0:00:18 > 0:00:20My name is Peter and this is my circus.

0:00:38 > 0:00:41My family has been in the circus for generations.

0:00:41 > 0:00:44My mum - she's the boss - met my dad

0:00:44 > 0:00:48when they worked in my granddad's circus.

0:00:48 > 0:00:50I was born there.

0:00:51 > 0:00:55When I was little, they left and set up on their own.

0:00:59 > 0:01:01It's seven o'clock at night.

0:01:01 > 0:01:03We're off to a new place to set up.

0:01:03 > 0:01:06We call each place "a new stand".

0:01:10 > 0:01:14This year we've been to over 20 places so far.

0:01:14 > 0:01:16We just keep travelling.

0:01:19 > 0:01:22We've just left from Hull. We're on our way to Scarborough.

0:01:22 > 0:01:25It's good because it's a holiday place

0:01:25 > 0:01:27so there's a lot of things happening.

0:01:28 > 0:01:31I like travelling a lot cos you see different things,

0:01:31 > 0:01:35different places, different audience, different people.

0:01:35 > 0:01:39When we arrive at the same place they go, "Oh, the circus is back!

0:01:39 > 0:01:41"We've missed you!"

0:01:41 > 0:01:43We go to Scarborough every year.

0:01:43 > 0:01:46But this time I'm setting myself a challenge.

0:01:50 > 0:01:52This is my sister Emilia.

0:01:52 > 0:01:55My challenge is to get in the ring with her again...

0:01:58 > 0:02:02Can't watch my kids because they're too daring for my liking.

0:02:02 > 0:02:04They take too many risks.

0:02:04 > 0:02:06..in front of hundreds of people.

0:02:06 > 0:02:09What he does is amazing.

0:02:09 > 0:02:12The trouble is, the last time I performed with my sister,

0:02:12 > 0:02:15I had a big scare.

0:02:15 > 0:02:18He came up crying his eyes out, "My sister, my sister!"

0:02:18 > 0:02:21So you'll find out later if I succeed in the challenge.

0:02:22 > 0:02:25Whatever happens, I'm so proud of you, OK?

0:02:29 > 0:02:33Each week when we arrive at a new stand, it's late at night.

0:02:33 > 0:02:34Whoa!

0:02:37 > 0:02:40Every time I get to a new place, it's my responsibility

0:02:40 > 0:02:43to set my caravan up and make sure it's all OK.

0:02:46 > 0:02:49This is my caravan. I got this for my birthday.

0:02:49 > 0:02:53I used to live in my mum's caravan, that was fun as well,

0:02:53 > 0:02:56I had my own bedroom in there and stuff, that was all right.

0:02:56 > 0:03:00But I prefer it in here now on my own.

0:03:01 > 0:03:05Well, this is what I do every time I move on to a different site,

0:03:05 > 0:03:09which some people might think is a bit annoying

0:03:09 > 0:03:11but I find it all right.

0:03:13 > 0:03:18I play PlayStation, I watch TV, eat here...

0:03:18 > 0:03:24My favourite bit about this caravan, when we was in Hull,

0:03:24 > 0:03:28I got my...the biker... and he helped me put these up,

0:03:28 > 0:03:30which are really cool.

0:03:32 > 0:03:37My dad spends his night getting everyone into their positions.

0:03:37 > 0:03:40OK, OK.

0:03:41 > 0:03:46And my sister Emilia helps my mum settle into my parents' home.

0:03:48 > 0:03:50Every time we kind of arrive to a new place,

0:03:50 > 0:03:53I sort of just come in and help my mum and then go sort mine out,

0:03:53 > 0:03:56but putting up pictures is my favourite bit.

0:03:58 > 0:04:01My sister always puts that picture up.

0:04:01 > 0:04:04It's when I was little and used to be a clown act.

0:04:06 > 0:04:09My mum and dad's wagon has whole sections that slide out

0:04:09 > 0:04:13so when we're parked it's as big as a normal house.

