0:17:27 > 0:17:30It would touch a nerve because we love doing live
0:17:30 > 0:17:32more than anything else.
0:17:32 > 0:17:35Essentially, the ideas come from the guys.

0:17:36 > 0:17:39and talk about what they want to do and throw ideas about.
0:17:39 > 0:17:42All are involved with every aspect.
0:17:43 > 0:17:45I think Mark leads the creative process.
0:17:45 > 0:17:48He draws a lot and comes in with a lot of sketches.
0:17:48 > 0:17:51He's come up with some amazing stuff for this tour.
0:17:51 > 0:17:53It started off with drawings, pencil drawings,
0:17:53 > 0:17:57really bad ones on backs of disused paper, drawing plans.
0:17:57 > 0:18:00We wanted something that was very colourful and positive.
0:18:00 > 0:18:02I'm really, really proud of it, to be honest.
0:18:02 > 0:18:04I think everybody has done really well.
0:18:04 > 0:18:06We've got an amazing crew, amazing cast.
0:18:10 > 0:18:13About 70% of our crew, they've been with us
0:18:13 > 0:18:16since about '92 and they're with us because they're good.
0:18:16 > 0:18:19They're not just with us because it's a habit.
0:18:19 > 0:18:22That's a great working environment, that is.
0:18:22 > 0:18:26They know what we want, they know what we don't want

0:18:48 > 0:18:51He's eyes, because when you're up on the stage doing what you do,

0:19:22 > 0:19:25I went to my first concert when I was 11 at Wembley.
0:19:25 > 0:19:27I remember crying when Robbie left.
0:19:27 > 0:19:30I had the sticker books, I had the lot.
0:19:30 > 0:19:33We've had quiz nights with Gary Barlow being the quizmaster,
0:19:33 > 0:19:37so it's just really nice to get to know them on that level, as well.
0:19:37 > 0:19:39They don't feel distant from you, you know,
0:19:39 > 0:19:42you feel like they're actually part of the group and part of the cast.
0:19:42 > 0:19:43They've always been about the show
0:19:43 > 0:19:48and putting on the best possible two hours that they can.
0:19:48 > 0:19:52To see them all willing us on, we feel like everyone is going,

0:19:55 > 0:19:59and you're on that final lap and everyone is going, "Go on, go on!"
0:19:59 > 0:20:03The three of us are one part of the show, but then every division,
