0:00:04 > 0:00:08I'm Fazer. I'm a rapper, musician and multi-platinum music producer.

0:00:11 > 0:00:17but last year, I got to play with

0:00:19 > 0:00:22It was like the most overwhelming

0:00:22 > 0:00:25that I've had because it was like, "Wow." It's all live instruments.

0:00:30 > 0:00:53like this through a computer,

0:00:53 > 0:01:02'But I think they're missing out

0:01:02 > 0:01:06beats to Beethoven and I'm giving them a classical crash course.

0:01:07 > 0:01:10They'll listen to it... This needs to stop getting in my ears, really.

0:01:10 > 0:01:14..learn about it... Mosh the beat.

0:01:19 > 0:01:21'I'm going to challenge this group

0:01:28 > 0:01:30In under two months, we're going to be playing at this year's BBC Proms

0:01:33 > 0:01:36the stereotypes of young people

0:01:36 > 0:01:37'and the classical world...'

0:01:37 > 0:01:40When I walked in there, like,

0:01:40 > 0:01:42It's an emotional experience.

0:01:43 > 0:01:47'..so they can learn to appreciate classical music and hopefully,

0:01:49 > 0:01:52The job that I have with this project and what I'm taking on

0:02:07 > 0:02:12Shevelle, Samara and Benji,

0:02:24 > 0:02:26I know that my eyes were watering

0:02:26 > 0:02:28It was actually overwhelming.

0:02:29 > 0:02:33Do you listen to rap music, mate? Er, yeah. I mean, no question.

0:02:33 > 0:02:36..and we wrote a track together that works for both the pop

0:02:38 > 0:02:40It's a big risk because you never

0:02:44 > 0:02:48..all in a bid to see if I can

0:02:51 > 0:02:54So far, the challenge hasn't

0:02:54 > 0:02:58When the orchestra first came out,

0:03:00 > 0:03:03I can't think. I feel like I'm letting everyone down here.

0:03:29 > 0:03:33The question is, will they accept classical music like I did?

0:03:36 > 0:03:38And will they be ready on the night?

0:03:38 > 0:03:41Do you reckon that's good enough

0:03:44 > 0:03:47for the band's first rehearsals

0:03:54 > 0:03:58Last time, The Chapters were here, rapper Curtis was struggling

0:03:58 > 0:04:00with his bars and some of the group

0:04:04 > 0:04:06the pressure is on to step up.

0:04:16 > 0:04:19still don't seem to get it...

0:04:25 > 0:04:29Benji's walking up and I'm leaving Benji. Can't we just react there,

0:04:29 > 0:04:32interact there? Yeah. It looks dead.

0:04:32 > 0:04:36First and foremost thing for me is making sure the vocal is tight.

0:04:36 > 0:04:39That will come natural anyway.

0:04:42 > 0:04:46I'm going to be doing my songs which I know back to front, inside out,

0:04:48 > 0:04:50Wretch ain't going to be messing up. Maverick ain't going to be.

0:04:50 > 0:04:55I don't want you guys to look silly in front of everyone. I want you lot to smash it just as much as we are.

0:04:55 > 0:04:58Get some discipline and really

0:05:03 > 0:05:05'so we keep running the track

0:05:12 > 0:05:15'But after only a few minutes

0:05:15 > 0:05:17'I noticed Samara's getting upset.

0:05:33 > 0:05:36about their parents and stuff

0:05:36 > 0:05:38coming to the Proms and that.

0:05:43 > 0:05:54Yeah, my mum's not going to be

0:06:01 > 0:06:04..she's not going to be there

0:06:04 > 0:06:08shouting my nickname, embarrassing me in front of all those people

0:06:08 > 0:06:11because to be honest, I'd do anything

0:06:11 > 0:06:15her than not have her there at all.

0:06:19 > 0:06:23Fazer's been quite supportive.

0:06:23 > 0:06:27like a big brother. "Look, you can do this. Your mum's there in spirit.

0:06:30 > 0:06:33I'm quite thankful, otherwise I don't know if I'd be able

0:06:35 > 0:06:38Samara's been incredibly brave to put herself forward for my project

0:06:38 > 0:06:39while she's still grieving.