0:04:13 > 0:04:15This is the slide-out, because you can't travel with it out,

0:04:15 > 0:04:20so you've got to bring it in to travel and put it back out for space.

0:04:22 > 0:04:25The last thing I do after we've arrived

0:04:25 > 0:04:27is check on my lizard, Savanna.

0:04:28 > 0:04:31It's quite an unusual pet to have

0:04:31 > 0:04:34but she's really... she's really nice.

0:04:34 > 0:04:35She's fun.

0:04:35 > 0:04:39Because we move around a lot she's like my best thing, really,

0:04:39 > 0:04:42like one of my best friends.

0:04:43 > 0:04:47You want to go back, hey? Come on then.

0:04:48 > 0:04:50After the final caravans arrive,

0:04:50 > 0:04:54the power goes off and we all go to sleep,

0:04:54 > 0:04:57as tomorrow the hard work really begins.

0:05:02 > 0:05:05I usually start the day down at my mum and dad's.

0:05:05 > 0:05:07My mum cooks a mean breakfast.

0:05:07 > 0:05:10What are you playing?

0:05:10 > 0:05:11- Motocross.- What?

0:05:11 > 0:05:13Motocross.

0:05:13 > 0:05:15I don't really have a bad thought about this place.

0:05:15 > 0:05:17Everything is fun.

0:05:17 > 0:05:20You still have loads of friends, you still have all your family

0:05:20 > 0:05:23and that's most important to me.

0:05:23 > 0:05:25So what time is the barbecue tonight?

0:05:25 > 0:05:28I don't know, but I'm going to do a bouncy castle now.

0:05:28 > 0:05:29- Ohhhh, is it Digi's birthday today? - Yes.

0:05:29 > 0:05:30No way!

0:05:33 > 0:05:35Sometimes when I go to visit my friends in their house,

0:05:35 > 0:05:38after about three days it just gets really, really boring.

0:05:38 > 0:05:40Circus is a really good life.

0:05:45 > 0:05:47It's straight to work after breakfast

0:05:47 > 0:05:51and the first thing on the list is to put the big tent up.

0:05:51 > 0:05:52And everyone helps out.

0:05:57 > 0:06:00While some people finish off the tent,

0:06:00 > 0:06:02me and my dad have another job to do.

0:06:02 > 0:06:04We go to the beach then, yeah?

0:06:04 > 0:06:08Our first performance is tomorrow, so we have to get the word out.

0:06:08 > 0:06:10ENGINE REVS

0:06:10 > 0:06:12- All good? - Yeah.

0:06:12 > 0:06:15The more flyers we can give out, the busier the show will be.

0:06:15 > 0:06:17- OK, Scarborough, here we come! - Yeah!

0:06:20 > 0:06:22TRUCK HORN SOUNDS

0:06:24 > 0:06:26Roll up, roll up, come along,

0:06:26 > 0:06:29and see the very best circus today at four and seven.

0:06:32 > 0:06:35Don't delay, book today!

0:06:39 > 0:06:41Ticket for the circus?

0:06:41 > 0:06:42There you go.

0:06:42 > 0:06:44I go out a lot with my dad to learn things.

0:06:44 > 0:06:47Ticket for the circus, yeah?

0:06:47 > 0:06:52I love it, like... With my boy, it's all day together,

0:06:52 > 0:06:56doing what I do and I'm teaching him everything I know and that's it.

0:06:56 > 0:06:58Ticket for the circus?

0:06:58 > 0:07:00Dad doesn't just teach me about performing, he tells me

0:07:00 > 0:07:05about business too, because one day I'll be running things.

0:07:05 > 0:07:08OK, we finish here, let's go down there.

0:07:13 > 0:07:15Everyone here works as a team.

0:07:15 > 0:07:18They all help each other out and try and do it quicker.

0:07:21 > 0:07:25Everyone that put it together is in the ring as well.

0:07:26 > 0:07:29The Kenyan boys do an act with acrobats.

0:07:34 > 0:07:36They do the seats.

0:07:38 > 0:07:41Marco Polo over there does the high wire.

