:05:27. > :05:32.reaction to what was happening. The member of staff behind the counter,
:05:33. > :05:38.when he was spoken to afterwards, was in shock. Although the men were

:09:14. > :09:19.proving you can get a lot of information from something like
:09:20. > :09:25.that? Yes, we have technology which enables you to detect the chemistry
:09:26. > :09:31.in the finger rinse. Very interesting. You will show us some
:09:32. > :09:40.examples. We have three images. What is the top one? This is one mark of
:09:41. > :09:43.one suspect. It is a real crime scene Mark. What we have done with
:09:44. > :09:51.the second one, we can detect multiple spaces in one analysis. On
:09:52. > :10:00.the top panel we can see a fatty acid which we all have in sweat. I
:10:01. > :10:06.have superimposed them ocular image on this one. Tell others what you
:10:07. > :10:12.have discovered? The other chemical we have discovered is cocaine. You
:10:13. > :10:25.have gone one step further on the bottom one? We found the presence of
:10:26. > :10:29.the cocaine metabolite of them. It tells us immediately the suspect has
:10:30. > :10:40.not just touched cocaine but in Jess did it. So the person who left the
:10:41. > :10:45.market has taken cocaine? Absolutely and that
:10:46. > :10:52.market has taken cocaine? Absolutely scenario. You have tried this on
:10:53. > :10:58.food? Yes, I drank a cup of coffee and after ten minutes I could see a
:10:59. > :11:03.clear signal for caffeine. So it is not just what you have touch, what
:11:04. > :11:09.is coming out? And that our medical implications? We have started
:11:10. > :11:15.determining the sex of offenders through the unit chemistry. One of
:11:16. > :11:18.our biggest ambitions is to look at medical conditions, again from
:11:19. > :11:22.unique chemicals present in finger marks. I know the West Yorkshire
:11:23. > :11:28.Police are trialling this. The Gower Peninsula is famous
:11:29. > :11:31.for its rugged coastline. But this, with the constant
:11:32. > :11:51.stream of holiday makers, means What are the main challengers? The
:11:52. > :11:53.Gower Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty and we do
:11:54. > :11:59.get thousands of visitors every year. It is a low crime area but we
:12:00. > :12:11.like to keep people safe. We work with other agencies to conduct
:12:12. > :12:20.patrols of campsites and make sure people are safe, vigilant and not
:12:21. > :12:25.committing any crime. We ensure people understand and they have
:12:26. > :12:27.happy memories of visiting the Gower Peninsula and leave here safely.
:12:28. > :12:29.Also dealing with missing people? Yes, there are a number of missing
:12:30. > :12:33.people reported to us and we will work to provide the extra level of
:12:34. > :12:37.service to locate those people and return them safely.
:12:38. > :12:41.Well one of those agencies is the coastguard. If someone is found in a
:12:42. > :12:44.tricky position then police call on their expertise to help rescue them.
:12:45. > :12:48.Lee Haigh is from the Coastguard and for Crimewatch Roadshow this morning
:12:49. > :12:55.we've got someone who needs rescuing from a tricky spot.
:12:56. > :13:07.What is going on here? It is a training exercise. Typical thing we
:13:08. > :13:16.are called to. Someone stuck on a clip, has fallen down, cut off by
:13:17. > :13:19.the tide and has attempted to climb. We will come out with local
:13:20. > :13:23.volunteers and they will come down and recover the person and take them
:13:24. > :13:31.back to safety. Tell others about the kit you are using, how does it
:13:32. > :13:36.work? We put the quad pod at the top of the cliff and it makes it easier
:13:37. > :13:41.to descend and makes it safer and more comfortable when we get the
:13:42. > :13:44.casualty back up. It is a slow walking movements because this is
:13:45. > :13:49.someone who will have hurt themselves and cannot make it back
:13:50. > :13:53.up themselves? They are in a position where they are very
:13:54. > :14:00.frightened so it is controlled slow recovery. Something we are used to,
:14:01. > :14:06.but something very alien to them to be walking back up. So we do it very
:14:07. > :14:13.gently. Thanks for talking is through what is happening. Later in
:14:14. > :14:18.the programme we will be seeing the top and to safety.