0:06:41 > 0:06:45After a few moments away from the group, she rejoins rehearsals.

0:06:48 > 0:06:50# Here are Seven chapters...

0:06:52 > 0:06:54# We're turning the page. #

0:06:57 > 0:07:00For me, this project is about more than just performing on the night.

0:07:00 > 0:07:02I really want to see if I can break down some of the barriers

0:07:02 > 0:07:06that stopped The Chapters from

0:07:09 > 0:07:11Samara and Sin-Seer down to leafy

0:07:11 > 0:07:14the Thames Youth Orchestra.

0:07:19 > 0:07:21That's it because, like, this is

0:07:25 > 0:07:28Although a lot of young people don't

0:07:28 > 0:07:31there are some that do prefer

0:07:56 > 0:08:02a thing or two on some instruments and see if you guys can learn

0:08:02 > 0:08:13My hope is that if they can understand classical instruments,

0:08:13 > 0:08:15Sin-Seer has chosen the oboe,

0:08:23 > 0:08:29I'm going to try and teach him Swan Lake which is quite ambitious.

0:08:29 > 0:08:31and then put all the fingers down.

0:08:54 > 0:08:57the natural concept of the violin.

0:08:57 > 0:09:01So, where you put your hands,

0:09:01 > 0:09:03I'm actually really impressed.

0:09:03 > 0:09:05I didn't expect someone to pick

0:09:06 > 0:09:09HE PLAYS THE BEGINNING OF SWAN LAKE

0:09:14 > 0:09:17Before coming today, I didn't know nothing about this instrument.

0:09:17 > 0:09:20Now I can play Swan Lake on it so I think that's progress.

0:09:26 > 0:09:29..learning a brand-new instrument is proving to be more of a struggle.

0:09:37 > 0:09:40I'm still doing it too tight. OK.

0:09:40 > 0:09:43I've got it but my hands don't work.

0:09:46 > 0:09:49groups get to know each other

0:09:51 > 0:09:56So, what is it that made you pick up

0:09:56 > 0:09:59Well, when I was about four,

0:09:59 > 0:10:01at my older brother's school

0:10:01 > 0:10:04and I just saw like a flute being played and I thought,

0:10:10 > 0:10:19I wish I'd not got kicked out of school in the first place,

0:10:19 > 0:10:25how much you've been exposed,

0:10:33 > 0:10:49They are from, like, different end of the stick kind of thing,

0:10:51 > 0:10:54but performing in front of people

0:10:54 > 0:10:58a tune which I just learnt,

0:10:58 > 0:11:01It's now time for us to see

0:11:01 > 0:11:05so we start with Hermione who's

0:11:10 > 0:11:13I'm actually really scared.

0:11:14 > 0:11:17SONG: Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

0:11:20 > 0:11:22You played it so well. Thanks.

0:11:44 > 0:11:47It definitely makes me think that

0:11:47 > 0:11:50I would have liked to have had

0:11:50 > 0:11:53I think anyone would say yes

0:11:53 > 0:11:56to learn a classical instrument

0:11:56 > 0:11:59and gives it his best shot.

0:11:59 > 0:12:03I wouldn't have given them a chance.

0:12:03 > 0:12:06they'd have hid their handbags

0:12:06 > 0:12:08or run a mile down the road

0:12:10 > 0:12:14He's a G. We were just busting jokes. He was making me laugh.

0:12:18 > 0:12:21It's more about giving people

0:12:21 > 0:12:25Don't let a stereotype stop you from getting to know someone.

0:12:27 > 0:12:30Jesus taught me how to play

0:12:30 > 0:12:31so I'm going to have a try.

0:12:36 > 0:12:38after making a great start,

0:12:55 > 0:13:19and the orchestra got on so well

0:13:19 > 0:13:22to posh Richmond. He lives in

0:13:31 > 0:13:34You won't see no-one who plays

0:13:34 > 0:13:37Sin-Seer turned down a place

0:13:37 > 0:13:40But this decision has caused

0:13:42 > 0:13:47no interest in education whatsoever.