0:07:44 > 0:07:47Gary over there, he does ringmaster.

0:07:47 > 0:07:50Let me hear you!

0:07:50 > 0:07:54Rafaella, Jason and Dave do the globe of death.

0:07:57 > 0:07:58OK, guys, one, two, hup.

0:07:58 > 0:08:02However old we are and whatever act we perform,

0:08:02 > 0:08:05we all have to help put the tent up.

0:08:06 > 0:08:11Here no-one's, like, higher, lower, they're all at the same level.

0:08:11 > 0:08:15Just because someone does an act doesn't mean they're better

0:08:15 > 0:08:16or a star or something like that.

0:08:16 > 0:08:19It's like a big family. Everyone helps each other.

0:08:21 > 0:08:24The tent takes a day to put up with everyone helping.

0:08:24 > 0:08:27As soon as people see the big top,

0:08:27 > 0:08:32they start coming to buy tickets and that pays all the wages.

0:08:32 > 0:08:36- Right, seven o'clock, yes? - Yes, two adults and a child.

0:08:36 > 0:08:39And my nan runs the ticket office.

0:08:40 > 0:08:43You can tell by seeing how many cars come in and out.

0:08:43 > 0:08:46If you only see one car, you know it's not that good, but when you see

0:08:46 > 0:08:49lots coming in and out, you think, "Oh, it's going to be good today."

0:08:49 > 0:08:51This is for Sunday.

0:08:56 > 0:09:00Throughout the show, we've got about 42 people altogether

0:09:00 > 0:09:02and we're all different ages, different groups,

0:09:02 > 0:09:04different nationalities.

0:09:07 > 0:09:09Yeah, it's just kind of a big family.

0:09:11 > 0:09:15Some of us are here all year round - others just come and go.

0:09:15 > 0:09:19This is Polito. His dad is Marco Polo the tightrope walker.

0:09:21 > 0:09:24Polito helps Marco Polo get his act ready.

0:09:25 > 0:09:28I've known Polito since he was about five.

0:09:28 > 0:09:31We're really good mates, we play along a lot.

0:09:31 > 0:09:33Play with motorbikes, play football.

0:09:33 > 0:09:35Ready?

0:09:39 > 0:09:41We've got a lot in common

0:09:41 > 0:09:44because, you know, we've been brought up in the circus.

0:09:44 > 0:09:48I mean, he basically lives with me. That's how much good friends we are.

0:09:50 > 0:09:53Polito and his brothers Diego and Enrique

0:09:53 > 0:09:59are here for the summer season and they do tumbling in the show.

0:10:01 > 0:10:08My dad does the high wire, like tightrope but with a wire.

0:10:08 > 0:10:11I think my dad's act is really cool.

0:10:11 > 0:10:13He starts off with the normal walking across the wire

0:10:13 > 0:10:16and then he builds it up with the music.

0:10:19 > 0:10:23And then he's dancing on the chair like this.

0:10:25 > 0:10:29Their family moved over from Mexico but the boys aren't sure

0:10:29 > 0:10:31if they want to stay in the circus.

0:10:32 > 0:10:36My dream thing... Everybody has a dream, you know that, don't you?

0:10:36 > 0:10:39And I want to become a footballer.

0:10:39 > 0:10:44My dream for the future is being a gymnast and a trampolinist.

0:10:46 > 0:10:49- Playing with hoops again? - Hula-hooping!

0:10:51 > 0:10:56The girls behind us...is Rositta and Eva. They come every year.

0:10:56 > 0:10:59Well, we come back to the circus a lot because we were born here

0:10:59 > 0:11:01and we love it.

0:11:01 > 0:11:03The girls now live in a house

0:11:03 > 0:11:06but they want to come back to live here again.

0:11:06 > 0:11:10It's nice coming back and nice seeing all our friends.

0:11:10 > 0:11:14The best thing about coming back to the circus is seeing everyone

0:11:14 > 0:11:16that we've known our whole lives

0:11:16 > 0:11:19and just being in a place that we can call home.

0:11:21 > 0:11:25So they keep practising their hoop act ready for their return.

