.boyfriend Nick Pritchard. He has been on the telly before.
:11:59. > :12:02.Good evening. A police operation has uncovered one of the UK's largest
:12:03. > :12:06.illegal cannabis growing conspiracies. Factories across north
:12:07. > :12:09.Wales were found growing drugs, with an estimated street value of nearly
:12:10. > :12:15.?14 million. Today three men were jailed for
:12:16. > :12:20.helping the Chinese run gang. Yes one of the top managers is still on
:12:21. > :12:25.parole after getting three years for conspiracy to produce cannabis and
:12:26. > :12:31.money-laundering. But does any of this affect Shelley
:12:32. > :12:37.Roberts's businesses? Her companies say they are the good guy, offering
:12:38. > :12:41.refund to the victims of Eco Green Deal Solutions, as a gesture of good
:12:42. > :12:47.will. But did she really have nothing to do with the company that
:12:48. > :12:53.has cost our viewers thousands of pounds? Well, we have uncovered some
:12:54. > :12:58.interesting links. When Eco Green Deal Solutions set up
:12:59. > :13:04.in business, who registered their website? The Queen of Green herself,
:13:05. > :13:09.Shelley Roberts. And the two companies didn't just share an
:13:10. > :13:12.address. Diversity Network's website and Eco Green Deal Solutions were
:13:13. > :13:16.also using exactly the same phone number.
:13:17. > :13:20.And one installer as told us that when the boss of Eco Green Deal
:13:21. > :13:24.Solutions was out, he would get his instructions from who else, but the
:13:25. > :13:32.Queen of Green, Shelley Roberts. What do we want? Our money back. A
:13:33. > :13:36.couple of months ago Diversity Network were giving some refunds,
:13:37. > :13:40.and telling Trading Standards that customer who lost out should contact
:13:41. > :13:44.them, but since then, things have gone a bit quiet.
:13:45. > :13:48.So we want to spur them into action with a reminder of some of the
:13:49. > :13:54.customers who are owed money. We have hung them on this nice green
:13:55. > :13:55.tree in the hope it might spark some early festive generosity.
:13:56. > :14:14.Here we go, let's go and do this. But it is not going to be a
:14:15. > :14:18.straightforward delivery. Unbelievably, they are trying to
:14:19. > :14:22.tell us inside that Diversity Network are no longer based here, so
:14:23. > :14:28.Diversity Network, if you are watching we have something for you.
:14:29. > :14:32.Very confusing. Well, Diversity Network have told us that Caspian
:14:33. > :14:37.Point is still their main business address. Rachel is we me and they
:14:38. > :14:42.have a lot more to say, don't they. Yes, they do. They maintain that Eco
:14:43. > :14:47.Green Deal Solutions, who they describe as a marketing company, and
:14:48. > :14:52.diversity network are separate companies. And that diversity and
:14:53. > :14:56.its owner Shelley Roberts have never had any control over the day-to-day
:14:57. > :15:00.running of Eco Green Deal Solutions. Rather, they simply had business
:15:01. > :15:04.contracts with them. But you uncovered what appeared to be close
:15:05. > :15:10.ties between the companies? We did, but they are hotly disputed. Now
:15:11. > :15:13.they say that Shelley Roberts has never worked for Eco Green Deal
:15:14. > :15:19.Solutions, rather she registered the domain name as a favour, they say
:15:20. > :15:21.the fact they shared office space in Caspian Point doesn't mean the
:15:22. > :15:26.companies are corrected. They say that that terminated their agreement
:15:27. > :15:31.with Eco Green Deal Solutions long before we got involved, and in their
:15:32. > :15:34.mind, Nick Pritchard is an appropriate person to be a senior
:15:35. > :15:39.manager at the company. And what about their shared phone
:15:40. > :15:44.number? Well, they say it was a shared dephone number that was used
:15:45. > :15:47.by several separate companies in the building. Now Eco Green Deal
:15:48. > :15:51.Solutions customers were being advised to go to Diversity Network
:15:52. > :15:55.for refund, is that still the case? It doesn't seem to be, some people
:15:56. > :16:00.did have refunds, but they say they never had an obligation to provide
:16:01. > :16:04.refunds to customer, of the company. They say they will only do work for
:16:05. > :16:08.customers who they took on before the company ceased trading, so that
:16:09. > :16:13.is really bad news for customers. So what should customers do? Well Eco
:16:14. > :16:16.Green Deal Solutions has now gone into administration, so they can
:16:17. > :16:22.contact the administrators and we will put those details on our
:16:23. > :16:25.website. We should point out that Eco Green Deal Solutions and
:16:26. > :16:29.Becoming Green deny misleading customers and they are blaming
:16:30. > :16:49.delays in funding for the problems that customers have experienced.
:16:50. > :16:53.Earlier we saw trading standards officer Christine Smith checking out
:16:54. > :16:57.the meat served in takeaway is. How worried are you about the contents
:16:58. > :17:06.of that kebabs or the pizza you order. Let us find out. What is
:17:07. > :17:14.this? Kebabs. Do you like them? Yes. What we'd do you think it is? Lamb,
:17:15. > :17:20.I think. I have always been told it is lamb, beef or chicken. Do you
:17:21. > :17:31.mind a mix would you rather have one or the other? I don't believe mind.
