:02:47. > :02:52.the universe, it is the Ood ladies and gentlemen. Look at these guys.

:03:18. > :03:21.Back stage we have a whole heap of Doctors, who are coming up for you

:03:22. > :03:30.later on. Very exciting. Plus a very special word from my Doctor, my own

:03:31. > :03:38.personal Doctor, Colin Baker. Could it -- Tom Baker.

:03:39. > :03:47.Could it get more exciting! ? The Day of the Doctor has been shown sim

:03:48. > :03:50.-- simultaneously in 75 countries. What did the audience make of it.

:03:51. > :03:56.All the companion, What did the audience make of it.

:03:57. > :04:01.Hello Jeanne, and also What did the audience make of it.

:04:02. > :04:04.Carol-Anne, you were in the first-ever episode 50 years ago. How

:04:05. > :04:08.recoginsable is the show today to the one you starred in? I don't

:04:09. > :04:14.think it bears any resemblance at all to what we were doing. How much

:04:15. > :04:19.did you enjoy the episode tonight? I enjoyed it, but I'm exhausted. It is

:04:20. > :04:24.a gruelling experience. William you played Ian Chesterton, you had great

:04:25. > :04:29.sword skills, how much did you enjoy it tonight? I did enjoy it, I was

:04:30. > :04:35.surprised I enjoyed it, I was astonished by it. Constantly

:04:36. > :04:39.thinking what is going to happen? What is going to happen? Perhaps

:04:40. > :04:43.this is the answer! Can I say it is wonderful to see you there, Rick is

:04:44. > :04:47.with more companions over there. Were you surprised that you enjoyed

:04:48. > :04:54.it, Caitlin, did you enjoy it? I did enjoy it. I was surprised! Good

:04:55. > :05:02.answer. Very good answer. Bernard did you enjoy it? I didn't actually

:05:03. > :05:07.see it I was next to Bonnie Langford who wouldn't let me watch it who

:05:08. > :05:13.said it was too much for me. I had a sneak preview and it was smashing.

:05:14. > :05:19.Bernard loved it. I love his jumper. This past week Doctor Who has been

:05:20. > :05:25.everywhere, like a Sycorax invasion, it has taken over the media. Have a

:05:26. > :05:28.look. What a start. I it is hard to

:05:29. > :05:33.believe it has been 50 years. What a start. I it is hard to

:05:34. > :05:39.The world's longest-running science fiction series celebrating as the

:05:40. > :05:44.half century. A special ceremony celebrating Doctor Who at Buckingham

:05:45. > :05:47.Palace leading up to the 50th anniversary episode on Saturday. It

:05:48. > :05:50.is all over the papers, images put on buildings in Sydney. If you have

:05:51. > :05:55.been paying attention you might have on buildings in Sydney. If you have

:05:56. > :06:03.seen some little TARDISes appearing on BBC shows. There is one in Holby

:06:04. > :06:09.City. Hiding under the desk in Football Focus, one in Casualty, and

:06:10. > :06:16.also in the Queen Vic. If you spotted all five you can have a

:06:17. > :06:22.cookie. I like the guy in Holby City looking like he knew it was there.

:06:23. > :06:28.We will have Matt Smith soon getting backstage gossip on the Doctors.

:06:29. > :06:34.Here is a star-studded array of fans sending their wishes. For the 50th

:06:35. > :06:44.anniversary, for one night only, the Doctor Who theme is the Hoonivers,

:06:45. > :06:48.he's number one. Happy 50th anniversary Doctor Who. We would

:06:49. > :06:52.like to say a very, very happy 50th anniversary for Doctor Who. I you're

:06:53. > :07:00.looking good for 50, I would like to know who the Doctor is, if you know

:07:01. > :07:04.what I mean. You have made my son eat celery. From all of us at BBC

:07:05. > :07:08.breakfast have a fantastic evening. 50 years that is twice as long as I

:07:09. > :07:14.have been alive. Happy 50th anniversary, have a wonderful

:07:15. > :07:18.evening, peace. Right now I'm in the social media zone with the dedicated

:07:19. > :07:22.fans to find out what they made of the blockbuster story. I will start

:07:23. > :07:29.with you Madame, what did you think, did it meet expectations? Amazing.