0:11:28 > 0:11:32Tom and his family have recently joined our circus.

0:11:32 > 0:11:36His mum works behind the scenes but Tom needs to learn an act.

0:11:36 > 0:11:38It might take years of practice

0:11:38 > 0:11:40but I'd like to do something with motorbikes.

0:11:44 > 0:11:48Well, my dream act is definitely to be a silk artist

0:11:48 > 0:11:52but I'd like to start my career with maybe a smaller act,

0:11:52 > 0:11:54like a hula hoop act.

0:11:54 > 0:11:58My dream act is to start off with floor acts

0:11:58 > 0:12:02until I develop the upper body strength, then do a trapeze act.

0:12:02 > 0:12:07Yeah, and we're absolutely determined to definitely come back.

0:12:07 > 0:12:09Yeah, we're definitely coming back.

0:12:09 > 0:12:11Definitely.

0:12:14 > 0:12:18On the day the tent goes up, we have a big barbecue.

0:12:18 > 0:12:22We're going to have a get-together as always. Bit of a barbecue.

0:12:22 > 0:12:24Good food, good company.

0:12:24 > 0:12:26You hungry, kids?

0:12:27 > 0:12:31Everyone's been working really hard today, like every day,

0:12:31 > 0:12:33and today, when we have our barbecue,

0:12:33 > 0:12:37they like it cos they don't have to cook!

0:12:37 > 0:12:41They just come and eat together, play football, it's fun.

0:12:43 > 0:12:46None of us have a set time to go to bed or to get up

0:12:46 > 0:12:49so as long as we're ready for when the show starts tomorrow

0:12:49 > 0:12:51we can have as much fun as we like.

0:12:51 > 0:12:53Let's get on! Get your helmet on!

0:12:53 > 0:12:56It's times like these when I love the circus.

0:12:56 > 0:13:00What child wouldn't like a life in the circus?

0:13:00 > 0:13:03They're only young once, aren't they?

0:13:03 > 0:13:06Because it's private land, even though I'm only 14

0:13:06 > 0:13:09I can ride my motorbike on-site whenever I want.

0:13:12 > 0:13:15But I always make sure that others know how important safety is.

0:13:15 > 0:13:18Let's go! Get your helmet on!

0:13:23 > 0:13:27Almost as soon as we learn to walk, we start practising our acts.

0:13:27 > 0:13:30So we learn to do everything safely.

0:13:30 > 0:13:34One, two, three, three...

0:13:34 > 0:13:38My sister's been training since she was five. She's now 17.

0:13:38 > 0:13:41She's one of the stars of the show.

0:13:41 > 0:13:44It's hard work, it's dedication, it's effort,

0:13:44 > 0:13:46it's everything, basically.

0:13:48 > 0:13:50Kids kind of come up to you

0:13:50 > 0:13:53and they're like, "How do you join the circus?"

0:13:53 > 0:13:56It's like, "Well, a lot of practice, you know?"

0:13:56 > 0:14:00She performs routines on the trapeze and on the ropes.

0:14:01 > 0:14:05Trapeze is kind of like traditional circus from years and years ago.

0:14:05 > 0:14:09It's mainly sort of upper body strength that you need.

0:14:09 > 0:14:14Practice is, like, pull-ups, push-ups and keep practising.

0:14:15 > 0:14:17You put the hands here and here...

0:14:17 > 0:14:19She's being coached by Zoli.

0:14:19 > 0:14:24He learnt his act with the famous Cirque du Soleil.

0:14:36 > 0:14:39My sister practises every day, but there's a price to pay.

0:14:41 > 0:14:44I've got sort of bruises, cuts, all over the place

0:14:44 > 0:14:46that you don't even know where from.

0:14:46 > 0:14:49I got bruised there.

0:14:49 > 0:14:53With this one, I've being doing the rope for about over a year now

0:14:53 > 0:14:56and because it's sort of a hand loop that you're holding,

0:14:56 > 0:14:59you're putting all your pressure onto that one hand,

0:14:59 > 0:15:02so it's kind of just killed the skin,

0:15:02 > 0:15:05which isn't very nice to look at,

0:15:05 > 0:15:08but I guess if you love what you do,

0:15:08 > 0:15:13you've just got to face the consequences of what it comes with.