:14:19. > :14:22.Here on Crimewatch Roadshow we've seen our fair share of criminals who

:14:24. > :14:27.We went out with police in Newport as they tried to crackdown

:15:11. > :15:15.us. We can check whether the vehicle has tax and insurance. Stuff like
:15:16. > :15:23.that. We can turn around and go after that. A passing van has
:15:24. > :15:28.triggered the system. It was a construction type vehicle. He
:15:29. > :15:32.catches up with the van and pulls it over. We are

:15:38. > :15:44.moment. I am going to pull in front of you and I want you to follow me
:15:45. > :15:48.to check site down the road. This is the check site, the vehicles and
:15:49. > :15:54.their occupants will be investigated in detail. We have a number of
:15:55. > :15:59.agencies looking at drivers, details, condition of the vehicle,
:16:00. > :16:05.whether people are licensed to carry out elements of work and we will
:16:06. > :16:10.take the details of people on board, gather intelligence. The fans are
:16:11. > :16:15.coming in thick and fast and many are found to have serious effects. A
:16:16. > :16:25.smashed window brought this truck to the attention of the police. Now an
:16:26. > :16:29.inspector is checking the tyres. That has been over the legal limit
:16:30. > :16:35.for a long time. It is not over half of what we require. Any vehicles in
:16:36. > :16:40.poor shape are taken off the road until the owner makes the necessary
:16:41. > :16:43.repairs. They use these vehicles on a daily basis and some of the
:16:44. > :16:50.defects are dangerous, which could result in a serious accident.
:16:51. > :16:53.Officers on patrol thought that this red van was being driven erratically
:16:54. > :16:58.and they pulled it into the check site. Although the aim of the
:16:59. > :17:02.operation is to disrupt rogue trading, this time they suspect
:17:03. > :17:10.something different and they bring in the sniffer dog. Anything on you
:17:11. > :17:20.that you should not have? Drugs. Cannabis. Where on the drugs --
:17:21. > :17:28.whereon you are the drugs can make in your sock? Please bend down. We
:17:29. > :17:34.have recovered the quantity of cannabis and a quantity of a white
:17:35. > :17:38.substance which are believed to be amphetamines. He has been arrested
:17:39. > :17:43.on suspicion of possession of controlled drugs. The driver later
:17:44. > :17:46.received a caution for possession of cannabis and amphetamines.
:17:47. > :17:49.Meanwhile, there has been a development with the first catch. It
:17:50. > :17:55.turns out the driver is not insured to drive the van. At this moment, I
:17:56. > :17:59.am reporting you for driving without insurance. You do not have to say
:18:00. > :18:02.anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention no
:18:03. > :18:09.something upon which you later rely on in court. Do you understand? The
:18:10. > :18:16.driver is fined ?300 on the spot and gets six points on his licence. The
:18:17. > :18:19.van is seized and impounded. So far, it has been a busy morning for
:18:20. > :18:23.everyone involved in the operation and it has turned up a lot more than
:18:24. > :18:30.just traffic offences. Intelligence has been gathered for Trading
:18:31. > :18:33.Standards. The Department of Work and Pensions have found numerous
:18:34. > :18:36.people who appear to be working whilst claiming benefits. As a rogue
:18:37. > :18:39.trader operation, it is very successful.
:18:40. > :18:43.Now we left you with a bit of a cliff hanger earlier as the
:18:44. > :18:45.coastguard set about rescuing our casualty from the cliffside. The
:18:46. > :18:54.rescue is coming along well, I hope, isn't it Lee Haigh?