:17:32. > :17:37.When do you have one? After a drink. Do you say you are not sure does
:17:38. > :17:43.that matter? Yes, I would not want to eat meat that I didn't know what
:17:44. > :17:49.it was. It is difficult to tell, isn't it? What need is that? Many
:17:50. > :17:56.meats, I would imagine. Does that bother you? Not really, as long as
:17:57. > :18:02.it tastes nice. Now, for the pizza. What is on this pizza? I would say
:18:03. > :18:11.hand and pineapple. What if you found out that the ham was not ham?
:18:12. > :18:16.I would properly eat anything. If it said it was ham, I would be gutted.
:18:17. > :18:22.Do you think it is important that people say what meat it is? Yes, as
:18:23. > :18:30.long as it is not course. I think it looks like ham. They should say what
:18:31. > :18:33.it is. If I ordered ham, I would expect it to be hammered. How would
:18:34. > :18:40.you feel if that was not hand? It would depend what it is. We will see
:18:41. > :18:46.what the scientists have to say later in the programme. Before that,
:18:47. > :18:58.BC has been to Llanelli to sort out a transport problem.
:18:59. > :19:00.The romance of the age of steam. Lovingly captured by enthusiasts at
:19:01. > :19:05.the Swansea Railway Modellers Group. Train sets were not like this when
:19:06. > :19:12.Jim Jones was a kid in the 1930s. My father bought me a very basic train
:19:13. > :19:17.set. All it was was a little circle of reels with a local which you wind
:19:18. > :19:22.up with a clockwork key and painted tin coach behind it. It was the only
:19:23. > :19:28.set I ever had. Since then, Jim travels the world as an RAF fireman.
:19:29. > :19:32.He is now 80 and he is finally getting around to building another
:19:33. > :19:37.train set. What made you want to have one now? It has always been a
:19:38. > :19:40.dream. I know that I'm getting older. I have always been very
:19:41. > :19:45.energetic but I am slowing down and I want something now to occupy my
:19:46. > :19:50.mind. I can spend evenings in the winter building models and things
:19:51. > :19:55.like that. Jim would love a model really like this but even his less
:19:56. > :20:03.complicated plans meant building a base for it to sit on. This is it.
:20:04. > :20:07.Very impressive, you must have done a lot of work to install this? Yes,
:20:08. > :20:12.I decided I was going to have a layout, I wanted it to be a tidy
:20:13. > :20:20.size and I wanted to keep my spare trains and all that in the
:20:21. > :20:24.cupboards. I bet it cost a lot? About ?1300. You must have thought
:20:25. > :20:30.it all worth it when the train set arrived? I was thrilled to bits,
:20:31. > :20:35.just like a little boy on Christmas morning. The train box arrives, I
:20:36. > :20:39.pull the train out and put the track on and put the train on the track
:20:40. > :20:47.and connect it up and the drivers are on strike! Jim had invested in a
:20:48. > :20:53.state-of-the-art computer controlled model railway but the train was
:20:54. > :20:55.stuck in this station. He has had computers for years but this
:20:56. > :21:03.supposedly simple to use system defeated him. What happened when you
:21:04. > :21:08.went to get it started? I took the disc and follow the instructions to
:21:09. > :21:12.put it into the computer. All that came up on the screen was, unable to
:21:13. > :21:16.handshake with computer. I checked all the leads and they were all
:21:17. > :21:22.right. He eventually spoke to an expert at Hornby. He started to get
:21:23. > :21:29.into real computer speak. Go into this programme, this enable this,
:21:30. > :21:34.check your firewall and 64 bit systems. I was completely lost. A
:21:35. > :21:39.manual he downloaded did not help much either. You would have two have
:21:40. > :21:44.a degree in competing and also, you would have to be a computer engineer
:21:45. > :21:50.to start discharging capacity orders and that sort of thing. I fell for
:21:51. > :21:55.the advert. Simple to use. If that is their idea of simple to use, give
:21:56. > :22:04.in. I bought a railway set, I wanted to work. -- I want it to work. Let
:22:05. > :22:09.us see what we can do. Meet Paul Rees, he is not just a steam train
:22:10. > :22:14.fan, he is a computer expert, too. We have asked him to take a look at
:22:15. > :22:22.Jim's said. Come in, I hear you either man the job. This is the real
:22:23. > :22:32.way set, there is the computer. Jim just cannot get it to work. I will
:22:33. > :22:37.see what I can do. Cup of tea? Poll is getting straight into the
:22:38. > :22:45.challenge. Here is your tea, how are you getting on? That seems to be
:22:46. > :22:58.OK. He is concentrating. It seems to be taking a while. Another cup of
:22:59. > :23:07.tea? I would not say no. Finally, sounds like progress. Oh, that is
:23:08. > :23:11.what you expected to see. I think we need an engine driver now. Let us
:23:12. > :23:20.get the engine driver. We think we have delayed! Do you want to come
:23:21. > :23:29.and put it to the test? Fear that works, have a go. Look at this! Two
:23:30. > :23:33.months of waiting to get the train out of the station. What is it like
:23:34. > :23:41.to see that going around? Marvellous, you have made a young
:23:42. > :23:44.man very, very happy. Great news and since we have filmed,
:23:45. > :23:49.Jim has been in touch to say how much he has been enjoying his model
:23:50. > :23:51.railway. Hornby had denied there are any problems using their digital
:23:52. > :23:54.controllers with Windows eight and they said they give customers full
:23:55. > :24:02.instructions. They also have a helpline open 365 days a year which
:24:03. > :24:06.can help. They did offer to do some work to help Jim but our man got
:24:07. > :24:09.there first. Now time to find out what was really in those pizzas and
:24:10. > :24:13.kebabs that Trading Standards collated earlier.