0:15:13 > 0:15:15If I find any more, I'll let you know!

0:15:17 > 0:15:19With hours of practice over,

0:15:19 > 0:15:22it's time to impress the Scarborough crowds.

0:15:22 > 0:15:25Before a show, I'm with my older brother, Josh.

0:15:25 > 0:15:28He's one of the black shirt boys.

0:15:28 > 0:15:31They look after the caravans and all the equipment but they also

0:15:31 > 0:15:36take tickets and help with the safety during the performance.

0:15:36 > 0:15:39Five minutes until show time. You'll hear the whistle in a minute

0:15:39 > 0:15:41and then everybody will get ready

0:15:41 > 0:15:43to put their costume on and get ready to start our show.

0:15:43 > 0:15:47We have two performances a day, six times a week.

0:15:47 > 0:15:51But I still feel excited when I hear the ringmaster's voice.

0:15:51 > 0:15:53Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls...

0:15:53 > 0:15:56AUDIENCE CHEER AND APPLAUD

0:15:56 > 0:16:00And once we're under way, one of the last to get ready is me.

0:16:02 > 0:16:04I'm part of the motorbike stunt team.

0:16:06 > 0:16:10In fact, at 14, I'm Europe's youngest stunt rider.

0:16:12 > 0:16:14He does mega for his age.

0:16:14 > 0:16:17No-one else kind of gets to do as much as he does, performing

0:16:17 > 0:16:20for hundreds of people every day.

0:16:22 > 0:16:26I could definitely say my boy is talented.

0:16:26 > 0:16:30What he does is amazing.

0:16:31 > 0:16:35He's so good at what he does. He's very, very good.

0:16:35 > 0:16:39I've been riding a motorbike since I was four.

0:16:39 > 0:16:41Nearly all my life.

0:16:41 > 0:16:43It's what I love to do.

0:16:45 > 0:16:48But I know it can be dangerous.

0:16:48 > 0:16:52I watch nearly every show and my heart starts pumping,

0:16:52 > 0:16:55but once I see him inside and enjoying himself,

0:16:55 > 0:17:00I just...relax a little bit but anyway, yes,

0:17:00 > 0:17:04it's very...nervous to watch him, yes.

0:17:04 > 0:17:09Don't watch my little one. Can't watch him, no.

0:17:11 > 0:17:14I used to work with my sister

0:17:14 > 0:17:18and I wasn't as good as I was now

0:17:18 > 0:17:20and I stopped too low

0:17:20 > 0:17:25and it was upsetting that, like, I hit my sister, obviously,

0:17:25 > 0:17:28then it just put me off doing it, in case I injured her.

0:17:30 > 0:17:32He came crying his eyes out, "My sister, my sister!"

0:17:32 > 0:17:34And she was saying, "I'm fine, there's nothing on me,

0:17:34 > 0:17:37"you didn't touch me." But of course, when it's your sister

0:17:37 > 0:17:39or your brother or whatever, you panic.

0:17:39 > 0:17:43And he was absolutely terrified for quite a while after.

0:17:43 > 0:17:45He didn't perform for about eight months.

0:17:45 > 0:17:49That was the last time I did a routine with my sister,

0:17:49 > 0:17:54but now, in just a few days, we'll be performing again.

0:17:58 > 0:18:02'Today there's a new arrival at the circus - the monster truck.

0:18:04 > 0:18:08'My dad plans to use it in a joint circus and stunt show.'

0:18:10 > 0:18:12We have to put the little wheels on it to transport it

0:18:12 > 0:18:15because it's too wide on the trailer.

0:18:17 > 0:18:22Just on my way to fill the monster truck with petrol.

0:18:22 > 0:18:27I don't think kids my age would know how to do things like I do.

0:18:27 > 0:18:30I would say I'm different to other kids.