:18:55. > :19:00.Yes, the casualty is coming up with a technician, being brought back
:19:01. > :19:05.into safety. He will be checked over and then he can go on his way if we
:19:06. > :19:08.are happy. It is a time-consuming process. A great many ropes and a
:19:09. > :19:14.huge team involved. Where do these people come from? They are from the
:19:15. > :19:20.local Rhossili area, local volunteers. They do not get paid for
:19:21. > :19:24.this. They do this as a servers to the community. They all carry a
:19:25. > :19:29.pager and when it goes off, become and do this type of thing. And what
:19:30. > :19:32.sort of training today need to? They train every week in various aspects
:19:33. > :19:40.of the duties they have to carry out. To make sure they are appeared
:19:41. > :19:48.to come out when it is actually needed. And they have stopped at the
:19:49. > :19:53.moment, from what I've see, why is that? What do they need to do before
:19:54. > :19:59.they can come further up you might we use a pulley system for the
:20:00. > :20:03.recovery, we have got wenches as well but we like to do it this way
:20:04. > :20:11.because it is quiet. And we feel it is safer. If we need to stop in a
:20:12. > :20:15.hurry, it is instantaneous. Depending on the height, we may need
:20:16. > :20:19.to reset the device. And you have been using this for 23 years. Is
:20:20. > :20:24.there any particular rescue that sticks in the memory? We are a busy
:20:25. > :20:27.team here and we have had several commendations but the one that
:20:28. > :20:34.sticks in my mind is when we had to make teenage girls who were stuck on
:20:35. > :20:38.up fine but when the technician went up fine but when the technician went
:20:39. > :20:43.over to the second, she fell off a cliff and he caught her in his arms.
:20:44. > :20:45.over to the second, she fell off a Well, that is a happy ending. Are
:20:46. > :20:53.there any parts of the course line that are too tricky to get to?
:20:54. > :20:56.there any parts of the course line really. The guys have been born and
:20:57. > :21:00.bred in the village so they know the area intimately. They will always do
:21:01. > :21:05.their very best to get to any part of the area. We can see the casualty
:21:06. > :21:13.coming to the top of the cliff. It of the area. We can see the casualty
:21:14. > :21:19.disorientated, if of the area. We can see the casualty
:21:20. > :21:24.it to the top. The next stage will be first aid? Yes, we will
:21:25. > :21:26.it to the top. The next stage will them back to a point of safety and
:21:27. > :21:30.the guys are first aid trained. They will check them out and if they had
:21:31. > :21:31.any injuries, we would have a paramedic standing by to treat them.
:21:32. > :21:33.any injuries, we would have a If needed, we can put
:21:34. > :21:38.any injuries, we would have a over the cliff to deliver medical
:21:39. > :21:41.aids down there. And a happy ending hereto. I'm off to get some tea and
:21:42. > :21:47.biscuits. Now, a handgun, a stolen bank card
:21:48. > :21:50.and a man stealing makeup. It's all been caught on CCTV but do you
:21:51. > :22:00.recognise anyone? London, March this year. Two people
:22:01. > :22:04.are working in the cashier is offers of a supermarket when there is a
:22:05. > :22:07.knock on the door. The door is opened and three men armed with a
:22:08. > :22:11.handgun and a metal pole burst in. They hustle the staff members into
:22:12. > :22:15.the corner of the room and force the young woman to open the safe. And
:22:16. > :22:20.they are not hanging around. In fact, they're so busy shopping
:22:21. > :22:25.receipts and cash into a carrier bag that they leave the gun on the desk.
:22:26. > :22:29.But it is snapped up by one of the robbers before all three bundle out
:22:30. > :22:34.of the room. This violent gang stole ?10,000 in cash. Do you recognise
:22:35. > :22:44.these men beneath their masks? You know what you have to do?