0:13:47 > 0:13:49I do feel pressure to succeed.

0:13:49 > 0:13:51they don't get encouraged to do

0:13:51 > 0:13:55stuff like music. Their parents

0:13:55 > 0:13:57Be a lawyer, doctor, whatever.

0:13:57 > 0:14:01Adil's parents are sceptical about him making it in the music industry,

0:14:01 > 0:14:04cutting off financial support while he tries to pursue his dream.

0:14:08 > 0:14:11to let him stand on his feet.

0:14:11 > 0:14:14I said to him, "You have to go out and do things for yourself."

0:14:14 > 0:14:16HE RAPS: I want to be a master

0:14:16 > 0:14:18So I spend my days at home alone

0:14:18 > 0:14:20Despite this lack of support,

0:14:20 > 0:14:24Sin-Seer's still keen to prove his dad wrong and win his backing.

0:14:24 > 0:14:26when I make it into a career.

0:14:26 > 0:14:30like they might have thought I was.

0:14:30 > 0:14:33HE RAPS: No need to picture the past

0:14:33 > 0:14:36'It'd be a good feeling if my parents

0:14:36 > 0:14:39cos they've not really told me

0:14:45 > 0:14:48I think this lack of support has had an effect on Sin-Seer's self-esteem

0:14:48 > 0:14:50and confidence in the group.

0:14:50 > 0:14:54So it's a priority to get him pumped

0:14:54 > 0:14:56I decided to meet up with him

0:14:56 > 0:15:00so he knows I'm backing him, even if his family aren't yet.

0:15:02 > 0:15:04Is there anything you're worried

0:15:06 > 0:15:10like, confidence might be a thing.

0:15:18 > 0:15:20everyone thought I was BLEEP

0:15:20 > 0:15:23but now they've got a lot to prove

0:15:23 > 0:15:27Wicked, man. Well, I've set up something for today to maybe

0:15:50 > 0:15:54The idea of today is to give Adil an experience of being on stage

0:15:54 > 0:15:58and giving him an idea of what it's

0:16:03 > 0:16:06and you feel good standing and the places that actually, you go,

0:16:08 > 0:16:10'The first thing Polly needs

0:16:10 > 0:16:12'body language and stage presence.'

0:16:13 > 0:16:16I feel comfortable anywhere.

0:16:35 > 0:16:39Ooh! There you go, very good.

0:16:40 > 0:16:43proper weird me doing this.

0:17:00 > 0:17:04You throw it back to him. All right?

0:17:09 > 0:17:10Can we add a little sound effect?

0:17:12 > 0:17:15You can kind of tell that he's not used to this at all and it's

0:17:15 > 0:17:18completely out of his comfort zone

0:17:25 > 0:17:28'With Sin Seer finally letting down his guard, Polly decides to

0:17:37 > 0:17:46Fantastic. Ah, look at your face!

0:17:46 > 0:17:53really, really exciting. You look

0:17:53 > 0:17:55I'm finding it weird. That's good.

0:17:55 > 0:17:58# Made a promise till death

0:17:58 > 0:18:00# Heading towards the open doors

0:18:00 > 0:18:19# I don't mind, just let me

0:18:19 > 0:18:21'I realise the benefits of just

0:18:21 > 0:18:24and there's nothing to really be

0:18:26 > 0:18:29You've got to try it to overcome it and, like, I did that today

0:18:33 > 0:18:37I'm really glad that Sin-Seer has got his lack of confidence in check

0:18:37 > 0:18:40because tonight I've arranged for the Chapters to play their first

0:18:46 > 0:18:50some of the professional musicians from the Symphony Orchestra.

0:18:50 > 0:18:55Yeah. What? Yeah, tonight. Oh, yeah.

0:18:55 > 0:18:58No, I just carry this around with me for fun when I go out.

0:18:58 > 0:19:00With less than a week to go

0:19:00 > 0:19:03at the Royal Albert Hall with

0:19:03 > 0:19:05it's the perfect opportunity

0:19:05 > 0:19:08and urban are coming together

0:19:08 > 0:19:11and how the Chapters cope with the pressure of a live gig.