0:18:36 > 0:18:38These three buttons here - that starts it.

0:18:38 > 0:18:40Then you pull this out if there's ever fire,

0:18:40 > 0:18:45and then the fire extinguisher goes all under the engine.

0:18:45 > 0:18:49This here is, like, the gear stick.

0:18:56 > 0:19:00It's really cool, the way I'm only 14

0:19:00 > 0:19:01but I get to have a monster truck,

0:19:01 > 0:19:07motorbikes, it's like any man, any boy's dream to have one.

0:19:09 > 0:19:13I learn different things from different people.

0:19:13 > 0:19:16I learn a lot of stuff from my dad...from my grandad...

0:19:16 > 0:19:19- Do you want them hard? - Yes, about 5p a side.

0:19:20 > 0:19:25I learn better things here than in school.

0:19:28 > 0:19:32When I learn as much as I can, when I have children,

0:19:32 > 0:19:35I'll pass it on to them, they'll pass it on to their children.

0:19:37 > 0:19:39'Our performers come from all over the world.

0:19:39 > 0:19:44'And from them I've learned to speak three languages.

0:19:44 > 0:19:50'Romanian, Portuguese and my dad's language, Bulgarian.'

0:19:52 > 0:19:54I learn a lot of languages

0:19:54 > 0:19:57because different people, like, different countries...

0:19:57 > 0:20:00HE SPEAKS IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE

0:20:00 > 0:20:03I ask them how you say this, and they teach me

0:20:03 > 0:20:08and I pick that up, then different languages, different people.

0:20:08 > 0:20:10ENGINE STARTS

0:20:10 > 0:20:13Now it's down to me to see how the truck runs.

0:20:35 > 0:20:39'I could stay helping out all day with my friends,

0:20:39 > 0:20:41'but I have to catch up with my homework.'

0:20:41 > 0:20:44Schoolwork isn't that relevant to circus,

0:20:44 > 0:20:47because it's more, like, acts and needing to know how to drive

0:20:47 > 0:20:50and needing to know how to put a tent up and school doesn't

0:20:50 > 0:20:54really teach you them sort of things for circus life,

0:20:54 > 0:20:56so as long as you can read and write

0:20:56 > 0:21:00and add up, that's probably the main things.

0:21:00 > 0:21:03I do probably, like, twice a week or three times a week.

0:21:03 > 0:21:07I really like to try and make it the best I can do.

0:21:10 > 0:21:14I may have to do school work, but I'm always learning fun things too.

0:21:15 > 0:21:19My dad wants to teach me a new trick for the stunt show.

0:21:19 > 0:21:23Me and Peter are going to be doing the motorbike on the wire.

0:21:23 > 0:21:27It's basically a motorbike with a sort of trapeze underneath it.

0:21:27 > 0:21:31Ten years ago me and Pav used to do this, and Peter will be

0:21:31 > 0:21:34looking straight ahead, keeping it in balance, so as long as he keeps

0:21:34 > 0:21:37straight up and down, then they should be all right.

0:21:37 > 0:21:42We've only got until tomorrow really cos that's when the show's on, so,

0:21:42 > 0:21:46we're going to try and get it as best as we can in that little time.

0:21:46 > 0:21:51'I'll be doing the routine without a helmet so I can see and talk to

0:21:51 > 0:21:55'my sister, and it helps to keep the bike balanced and the stunt safe.'

0:21:56 > 0:21:58Use the gears to stop.

0:22:02 > 0:22:06I like it when I get something passed on and then I do it.

0:22:08 > 0:22:11And I think my dad's happy that I did something that he did before.

0:22:11 > 0:22:13One hand up!

0:22:16 > 0:22:20'So all I can do is practise until our big day tomorrow.'

0:22:27 > 0:22:31Today is going to be a busy day. It's our last day in Scarborough.

0:22:31 > 0:22:35We have our stunt show and our final circus performance.

0:22:36 > 0:22:40We want it to be a day the crowds won't forget.

0:22:40 > 0:22:41Hello, you nervous?