:22:45. > :22:47.October last year and two thieves are working this bank in Leicester
:22:48. > :22:52.City centre. They hang around the branch before spotting a potential
:22:53. > :22:57.victim. An 81-year-old woman. While she bends down to get her bank card,
:22:58. > :23:01.they make their move. Peering over her shoulders as she types in her
:23:02. > :23:07.pin. Having got it, believe the bank together. But the man is impatient
:23:08. > :23:12.to know why the elderly lady is taking so long. So he goes back in
:23:13. > :23:17.to check where she is. Police say the victim's debit card was stolen
:23:18. > :23:23.later on and used to take out cash and buy a mobile phone in the city
:23:24. > :23:31.centre, totalling nearly ?700. This peer needs to be caught now. Give us

:24:55. > :24:57.here can find missing people. PC Alan Frost is at the controls
:24:58. > :25:00.this morning. It's an impressive looking machine, what sort of things
:25:01. > :25:07.do you do? People are found in the area,
:25:08. > :25:11.especially on this coastline. We use various bits of kit on the aircraft
:25:12. > :25:20.to locate them. The main bit of kit is the HD camera, containing a
:25:21. > :25:28.lowlight camera, a zoom camera, and the infrared thermal camera. It is
:25:29. > :25:33.an expensive bit of kit, ?750,000. But when used properly, it is
:25:34. > :25:38.fantastic. Let's look inside. A small area, but packed with
:25:39. > :25:41.equipment. It is indeed. All the pilots instruments are there, and
:25:42. > :25:49.the police officer will be in the back. A touch-screen system, and an
:25:50. > :25:56.inflatable rescue device that we can deploy from the aircraft to assist
:25:57. > :26:01.people in difficulty. And we have some CCTV footage that we can show
:26:02. > :26:09.of a recent operation looking for a missing person. Yes. A 84-year-old
:26:10. > :26:15.man was missing in the Swansea area and a number of police officers
:26:16. > :26:18.attempted to locate him at 1am. The aircraft attended and managed to
:26:19. > :26:23.locate him within a reasonable amount of time. He was located safe
:26:24. > :26:32.and well, lying next to a shopping trolley. He had obviously, if he had
:26:33. > :26:35.been there for longer, he could have been in trouble. But he went to
:26:36. > :26:40.hospital and he was OK. On the other side of the helicopter, there is
:26:41. > :26:51.some other kit, almost in parallel with the camera. That is the light
:26:52. > :26:58.sensor device. It lights up a football field at night time. It
:26:59. > :27:04.will mean enhanced safety for police officers and members of the public
:27:05. > :27:08.who may be trying to be found. You have alluded to some of the cost
:27:09. > :27:13.already. It costs a lot just to keep this in the air. It is an extensive
:27:14. > :27:18.item. It is approximately ?1000 an hour to keep the aircraft in the
:27:19. > :27:20.air. But then again, it enhances the safety of not only the police
:27:21. > :27:27.officers but the thousands of visitors we get to the region every
:27:28. > :27:32.year. Thank you for the guided tour. Back to you, Rav.
:27:33. > :27:35.For a lot of people holidays mean hobbies, and that's true for the
:27:36. > :27:39.couple who were targeted in our next crime. The cycle mad duo enjoyed
:27:40. > :27:42.getting out on their bikes, until thieves put the brakes on.