0:19:11 > 0:19:13Tonight's probably going to be a rehearsal for the real thing

0:19:13 > 0:19:16but we've still got to get it right.

0:19:16 > 0:19:19Except, on the night there'll be 90 of you and 7,000 people there.

0:19:21 > 0:19:24While this is the Chapters'

0:19:27 > 0:19:30players that they were coming down

0:19:30 > 0:19:31from the Symphony Orchestra, I know

0:19:31 > 0:19:35they were like, "OK, we are going

0:19:38 > 0:19:41of the BBC Symphony Orchestra

0:19:41 > 0:19:44are used are used to playing in the world's finest concert halls

0:19:44 > 0:19:47so they're well and truly out of their comfort zone tonight, too.

0:19:52 > 0:19:56It's kind of like the polar opposite of any concert hall.

0:20:00 > 0:20:03The staging is minute down there. Yeah, it's very, very small.

0:20:18 > 0:20:29can't lie. I'm actually scared today.

0:20:29 > 0:20:32'whilst me and my production partner Pete Ibsen look on.'

0:20:45 > 0:20:48'an idea of whether my project is going to succeed or not.'

0:20:48 > 0:20:50# Here are seven chapters... #

0:20:50 > 0:20:53go hard or go home so if we can

0:20:53 > 0:20:57'win them around, we should be able

0:20:57 > 0:21:01# You'll never know the paths

0:21:04 > 0:21:07an underwhelming performance.

0:21:16 > 0:21:18What do you reckon? Do you reckon

0:21:24 > 0:21:27If they came offstage doing that at the Royal Albert Hall,

0:21:27 > 0:21:30they'll be disappointed. Yeah, I think they would be, too.

0:21:31 > 0:21:36How did you guys feel it went? It went good but that's as far as I go.

0:21:38 > 0:21:41I don't think it was the raps that was the issue, tonight.

0:21:42 > 0:21:45I think everyone was on point

0:21:45 > 0:21:48I'm just going to say it how it is.

0:21:48 > 0:21:51It was a bit messy in the chorus and it was partly because when the

0:21:51 > 0:21:55lead comes in, you guys still felt

0:21:58 > 0:22:02But that's only for that little part and then you guys take over

0:22:02 > 0:22:05so you have to learn - "Ah! I'm

0:22:05 > 0:22:09"Oh, I'm back on." That kind of

0:22:10 > 0:22:13Not everyone's got the whole tone and key thing on point. Yeah.

0:22:14 > 0:22:17at all through the monitors.

0:22:22 > 0:22:25'At the moment, the singers are competing with each other

0:22:25 > 0:22:27'and belting out their parts

0:22:27 > 0:22:30'But they need to think more like orchestral players, who know

0:22:42 > 0:22:50discovered her musical roots

0:22:50 > 0:23:13I joined the first gospel choir that I've ever joined in Jamaica.

0:23:13 > 0:23:16See, boy, I thought you knew. #

0:23:16 > 0:23:20ever connected with is classical.

0:23:20 > 0:23:26I think classical music is for rich, uptight people. It's boring.

0:23:30 > 0:23:31But I think Shev could learn

0:23:33 > 0:23:36which could really help not just her performance on the night

0:23:36 > 0:23:40a more versatile singer, too.

0:23:43 > 0:23:46Up until now, Shevelle's been

0:23:46 > 0:23:50sending her to see opera singer

0:23:50 > 0:23:52and experienced Prom performer

0:23:55 > 0:23:58she needs to nail it on the night.

0:24:06 > 0:24:09I'm really looking forward to

0:24:09 > 0:24:12I'm looking forward to hearing her sing something a bit more classical

0:24:12 > 0:24:15just to see how her voice sounds when she's singing more like that.

0:24:17 > 0:24:19The first thing Rebecca does is get Shevelle to warm up.

0:24:19 > 0:24:22Can you feel a stretch? Cool.