0:22:41 > 0:22:44No, it's fun, why are you nervous?

0:22:44 > 0:22:47Cos I am, cos you're my baby!

0:22:49 > 0:22:52JD is a stunt organiser.

0:22:52 > 0:22:55He makes sure we all do things safely.

0:22:55 > 0:22:58Do the best you can, put on a good show, I know you're good at it.

0:22:58 > 0:23:01Be careful and be safe, OK? Good man.

0:23:03 > 0:23:06Welcome to Nitro Stunts!

0:23:06 > 0:23:09Whatever happens, I'm so proud of you, OK?

0:23:22 > 0:23:27After taking my helmet off, I'm ready for my stunt.

0:23:28 > 0:23:31Not nervous at the minute, but as soon as he gets up there

0:23:31 > 0:23:32I might be a little bit.

0:23:33 > 0:23:38You just think, concentrate, like, know what you're doing,

0:23:38 > 0:23:42don't show off and then everything pulls together.

0:23:42 > 0:23:43Let's hear it for them!

0:23:43 > 0:23:47And my sister needs the MC on board to help with balance.

0:23:53 > 0:23:56It's really fun, cos you're high, you can see all the crowds,

0:23:56 > 0:23:57you see all the people.

0:24:00 > 0:24:03It's fun. And you're on the motorbike, so it's even more fun.

0:24:06 > 0:24:08It's all over so quickly,

0:24:08 > 0:24:11but I'm proud that I've done a stunt my mum and dad used to do.

0:24:11 > 0:24:14Well, that went good!

0:24:14 > 0:24:16After the stunt show finishes,

0:24:16 > 0:24:19there's not much time before my big challenge.

0:24:19 > 0:24:22Our final Scarborough show starts in just 30 minutes.

0:24:24 > 0:24:27Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,

0:24:27 > 0:24:30and welcome to the all-new Planet Circus!

0:24:30 > 0:24:32Let me hear ya!

0:24:36 > 0:24:39Watching the circus isn't like watching TV.

0:24:39 > 0:24:42This is all live, right in front of your eyes.

0:24:44 > 0:24:47Anything could happen, that's why people like it.

0:24:51 > 0:24:55My sister completes her spins, even with her bruised wrists,

0:24:55 > 0:24:59and then it's my turn to do what I do best -

0:24:59 > 0:25:04my world-famous act called the Globe of Death.

0:25:06 > 0:25:11I'd say I'm a showman, cos I like doing all my things that I can do.

0:25:12 > 0:25:15He just does it like he's been doing it all his life,

0:25:15 > 0:25:17and he's only 14!

0:25:19 > 0:25:21In one way he's like every other 14-year-old,

0:25:21 > 0:25:24but in another way he's got another side to him, which is

0:25:24 > 0:25:29motorbikes and stunts and the globe. He's got to be unique.

0:25:39 > 0:25:43You just get your motorbike and go flying around. It's really fun.

0:25:43 > 0:25:45The noise, the power...

0:25:47 > 0:25:50When I'm performing, I love it when people are cheering

0:25:50 > 0:25:52and it just makes it more fun.

0:25:58 > 0:26:02Loves the crowd, yeah, he gets them going, he's brilliant.

0:26:09 > 0:26:12and it's just really amazing, what he does.

0:26:17 > 0:26:20This is the act that I used to do with my sister.

0:26:22 > 0:26:24Peter's very naturally talented,

0:26:24 > 0:26:26he's definitely got something in him.

0:26:26 > 0:26:29He's so good at what he does, he's very, very good.

0:26:30 > 0:26:34After so long not riding with my sister, I finally did it.

0:26:35 > 0:26:37You're never the best, you're never...

0:26:37 > 0:26:40You know, like, you're never the greatest,

0:26:40 > 0:26:42cos there's always something or someone

0:26:42 > 0:26:46that's better or... So, you're never the best at everything.

0:27:33 > 0:27:38Circus life is all I know, I don't really know any other sort of life.

0:27:38 > 0:27:41It's always moving around and seeing different things,
