:03:46. > :03:50.They're then resold online to unsuspecting customers for a huge

:04:03. > :04:08.Every time we investigated those, we were finding all the products were

:04:30. > :04:36.Morning guys, thank you for all turning up. It's 3am. At a motorway

:04:41. > :04:43.their mission, to stop a convoy of counterfeit goods making its way
:04:44. > :04:51.from the Midlands to Bristol's fruit market. We've identified a lot of

:05:07. > :05:20.Trading Standards move in to search it. It's jam packed full of footwear
:05:21. > :05:23.and they're counterfeit. Just to let you know, we found a load of
:05:24. > :05:31.counterfeit merchandise in the back of the van. It's a criminal offence.
:05:32. > :05:37.Where's the van heading? Bristol. Bristol fruit market? Yeah. Yes? I'm
:05:38. > :05:42.going to be seizing this. Minutes later, another hit. This time the
:05:43. > :05:47.van's piled high with dodgy sports gear. The rear of the vehicle is
:05:48. > :05:50.full of counterfeit trainers, floor to ceiling. There's probably
:05:51. > :05:58.hundreds, if not thousands, of trainers there. The The moteway is
:05:59. > :06:02.quiet and police soon spot their next target. This time officers from
:06:03. > :06:09.Caerphilly Trading Standards lead the search. It's like an Aladdin's
:06:10. > :06:13.cave - Michael Kors watches, GHD straighteners and a lot of Apple
:06:14. > :06:19.chargers. Big concern really is far as the safety is concerned. It's
:06:20. > :06:25.really good to get it off the market In total, five vans packed with fake
:06:26. > :06:29.goods are seized and taken back to Swansea. The people in them will be
:06:30. > :06:32.questioned and their mobile phones are confiscated in the hope they'll
:06:33. > :06:38.contain evidence to help track down the ring leaders. It's been a long
:06:39. > :06:42.night, long morning. But well worth. It I'm very pleased with what we've
:06:43. > :06:52.been able to take off the road today. The operation was a massive

:06:58. > :07:01.are working their way through more than a million pounds worth of
:07:02. > :07:07.fakes, Rhys is going to show me some of their haul. Whoa! This is a lot
:07:08. > :07:15.of stuff. Yeah, pretty full. So, what have you got here? Shoes.
:07:16. > :07:21.Trainers, Ugg boots Timberlands. Probably ?1500. After that,
:07:22. > :07:25.clothing, hats, jackets, we've got perfume, watches, jewellery. There's
:07:26. > :07:30.over 65 different brands and thousands upon thousands of products
:07:31. > :07:36.in here. Trainers? Yes. Nike. They've been branded on the side.
:07:37. > :07:46.Looks OK from a distance. . Then you realise you can pull the Nike tick
:07:47. > :07:49.off. Then Adidas. These glow and you stamp your feet then bright lights.
:07:50. > :07:54.I don't know how to charge them. Our concern is how safe are these? Then
:07:55. > :08:02.interesting Ugg slippers. Which have the badge. They have. Now they
:08:03. > :08:10.haven't. It's not just shoddy goods. Some of these fakes could be really
:08:11. > :08:15.dangerous and Rhys has set his sights on the culprits. We seized
:08:16. > :08:18.some GHDs and Apple chargers. We have some real concerns over the
:08:19. > :08:23.safety of this product. They're actually rusty. GHDs, your hair
:08:24. > :08:27.straighteners. There's two concerns with this, whether it's electrically
:08:28. > :08:32.safe and secondly, is it going to burn the person using it. We've got
:08:33. > :08:39.make up, urban decay. Very popular. Yes, it is. Our concerns are more of
:08:40. > :08:42.the safety of this. What's in it. Are there heavy metals like arsenic
:08:43. > :08:46.and lead in there. Who is it that's making money out of this then? It
:08:47. > :08:51.all comes back to organised crime and the people at the top who are
:08:52. > :08:55.importing this product for a cheap price, putting a brand on it, and
:08:56. > :08:58.making a huge profit on it. There's only one winner then really. They
:08:59. > :09:01.don't care. They don't care. About the safety of the consumer at the
:09:02. > :09:06.other end, it's all about money to them. No, it's all about money.
:09:07. > :09:10.Really good to know all that's been taken off the streets. We'll let you