0:24:28 > 0:24:31Her classical techniques will help

0:24:31 > 0:24:32over her voice, which will, in turn,

0:24:32 > 0:24:35the other vocalists in the group.

0:24:42 > 0:24:46Did that feel like hard work? Or did your voice just keep climbing up?

0:24:48 > 0:24:51Oh, my God, you've got a massive range, a really even voice.

0:24:51 > 0:24:57I'm beginning to hate you already,

0:25:22 > 0:25:41Classical favourite Ave Maria is poles apart from Shevelle's

0:25:49 > 0:25:52Let nobody tell you that you can't sing classical music,

0:25:54 > 0:25:58It opens up a whole new way of doing things, you see. Yeah. Cool.

0:26:02 > 0:26:05And she was like, "Oh, you're hitting

0:26:05 > 0:26:08And I was like, "Is that me, yeah?

0:26:08 > 0:26:10to dawn on her that she's got

0:26:12 > 0:26:15and to be able to do all kinds

0:26:15 > 0:26:19isn't something that had perhaps occurred to her before today.

0:26:19 > 0:26:22'This has given me the confidence

0:26:22 > 0:26:26It's never really occurred to me, like, joining a classical choir but

0:26:26 > 0:26:32now, like, I might just have to jump on that, you know what I mean, like?

0:26:47 > 0:26:49first rehearsal with the full

0:26:49 > 0:26:52for the Urban Classic Prom.

0:26:55 > 0:26:57who are playing on the night

0:27:02 > 0:27:05'And I've asked the Chapters to listen in on my rehearsals

0:27:05 > 0:27:09'so they can get an idea of

0:27:27 > 0:27:32here, yeah? And Fazer's down there.

0:27:37 > 0:27:39'I'm so excited to see my band

0:28:27 > 0:28:30The Chapters have never rehearsed with in-ear monitors before

0:28:33 > 0:28:36# We're turning the page. #

0:28:40 > 0:28:44# Yeah, yeah, I'm used to being on my own when I didn't know no-one

0:28:44 > 0:28:46# I remember them times... #

0:28:57 > 0:29:01Thankfully, the group make it to the end of the performance.

0:29:12 > 0:29:15I mean, like, doing it with the orchestra is something different.

0:29:15 > 0:29:19Then having in-ear monitors - like, we're legit nowadays.

0:29:20 > 0:29:23pleased with the end result

0:29:25 > 0:29:27is still seriously concerned.

0:29:27 > 0:29:28'It was a bit of a mess, actually.'

0:29:33 > 0:29:37themselves and they shouldn't be.

0:29:37 > 0:29:41about Benji, who has the huge

0:29:41 > 0:29:44the opening bars of the track.

0:29:50 > 0:29:52I mean, I've just gone on camera

0:30:01 > 0:30:33I know in-ears and all that stuff is all new and stuff, so...

0:30:33 > 0:30:36Pete's constructive criticism is given for all the right reasons

0:30:36 > 0:30:39but, for Benji, the journey from singing in his home town

0:30:39 > 0:30:42to singing at the Royal Albert Hall

0:30:49 > 0:30:53which has not a lot going on. There's not really much of a music scene.

0:30:56 > 0:31:00from the rock 'n' roll lifestyle.

0:31:04 > 0:31:08'I go and visit the elderly in their homes and make their lunch,'

0:31:11 > 0:31:14'they have no-one visit them in the day apart from their carers.'

0:31:14 > 0:31:18It's just nice to be able to bring a smile to someone's day, I guess,

0:31:22 > 0:31:25When he's not caring for the elderly and those in need, Benji puts on

0:31:25 > 0:31:29his own nights in his hometown

0:31:29 > 0:31:32the only way to sort of get

0:31:32 > 0:31:35yourself out there is sometimes by putting on your own shows.

0:31:44 > 0:31:46classical music in one word,'

0:31:51 > 0:31:53'Living in, like, little towns like Calne, I haven't had much

0:31:56 > 0:31:58passionate about performing,

0:31:58 > 0:32:00his ambitions remain modest.

