:00:17. > :00:23.Hello and welcome back. It's been a busy night and we've had some really

:00:23. > :00:29.Hello and welcome back. It's been a fascinating calls. We have all the

:00:29. > :00:38.details coming up but first a quick reminder of the shocking raid at a

:00:38. > :00:42.jeweler's in Porthcawl this summer. As I looked up, one of the men was

:00:42. > :00:50.in front of me and that was it, he had this spray and he sprayed my

:00:50. > :00:54.face and my eyes. Immediately, I thought it was acid and I would be

:00:54. > :00:59.blind and never see again. DI David Rees is back with the latest on what

:00:59. > :01:02.has come in. I said we had some great calls and some of them have

:01:02. > :01:08.come your way? I am really grateful for those calls, especially

:01:08. > :01:14.regarding three Eastern European men selling jewellery outside and East

:01:14. > :01:23.London station, matching that description. Anything about that

:01:23. > :01:26.van? We have had numerous enquiries about that, in terms of where it was

:01:26. > :01:30.van? We have had numerous enquiries located and where it had been prior

:01:30. > :01:36.to that attack. And what about reminding people about that CCTV?

:01:36. > :01:40.Let us look at that with a very brief description? We believe those

:01:41. > :01:46.three men are from Eastern European descent and again, we have that CCTV

:01:46. > :01:51.images clearly showing their facial features. If they look familiar,

:01:51. > :01:59.people can have another look on the website. Thank you very much.

:01:59. > :02:02.Matthew? Back to the heartbreaking murder of seven-year-old Nikki

:02:02. > :02:14.Allan, who was killed near her Sunderland home back in 1992. I want

:02:14. > :02:18.her killer to be caught. It is hard to think of happy thoughts, it just

:02:18. > :02:27.leads to the night when she was murdered. I can imagine probably her

:02:27. > :02:32.last words, shouting mum. Detective Superintendent Roger Ford leading

:02:32. > :02:33.the case is here again. This happened over two decades ago and

:02:33. > :02:38.the case is here again. This has been an astonishing response to

:02:38. > :02:41.light? Absolutely overwhelming, a really good response in terms of

:02:41. > :02:48.numbers and quality. There was one call that your team have been poring

:02:48. > :02:52.over. Yes, we are really interested in this potentially significant call

:02:52. > :02:55.from someone who lives locally, which is important, but this book to

:02:55. > :02:58.from someone who lives locally, the enquiry team at the time but

:02:58. > :03:02.they have contacted us today to say that they had withheld some

:03:02. > :03:08.information which is potentially very significant and we have

:03:08. > :03:11.officers speaking to that person. She has provided you with new

:03:11. > :03:15.details that you are very interested in so that is significant and you

:03:15. > :03:20.have other calls, you were appealing about that derelict building?

:03:20. > :03:25.Nothing on that and I would urge anyone who use that building to

:03:25. > :03:28.contact us. This is the murder of a seven-year-old child and we need

:03:28. > :03:38.people to help us. Good luck with that. If you know something, these

:03:38. > :03:39.collars. Lots of calls on that CCTV about the cigarette thieves from

:03:39. > :03:46.collars. Lots of calls on that CCTV Warrington 's bar. One name that has

:03:46. > :03:51.cropped up is of interest to the detectives and the theft of that

:03:51. > :03:55.film, lots of calls keep coming in with the same name that keeps

:03:55. > :04:02.cropping up again and again. And that assault at the nightclub in

:04:02. > :04:06.Cardiff, crucially, we have had a call from a potential witness to

:04:06. > :04:10.that assault and he has given a name that detectives are checking. Please

:04:10. > :04:16.keep those calls coming in, they are absolutely vital. Earlier we looked

:04:16. > :04:21.into the worrying rise in thefts and assaults on Britain's transport

:04:21. > :04:24.network. Chief Superintendent Paul Brogden from British Transport

:04:24. > :04:32.Police is here again and we can have another look at some of the CCTV

:04:32. > :04:39.we're appealing with. In terms of calls, we think you might be close

:04:39. > :04:40.to getting results? We have had a fantastic response from the public

:04:40. > :04:44.in relation to that assault at fantastic response from the public

:04:44. > :04:48.Forest Hill tube station. We have officers going to make an arrest as

:04:48. > :04:52.we speak. Somebody jumped those barriers and they knocked over this

:04:52. > :04:56.hard-working man who has worked for a very long time and he just wants

:04:56. > :04:59.to get back to work and he had this terrible injury. It's hoped for some

:04:59. > :05:07.result on that. People can look on the website. Martin? On those wanted

:05:07. > :05:09.result on that. People can look on faces, Stephen William Thrower, we

:05:09. > :05:14.have had some good calls coming in on that. There was a sighting at the

:05:14. > :05:20.end of August in Turkey but crucially, nearer to home, at

:05:20. > :05:27.Fairgrounds in Bristol and Manchester and detectives are

:05:27. > :05:32.following those up. Number seven, Dave Daniel Sean Hyde, there was a

:05:32. > :05:35.call from a caller and officers are confident this could lead to

:05:35. > :05:41.something and they are sending officers out at this moment. And

:05:41. > :05:45.number six, Andrew Stephen Wilson, he was not convicted robber, calls

:05:46. > :05:51.on this one, one giving a possible sighting in an area he is known to

:05:51. > :05:57.frequent and officers are absolutely convinced this is a crucial piece of

:05:57. > :06:00.evidence from one of those calls. Lots of information. Thank you.

:06:00. > :06:03.That's everything for now but, of course, details of all tonight's

:06:03. > :06:08.cases and many others are on the website. You know the address. Keep

:06:08. > :06:12.an eye on Twitter, too, where you can find the latest news on how your

:06:12. > :06:18.calls are helping to crack cases. We'll be back next month. But for

:06:18. > :06:20.now, from everyone here, goodnight. Your fabulous calls really do make a

:06:20. > :06:25.difference.