:27:43. > :27:50.We would like to stay in this house but it does not feel the same any
:27:51. > :27:58.more. It is just a horrible feeling, that somebody is watching
:27:59. > :28:05.you. For Joe and any Lucas, cycling is a way of life. We met 56 years
:28:06. > :28:12.ago. Joe used to cycle every weekend, so we thought -- I thought
:28:13. > :28:17.if I wanted to see him, I needed to get a bike. Every holiday, we take
:28:18. > :28:21.the bikes to France, Portugal, Italy, Ireland. We got engaged in
:28:22. > :28:28.Ireland. It is a big part of our life. The bikes were high-tech and
:28:29. > :28:31.expensive but cycling took a back seat when the couple's first child
:28:32. > :28:39.was born. To make way for the family, the bikes were locked in a
:28:40. > :28:43.shared outside. On the evening of the 8th of January, three men got
:28:44. > :28:49.into the back garden. In the house, Amy was alone with Tommy. IK Kim
:28:50. > :28:58.upstairs to have a gaffe and get ready. -- I took him upstairs. The
:28:59. > :29:01.men broke the lock on the shed and insight, founded the three bikes
:29:02. > :29:07.locked together. They were able to carry them out of the garden without
:29:08. > :29:11.being spotted. Got home from work at 7:00pm and I saw that the gate was
:29:12. > :29:17.open. And went along the side passage to the back garden and both
:29:18. > :29:23.doors were wide open. My heart dropped. It was an immediate
:29:24. > :29:30.horrible feeling, knowing that my wife and son were in the house. It
:29:31. > :29:34.made me really angry. One of the bikes was particularly special to
:29:35. > :29:39.Joel. It was the first bike and had a Chibok second-hand, which are
:29:40. > :29:43.wrote from San Francisco to Los Angeles with a friend. It was my
:29:44. > :29:47.dream bike. You never thought I would have a bike like that. Why
:29:48. > :29:51.would have kept it forever and hopefully Tommy could have written
:29:52. > :29:54.it when he was older. Joe and Amy replaced the bikes and instead of
:29:55. > :30:01.putting them in the shed, they kept them in the house. But they were
:30:02. > :30:10.storm at safer. When it happened again, it was devastating. It seems
:30:11. > :30:15.that someone is watching us and they know that we have these bikes. We
:30:16. > :30:19.are not able to keep them here, which is horrible. On the morning of
:30:20. > :30:24.the 27th of April, Joe and Amy woke up to find that the three
:30:25. > :30:28.replacement bikes had been taken when their van had been broken into.
:30:29. > :30:32.For the bikes to be stolen a second time within four months, we could
:30:33. > :30:36.not believe it. Joe and Amy are not the only ones. Criminals will often
:30:37. > :30:40.return once stolen items have been replaced. Regular thieves are aware
:30:41. > :30:46.of the procedures involved with insurance and they will wait and
:30:47. > :30:51.target vulnerable victims for a second time. Joe and Amy now feel
:30:52. > :30:58.vulnerable and are thinking of taking drastic action. I do not feel
:30:59. > :31:04.safe in the house any more. I do not want to move but it seems like the
:31:05. > :31:11.only option at the moment. Many victims of crime feel very similar
:31:12. > :31:16.to Joel and Amy. It is an intrusion on their perceived. Unfortunately,
:31:17. > :31:22.their confidence in their property can be destroyed. If it is dark
:31:23. > :31:29.outside, my stomach is twisted in knots. It is unsettling for all of
:31:30. > :31:39.us. It is not a nice thing. Especially when you have such a
:31:40. > :31:46.young baby. Is it common that somebody to be targeted twice?
:31:47. > :31:51.Unfortunately it is not uncommon. Once they have been once, the
:31:52. > :31:56.thieves know what they are looking for and can return. These are
:31:57. > :32:07.specific bikes that were stolen? Yes, six bikes between January and
:32:08. > :32:15.April this year. We know bike crime is a growing concern to the police
:32:16. > :32:19.because in the last year it has gone up why 60% and in Cardiff it is 20%.
:32:20. > :32:22.You have some CCTV that demonstrates this? The CCTV shows how easy it
:32:23. > :32:28.is. Cable cutters or brute force alone. Sports facilities, university
:32:29. > :32:39.buildings, these facilities are very vulnerable. Lots of places bring
:32:40. > :32:46.their bikes on holiday. Lock your bike to something immovable. That is
:32:47. > :32:48.great advice. In keeping with this holiday vibe we are asking for your
:32:49. > :32:57.help to find some fugitives who think they can evade justice while
:32:58. > :33:02.topping up their tan. We have the National Crime Agency to explain.