0:32:00 > 0:32:04'If I can sort of pay the rent

0:32:09 > 0:32:13are cool but in a few days' time,

0:32:13 > 0:32:16he'll be playing the Urban Classic Prom with Wretch 32, Laura Mvula

0:32:20 > 0:32:23So he needs to get used to the idea of playing on a bigger stage.

0:32:54 > 0:33:06a feel for what it's like to play to a packed Royal Albert Hall.

0:33:06 > 0:33:08on their classical journey,

0:33:08 > 0:33:11they will be experiencing a purely

0:33:11 > 0:33:14classical event without beats

0:33:16 > 0:33:19Tonight, I'm expecting, like, proper, like, surround sound.

0:33:19 > 0:33:24Do you get me? Like, beautiful music. Like, not no MP3 ting.

0:33:24 > 0:33:27Like, something legit, you get me?

0:33:27 > 0:33:29I don't even know what to expect.

0:33:33 > 0:33:37I really can't believe this. Like, oh, my days, this is amazing.

0:33:47 > 0:33:49MUSIC: Beethoven's Fifth Symphony

0:34:14 > 0:34:17It was amazing. It was epic,

0:34:17 > 0:34:19It definitely converted me.

0:34:19 > 0:34:21my own money to come hear it

0:34:21 > 0:34:24it takes you away to another place.

0:34:25 > 0:34:29If you go, like, to where I'm from and you tell people about classical

0:34:29 > 0:34:32music, they'll tell you to get out of here, basically, innit?

0:34:39 > 0:34:42Eventually, the length of some of the pieces it did get to

0:34:52 > 0:34:54But at least everyone stuck

0:35:33 > 0:35:38I've been converted. Give it

0:35:38 > 0:35:43some of the guys talk about classical music with such passion.

0:35:44 > 0:35:47But while most of the group

0:35:47 > 0:35:53Vic still remains a classical

0:35:55 > 0:36:00really click for me at times.

0:36:05 > 0:36:08and the sacrifices he's made to pursue his musical dream,

0:36:08 > 0:36:11would appreciate classical music.

0:36:15 > 0:36:18but I'm originally from Portsmouth.

0:36:18 > 0:36:22Music student Vic is trying to make it as a session musician.

0:36:22 > 0:36:25But the decision to make it in

0:36:25 > 0:36:28Vic was a high achiever at school.

0:36:37 > 0:36:39there has to be other options.

0:36:39 > 0:36:42about what's going to make me happy

0:36:42 > 0:36:45what's going to make me money.

0:36:45 > 0:36:48Finally, the pressure of making big life decisions so young

0:36:48 > 0:36:51led to Vic having a breakdown.

0:36:55 > 0:36:58I didn't even talk to anyone

0:36:58 > 0:37:01Vic's mum and dad were very

0:37:01 > 0:37:04as he figured out what he needed to do to make himself happy.

0:37:04 > 0:37:07At the time, they were worried

0:37:16 > 0:37:20leave school to try and make

0:37:20 > 0:37:22But not everyone understood.

0:37:24 > 0:37:27I think my mates at the time

0:37:27 > 0:37:31People are going off to have

0:37:42 > 0:37:54and I think I'm going to be happy

0:37:54 > 0:38:07but so far, I've still not managed to convert him to classical music.

0:38:07 > 0:38:11A lot of classical music that

0:38:14 > 0:38:16on the piece you're hearing,

0:38:16 > 0:38:19it's dependent on the interpreter

0:38:21 > 0:38:26They might play it like this. HE PLAYS A STRAIGHTFORWARD TUNE

0:38:39 > 0:38:43That's what it's all about for me. How have you got this good?

0:38:46 > 0:38:48Although I've sort of specialised

0:39:03 > 0:39:06is the influence of Spanish music

0:39:16 > 0:39:20Vic decides to give it a go.

0:39:45 > 0:39:49It is literally just twitching to get back up every time I move!

0:39:53 > 0:39:57it was way better than I expected.

0:40:20 > 0:40:29Something that I've somehow missed from classical music

0:40:39 > 0:40:41It's now Friday and it's the final rehearsal for the Chapters

0:40:41 > 0:40:43before the Urban Classic Prom.