:09:20. > :09:37.to call is: Or send us a tweet. We'd love to
:09:38. > :09:42.hear from you. Still to come. There's nearly 5 years expertise...
:09:43. > :09:45.Sounds -- 50 years expertise. Sounds great, but for some the reality is
:09:46. > :09:49.very different. If you were doing it yourself, if we were like yeah, we
:09:50. > :09:55.could put a window in, I would expect this to be the result. Next,
:09:56. > :09:59.I've been finding out why some customers are feeling less than
:10:00. > :10:06.dazzled by their dealings with an exclusive jewellery store. It's
:10:07. > :10:11.always nice to mark a special occasion with a special present.
:10:12. > :10:16.There's one sparkly little something which seems to have charmed many of
:10:17. > :10:20.us. This is a Pandora bracelet. It's a really simple idea. You buy a
:10:21. > :10:24.bracelet, like this one, or a bangle, then over time, you add
:10:25. > :10:31.charms that mean something special to you. So you can see why they're
:10:32. > :10:36.so popular. With more than 300 shops in the UK, people are going crazy
:10:37. > :10:44.for Pandora. There are loads of charms to choose from, silver, gold,
:10:45. > :10:49.sparkles, even injury afters, ranging from -- giraffes, ranging
:10:50. > :10:54.from ?15 to ?600. Kerry is a huge fan. I love telling the story of
:10:55. > :10:58.where each one came from. One of my favourites the rugby ball, anyone
:10:59. > :11:02.who knows me knows I love my rugby. In the last four years, Kerry's
:11:03. > :11:13.collected so many charms she ran out of room on her bracement. --
:11:14. > :11:18.bracelet. So for her 40th birthday, her partner bought her a Moments
:11:19. > :11:23.bangle. I put all my lovey-dovey charms on the solid bangle and the
:11:24. > :11:28.family oriented ones on the chain bangle. A few weeks later, there was
:11:29. > :11:33.a problem. I came home just sat down and I noticed one of my charms on
:11:34. > :11:36.the floor. The clasp had come undone and Kerry was distraught to find two
:11:37. > :11:42.of her valuable charms were missing. She went back to the Pandora shop at
:11:43. > :11:47.Friars Walk in Newport where staff agreed to replace the faulty bangle,
:11:48. > :11:52.but not the charms. Then a few weeks later, the clasp on the new bangle
:11:53. > :11:56.broke too. I was having a good clean. I noticed one of the charms
:11:57. > :12:00.was on the floor. I checked my bracelet again and was just
:12:01. > :12:05.horrified that another two of my more treasured charms were gone. So
:12:06. > :12:10.it was back to the Pandora shop, where Kerry says staff were less
:12:11. > :12:16.than charming. They were most unhelpful. They acknowledged that
:12:17. > :12:22.the clasp was faulty again. They offered to replace the bangle again.
:12:23. > :12:26.But again, insisted that it was Pandora's policy that they couldn't
:12:27. > :12:32.take any responsibility for the charms. Kerry was furious and she
:12:33. > :12:36.wasn't alone. Other friends started posting online that their bangles
:12:37. > :12:42.had broken in exactly the same way. Kerry took her evidence to Pandora.
:12:43. > :12:46.She wasn't impressed by their reply. "I understand it may seem like a lot
:12:47. > :12:49.of incidents when you read the unlucky stories, but compared to the
:12:50. > :12:53.number of bracelets being produced, it is, in fact, only a very small
:12:54. > :13:01.number of bracelets that have issues. " Pandora insisted their
:13:02. > :13:05.warranty didn't cover lost or stolen items. They told Kerry that safety
:13:06. > :13:10.chains would have stopped the charms falling off, which didn't go down
:13:11. > :13:13.too well. When my partner bought the bangle he specifically asked whether
:13:14. > :13:17.we needed a safety chain for the bangle. The advisor said no, on this
:13:18. > :13:23.particular bangle you don't need a safety chain. Kerry's now more than
:13:24. > :13:26.?200 out of pocket and it's really taken the shine off Pandora's
:13:27. > :13:32.appeal. I've lost four charms in total now. They have a lot of money,
:13:33. > :13:36.but it's the sentimental value. My partner has vowed he will never buy
:13:37. > :13:41.me anything from Pandora again. I'm gutted on that one.
:13:42. > :13:45.Pandora have told us that they're sorry about the problems that Kerry
:13:46. > :13:49.and her friends have been having. They say their return rate is very
:13:50. > :13:53.low. They say with any hand-made product faults can occur and if that
:13:54. > :13:59.happens they will replace the item. But they insist there isn't a design
:14:00. > :14:03.flaw with the Moments bangle. Now, while they're sticking to their
:14:04. > :14:08.official policy not to replace lost charms, as a gesture of goodwill,
:14:09. > :14:09.they've offered Kerry a gift voucher to cover the cost of the ones she's
:14:10. > :14:23.lost. So Kerry is over the moon. Next, it is time for a news update.