:33:03. > :33:08.Many criminals think they can go to Spain and go on the run and evade
:33:09. > :33:15.capture. Some are choosing to go further afield? Yes, our role is to
:33:16. > :33:17.protect the public from serious organised and we work with
:33:18. > :33:20.international partners and the public to track down British
:33:21. > :33:27.fugitives. We have had some success, but we are finding Spain,
:33:28. > :33:32.which used to be the destination of choice has been taken over by places
:33:33. > :33:37.like the Netherlands and Cyprus. Give us some of the figures. In the
:33:38. > :33:43.last few years we have tracked down and arrested and bring back to the
:33:44. > :33:50.UK, 74 out of 110 most serious and organised criminals. Three more we
:33:51. > :34:03.are looking at today. Let's start with this first one.
:34:04. > :34:14.James Tarrant has been convicted of possessing cocaine and heroin and
:34:15. > :34:25.the possession of a firearm. OK, what about him? A 70-year-old man
:34:26. > :34:37.originally from Limassol in Cyprus. We think he is in Cyprus. He has
:34:38. > :34:46.been conveyed did not differ ordering 20,000 members of the
:34:47. > :34:49.British public and has made ?4 million from his criminal ventures.
:34:50. > :34:51.Stephen Blondel. Sometimes calls himself Stephen Owen. We believe he
:34:52. > :34:53.is in Spain. Has been convicted of supplying heroin, up and down the
:34:54. > :34:55.West Coast of the UK. They need to be brought back for justice. With
:34:56. > :34:59.your help we can get this lot out of the sunshine. But a couple of them
:35:00. > :35:09.could be dangerous, so don't approach them. You can call those
:35:10. > :35:14.using the numbers on screen. Now to the raiders who broke into a
:35:15. > :35:22.Newport pet shop and made off with thousands of pounds worth of hand
:35:23. > :35:25.reared parrots. We are constantly worried, every
:35:26. > :35:36.time we come in in the morning, what we will find. We have nightmares. It
:35:37. > :35:42.has been a labour of love. For seven years, Sue Coomb has worked day and
:35:43. > :35:48.night building her business and for her and her partner, it is much more
:35:49. > :35:55.than a pet shop. Each and every bird are our baby birds. On the evening
:35:56. > :36:04.of April the 15th, staff lot. As usual leaving the takings in the
:36:05. > :36:11.tail. But just a few hours later, the doors were forced open. A
:36:12. > :36:16.timestamp on the till receipt indicates it was opened at 2:38am
:36:17. > :36:20.when the contents were emptied. The thieves cleared the shelves before
:36:21. > :36:26.turning their attention to more lucrative stock. I know they tried
:36:27. > :36:33.to get the cockatoo because they left one of the cages on the side
:36:34. > :36:39.and the door wide open and the food bowl on the floor. They tried to
:36:40. > :36:45.entice him. But the thieves were successful in bagging a nonvenomous
:36:46. > :36:54.rat snake and add valuable breeding pair of African grey parrots. On the
:36:55. > :36:58.business side it is going to cost thousands of pounds we cannot afford
:36:59. > :37:05.to lose. It has had a massive effect on them and their confidence and in
:37:06. > :37:07.the security of the store. It is a small business and they cannot
:37:08. > :37:19.afford to take the loss. But the financial cost has not been as hard
:37:20. > :37:25.to bear than John Snow, the African breeding bird. His ten, she may
:37:26. > :37:34.never breed again. We could put her with another male, but we could lose
:37:35. > :37:39.thousands of pounds a year in babies. They will have frightened
:37:40. > :37:48.him, he will not have known what was happening. Now she is anxious it
:37:49. > :37:55.could happen again. I am constantly worried in the day, when we lock up.
:37:56. > :37:59.Constantly worried when we come in in the morning, what we will find.