:24:14. > :24:18.Across Wales, checks are being made on article ways. It is trading
:24:19. > :24:21.standards officer Christine Smith's job to investigate it fast food
:24:22. > :24:28.outlets are being honest about the meat they sell. It has to be all
:24:29. > :24:32.lamb. The issue is not the salt, it is to do with the meat content. If
:24:33. > :24:37.somebody expects lamb, they are expecting to get lamb. Samples like
:24:38. > :24:43.the ones Christine collected art tested here in this lab in Cardiff.
:24:44. > :24:48.Chief scientist Alastair Low and his team have been putting the pizzas
:24:49. > :24:54.and kebabs under the microscope. Firstly, we remove all the meat from
:24:55. > :25:00.the product. Then we blend them altogether. Then we ascertain if a
:25:01. > :25:07.lamb doner kebab is indeed lamb only. What kind of issues have you
:25:08. > :25:12.highlighted with the kebabs? We had lived at samples from eight or nine
:25:13. > :25:17.authorities in South Wales and the results have all been the same. That
:25:18. > :25:24.is, there is a lot of lamb doner kebab is their advertised that are
:25:25. > :25:28.not solely lamb. Our findings are about three out of five, 60%, well
:25:29. > :25:34.over half that are mislabelled at the point-of-sale. They are
:25:35. > :25:38.essentially filling it out with cheaper meets? Yes, their profit
:25:39. > :25:41.margin is increased because they do not have to put as much land in
:25:42. > :25:46.there even though they are calling it lamb. There is a shocking
:25:47. > :25:52.revelation about the ham found on some pizzas. What we find is that
:25:53. > :25:57.sometimes, it is not actual porker. Sometimes it is Turkey, sometimes
:25:58. > :26:04.you are getting mechanically recovered chicken. That sounds
:26:05. > :26:08.absolutely disgusting. It is the meat that has come off the bone
:26:09. > :26:17.either by high-pressure jets of water with a script it by mechanical
:26:18. > :26:22.means. Within that, you have your say new, tendons, connective tissue.
:26:23. > :26:29.You just have not got meat but under the law, it cannot be classified as
:26:30. > :26:32.meat. The results from Christine's spot checks are in and as she
:26:33. > :26:39.thought, three of the four article ways are breaking the law with some
:26:40. > :26:46.of their food. Ham was not ham from the hind leg of a pig, it was Turkey
:26:47. > :26:49.julienne or pork shoulder with added water and the lamb kebabs were
:26:50. > :26:56.anything but lamb. They had other meets in them. Does it surprise you?
:26:57. > :27:00.Now, because when money is involved, nothing surprises me. It
:27:01. > :27:08.is basically this leading the public for the few extra pounds. Now, it
:27:09. > :27:12.does not surprise me. What next for the three takeaway is found to be
:27:13. > :27:15.breaking the law? For now, Christine is issuing warnings. They must
:27:16. > :27:21.improve standards or face the consequences. There is only so far
:27:22. > :27:24.you can go with giving warnings. Once you have reached that, there
:27:25. > :27:29.has to be prosecution at the end of it. The battle against food fraud
:27:30. > :27:33.goes on but in the meantime, you might want to think twice about what
:27:34. > :27:38.is really on the menu at your local takeaway.
:27:39. > :27:41.Those spot checks are continuing across Wales and the results will be
:27:42. > :27:46.published by Trading Standards later this year. Well done to the King
:27:47. > :27:50.Chicken from Cwmbran, kebabs only contained lamb as stated in the
:27:51. > :27:54.menu. The New Inn Fish Bar in Pontypool say they have changed
:27:55. > :27:58.their menu to make it clear that their kebabs contain lamb chicken.
:27:59. > :28:02.Perfect BBQ in Croesyceiliog say it had changed their menu, but the
:28:03. > :28:07.Family Kebab House in Cwmbran had not responded to us.
:28:08. > :28:10.That is it for this week. Get in touch if there's anything you would
:28:11. > :28:22.like us to look into. The lines open now. Next week, we will be helping
:28:23. > :28:29.you to get your Christmas sorted. Rachel will really like these. I
:28:30. > :28:37.will pack them carefully and send them home. I am using six popular
:28:38. > :28:41.third-party career websites. Do not post your parcels until you see how
:28:42. > :28:59.our tests turned out. We are back next Monday at 7:30. See you then.