:22:32. > :22:39.for the cheapest tickets in the draw and saved hard to afford them.
:22:40. > :22:42.?40 for a ticket, it's more than a week s worth of shopping,
:22:43. > :22:45.so the amount you have to save up for that is hard to
:22:46. > :22:52.So, tell me how you used to buy tickets for the games?
:22:53. > :22:55.You'd get a letter and it was like an application form,
:22:56. > :22:57.and then you'd have two columns stating the lower price,
:22:58. > :23:00.which was usually around ?40 and the upper price which was around
:23:01. > :23:02.about ?100, but you could choose which price band
:23:03. > :23:09.You knew what you were expecting to receive.
:23:10. > :23:12.Then, a few months ago the Welsh Rugby Union launched
:23:13. > :23:15.Sharn and Jeff tried to apply for tickets, but, just
:23:16. > :23:18.as they about to enter their bank details, they made
:23:19. > :23:28.You can apply for the match you want to go to, but you got no
:23:29. > :23:30.say on the price bracket that you are put into.
:23:31. > :23:33.So, Jeff complained to the WRU and told them he wanted
:23:34. > :23:35.to specify a ticket price, which he knew he could afford.
:23:36. > :23:45.It means I can't apply cos if I if get...
:23:46. > :23:48.If I'm successful in the ballot and they decide in the higher price
:23:49. > :23:56.bracket there won't be enough money in the bank to cover it.
:23:57. > :23:58.I feel awful because we're missing our national game
:23:59. > :24:05.Moving the ballot online has frustrated other rugby fans too.
:24:06. > :24:07.Simon Green from Bridgend is a Wales supporter
:24:08. > :24:18.I went onto the form online, tried to fill it I, didn't really
:24:19. > :24:20.know what I was doing, got rejected two or three
:24:21. > :24:22.times so then I phoned up the Welsh Rugby Union,
:24:23. > :24:25.and a very nice lady talked me through the system
:24:26. > :24:30.A lot of the disabled people aren't online,
:24:31. > :24:33.a lot find using the computer difficult and the system now
:24:34. > :24:35.is quite complicated so somebody that's not very computer savvy might
:24:36. > :24:38.struggle and might miss out on tickets for that reason.
:24:39. > :24:41.I want more disabled people to go and enjoy rugby week in week out.
:24:42. > :24:43.I want more disabled people to watch, to watch
:24:44. > :24:47.Wales play so come on, make it, make it easier.
:24:48. > :24:50.For this year at least, Sharn and Jeff will be watching
:24:51. > :24:52.Wales on the telly and not on the terraces.
:24:53. > :25:06.Well, Sharn and Jeff clearly aren't happy -
:25:07. > :25:10.Craig Maxwell from the Welsh Rugby Union is here.
:25:11. > :25:13.Craig, this is one of the areas where disabled fans would sit -
:25:14. > :25:15.great view - but why has the WRU moved the ticket
:25:16. > :25:20.The old paper form was not efficient, we worked
:25:21. > :25:22.with Ticketmaster to make sure there was a system in place that had
:25:23. > :25:27.worked with many other disabled supporter ballots previously.
:25:28. > :25:30.Also the new system has encrypted credit card details to make sure
:25:31. > :25:32.they are safer and securer for disabled supporters.
:25:33. > :25:34.With the previous process, Sharn and Jeff felt that they could
:25:35. > :25:37.specify a cheaper ticket - now they're worried they could get
:25:38. > :25:39.charged ?100 a ticket and its stopped them applying
:25:40. > :25:43.We don't want to stop anyone applying for tickets,
:25:44. > :25:47.The paper system previously had a tick box preference,
:25:48. > :25:49.there are two price bands, so for Wales England
:25:50. > :25:52.the top price was ?100, and the second price band was ?40,
:25:53. > :25:54.previously on the paper forms if you'd have ticked the box,
:25:55. > :25:57.the likelihood is you would have got the ?40 ticket because it's
:25:58. > :26:01.There was never a guarantee, the system and process hasn't
:26:02. > :26:04.changed but the tick box has been removed because the software we're
:26:05. > :26:06.currently using didn't have that preference or that availability
:26:07. > :26:15.Could disabled fans still apply in writing?
:26:16. > :26:17.Yes, there are some disabled supporters that wanted to stay
:26:18. > :26:20.in writing and they will continue to do so until they choose to move
:26:21. > :26:23.onto the online system, and if someone wants to revert back
:26:24. > :26:26.from online system to paper system, contact our customer services team
:26:27. > :26:30.Do you admit the process is flawed and is it
:26:31. > :26:40.in the autumn series, it has been in SIx Nations,
:26:41. > :26:43.we'll get back to Jeff and Sharn about any changes we're
:26:44. > :26:56.Now, the first game here is a week on Saturday.
:26:57. > :26:58.Earlier we were talking about counterfeit items,
:26:59. > :27:04.but fake tickets are a problem for you, aren't they?
:27:05. > :27:07.There are two parts to that, there's fake and invalid tickets
:27:08. > :27:09.and they can be sourced through various different outlets
:27:10. > :27:11.and that's unofficial hospitality, secondary ticket sites or touts,
:27:12. > :27:14.if a ticket is cancelled because its lost or stolen it can be
:27:15. > :27:17.put onto one of these marketplaces and not be valid.
:27:18. > :27:20.So the message we really want to give supporters is make sure
:27:21. > :27:23.you buy official ? it s still worth trying all 300 member clubs to see
:27:24. > :27:26.if there are any tickets available, if you go through the Welsh rugby
:27:27. > :27:29.union website online it clearly outlines all the official sources
:27:30. > :27:30.through secondary sites, you can still get tickets
:27:31. > :27:46.But if you need our help with anything, however big