:38:00. > :38:06.She did say she would either move or pack it in altogether. She cannot
:38:07. > :38:10.deal with any loss again. The value that was taken amounted to more than
:38:11. > :38:19.?2000 but the theft has had an effect beyond money. On the
:38:20. > :38:30.emotional side of it, stealing dog bowls and dog leads is one thing,
:38:31. > :38:33.but when they steal pet birds, they don't have a clue of the impact. We
:38:34. > :38:35.have used social media, put messages out on Facebook if anybody is trying
:38:36. > :38:46.to sell these parrots or the snake. John Snow is the one I want to get
:38:47. > :38:51.back. It is very hard. Your mind is constantly thinking, where is he?
:38:52. > :38:59.Mainly I am thinking, is he still alive? We would be over the moon to
:39:00. > :39:11.have him back where he belongs. We know him, we know his character. He
:39:12. > :39:15.is our bird, he belongs to others. If you can help on that, get in
:39:16. > :39:21.touch. We have seen a cliff rescue, the police helicopter now let's turn
:39:22. > :39:28.out to deceive. We have come to the lock-out and with me is Audrey
:39:29. > :39:34.Frank, one of an army of 50 volunteers. We don't take our eyes
:39:35. > :39:40.off it, unless we're looking at people on the cliff. Sometimes it is
:39:41. > :39:43.people popping in and out of this lookout but you get involved with
:39:44. > :39:53.rings generally? We watch for anything, boats, fishing vessels,
:39:54. > :39:58.pleasure craft, surfers, fishermen. Our major concern, we watch the
:39:59. > :40:04.tidal island where people head off to make sure they don't get stuck.
:40:05. > :40:11.We have a notice board giving the times, there is a five-hour gap you
:40:12. > :40:16.can walk out there and we hope they come back in time and don't have to
:40:17. > :40:21.be rescued. We have not had anybody rescued this year, but in years gone
:40:22. > :40:25.by, we have had people who have had. We report to the Coast Guard and the
:40:26. > :40:28.Coast Guard deploy who they think necessary, so that involves the
:40:29. > :40:36.cliff rescue, the lifeboat. Sometimes the helicopter. Thanks the
:40:37. > :40:40.showing me around in here. It is a small area where many members of the
:40:41. > :40:44.team have to work because they are operational for most of the time.
:40:45. > :40:47.But they have had a break in themselves so they have been the
:40:48. > :40:54.victims of crime. But they have been working with many agencies and one
:40:55. > :40:58.of the agencies is the RNLI. Jeff, you have a walkie-talkie, give the
:40:59. > :41:11.message because there is a boat on the water? Very well. Lifeboat,
:41:12. > :41:22.over. They are very busy this time of year? Extremely, this time of the
:41:23. > :41:34.year. Hopefully involved in more safety than anything else. A, out.
:41:35. > :41:38.They are very busy. Many sea kayaks and a big increase in the number of
:41:39. > :41:46.those incidents we know you have had to be called out here. We know you
:41:47. > :41:47.have read training operation and sometimes on live television, it
:41:48. > :41:50.does interrupt. And before we go, we've got some
:41:51. > :41:53.updates on a couple of cases we've You may remember our appeal
:41:54. > :41:58.for information on the suspected arson in Roath in
:41:59. > :42:00.Cardiff from Wednesday's programme. South Wales Police tell us they
:42:01. > :42:04.have since arrested a man. This wanted face -
:42:05. > :42:05.Maxwell Michael Parsons. He was sentenced in his absence for
:42:06. > :42:09.a sophisticated fraud which cost the Well, great news -

:42:15. > :42:34.start We have been sent some promising new

:42:36. > :42:38.that up as we speak. Now Sian, your wheels are rolling
:42:39. > :42:42.again, where are you heading next? Rav we're got a lot of travelling to

:42:49. > :42:52.who have a brand new approach to spotting dangerous drivers -