0:40:46 > 0:40:49Any issues that they have inside,

0:40:49 > 0:40:50and they need to get over it.

0:41:06 > 0:41:09Our level was here and yet,

0:41:09 > 0:41:13Fair enough, everything was going on, but when it comes to things

0:41:13 > 0:41:15that shouldn't be a problem.

0:41:15 > 0:41:19Do you understand? The day before the show, innit? That's the thing.

0:41:19 > 0:41:22That's why it's called rehearsals,

0:41:22 > 0:41:24Because anything can happen,

0:41:24 > 0:41:28It's best for it to happen now than it happen on stage and we don't know.

0:41:28 > 0:41:31We had a group chat, really.

0:41:31 > 0:41:37I found that that was so much better because we didn't really feel we could speak to each other before.

0:41:37 > 0:41:40Now, we've got into that zone where we're comfortable and we can say,

0:41:40 > 0:41:43Or, you're stepping on my toes here.

0:41:43 > 0:41:47trying to fight for the top crown.

0:41:48 > 0:41:52One person trying to reach up

0:41:56 > 0:41:59We just need to blend together instead of trying to compete

0:41:59 > 0:42:01If we didn't have that talk today,

0:42:01 > 0:42:04I think we still would have been

0:42:11 > 0:42:12and now we're able to move on.

0:42:12 > 0:42:16It's really satisfying to see

0:42:16 > 0:42:30realising that they need to

0:43:04 > 0:43:09The pressure is on now. It's like the final hours now, really.

0:43:09 > 0:43:13This time tomorrow, the guys will be getting ready to go on stage.

0:43:26 > 0:43:28They all want to get it right.

0:43:35 > 0:43:38But will Pete think they've done

0:43:38 > 0:43:42Just remember what you've just done.

0:43:42 > 0:43:44Are they ready for tomorrow?

0:43:44 > 0:43:48I guess tomorrow will tell.

0:43:53 > 0:43:55the day of the Proms has arrived

0:43:55 > 0:43:58we've got here in one piece!

0:43:58 > 0:44:01The last couple of days have been

0:44:01 > 0:44:05really gruelling but amazing,

0:44:05 > 0:44:08I felt good after rehearsals

0:44:08 > 0:44:12I think the vibe is back. I think we're ready to go and do our thing.

0:44:15 > 0:44:22Today is the day. We've been preparing all these months, yeah?

0:44:29 > 0:44:33there are very personal reasons why this day means so much.

0:44:33 > 0:44:36Sin-Seer seems to finally have got his dad believing in him.

0:44:42 > 0:44:45shows I've had in Manchester,

0:44:45 > 0:45:10I know he's proud of me because he told me for the first time

0:45:22 > 0:45:26Since when does MY mic go under Laura Mvula's? That's happy times, right?

0:45:28 > 0:45:30The Chapters are getting excited.

0:45:30 > 0:45:36We're at the Royal Albert Hall, we're

0:45:36 > 0:45:39And so they should be because today these young musicians

0:45:39 > 0:45:42who previously knew nothing

0:45:42 > 0:45:46with the BBC Symphony Orchestra

0:45:46 > 0:45:50Showdown time, do you know what

0:46:23 > 0:46:26It's all leading up for this.

0:46:26 > 0:46:28Let's just go out there and kill it.

0:46:28 > 0:46:33opportunities don't come every day.

0:46:35 > 0:46:38it's time for my sound check.'

0:46:52 > 0:46:54so it's time for the 7 Chapters

0:46:54 > 0:46:57and take to the Royal Albert Hall stage for the very first time.

0:47:14 > 0:47:23Where I didn't know no-one...

0:47:59 > 0:48:04because we're going to have another chance to talk about it in a minute.

0:48:04 > 0:48:07If anyone needed some reassurance,

0:48:19 > 0:48:21It's actually going to be all right?

0:48:21 > 0:48:24By the end of it, it was working.

0:48:24 > 0:48:27You can hear it in your ears,