:07:30. > :07:36.Fantastic, lived up to the hype. I very exciting. Totally moving. A

:07:37. > :07:40.dirty movie! What was it like to see the references scattered in from

:07:41. > :07:44.previous episodes of Doctor Who? It was fantastic, I saw the first

:07:45. > :07:48.episode it stuck in my mind ever since. Do you think you will be

:07:49. > :07:50.rewatching it against this weekend? Probably when we get home. That is

:07:51. > :07:54.very, very keen. Probably when we get home. That is

:07:55. > :08:00.saying that Doctor Who Probably when we get home. That is

:08:01. > :08:04.how this guy is dressed, I don't mind it. This is what people are

:08:05. > :08:27.saying on Twitter, let's hope this works. It worked, I can't believe

:08:28. > :08:35.I think it was worth the wait. Don't forget you can join the

:08:36. > :08:40.Conservatives by using the hashtag. Not least about tonight's leading

:08:41. > :08:43.man who is with Zoe. He's not here yet, we are about to welcome him. As

:08:44. > :08:48.if we haven't had enough excitement this evening, we are about to crank

:08:49. > :08:53.things up all the way to 11, joining me now, live on the sofa, will you

:08:54. > :08:58.go mad please for the current Doctor, the man who has defeated the

:08:59. > :09:04.Dalek, rebooted the entire universe, and most impressively of all, made

:09:05. > :09:20.the bowtie look cool. Give it up please for Matt Smith!

:09:21. > :09:30.Have a seat. The fish fingers and custard are here if you need them.

:09:31. > :09:36.It is covered, the custard is cold. He genuinely likes that. The fish

:09:37. > :09:43.fingers seem a bit stale. Somebody will be flogged. You are bowties

:09:44. > :09:46.look cool and now a turtle neck? A polo neck, God knows, I don't know.

:09:47. > :09:56.I thought it was cold tonight. Double up! Congratulations, you have

:09:57. > :10:01.just watched the Day of the Doctor, millions have watched in

:10:02. > :10:05.countries? I was told 94. They told me the truth! How does it feel to be

:10:06. > :10:10.at the heart of something so epic? It is a privilege you know. Like all

:10:11. > :10:17.of us here who have been part of it, we are still going! You know I share

:10:18. > :10:22.it with all these people here. It is just, I feel very pleased and proud

:10:23. > :10:27.to be part of this legacy. You know, to have this whole fabric and

:10:28. > :10:32.identity behind me. Just seeing last night I watched a programme on BBC

:10:33. > :10:36.Three and seeing all the old companions and Peter regenerate,

:10:37. > :10:40.which was brilliant. Yeah, yeah, it is very proud. It is strange when

:10:41. > :10:44.you are faced with all the companion, I talked into the make-up

:10:45. > :10:49.room and it was like, my goodness, seeing them all was like reliving my

:10:50. > :10:58.childhood. An astonishing build-up to the episode, a positive Frenchcy.

:10:59. > :11:01.Who what is it like to be caught -- frenzy, what is it like to be caught

:11:02. > :11:05.up in that? We were at a French thing today and all the fans were

:11:06. > :11:10.there. 50 years, here we are, I'm going to have a gin and tonic now.

:11:11. > :11:15.Six I think! A momentous occasion for Doctor Who after 50 years, what

:11:16. > :11:19.did you first make of the script when Steven got in touch and said

:11:20. > :11:23.this is what I have planned? He told me it would be in 3-D and Dave would

:11:24. > :11:29.be back, I was really pleased about that. I'm great prentice with

:11:30. > :11:32.Billie, and we have John on board. John just needs to flash his eyes

:11:33. > :11:38.and the camera, there is me and David climbing the walls and kind of

:11:39. > :11:43.John will flick his eyes and the camera is immediately drawn to him.

:11:44. > :11:46.What is really clever about it is what he has managed to do is change

:11:47. > :11:51.the mythology of the character, which after 50 years an achievement.

:11:52. > :11:57.It is an incredible thing to do. We must talk stunts, at one

:11:58. > :12:01.It is an incredible thing to do. We hanging off the

:12:02. > :12:04.It is an incredible thing to do. We Trafalgar Square. Was that you? It

:12:05. > :12:09.was me, thank you very much, it was me. Because nowadays, with the red

:12:10. > :12:15.tape, it was different in your day you could do any stunt, I bet.

:12:16. > :12:19.Nowadays with the red tape we have, and I was like, no, I'm going up.

:12:20. > :12:24.That is the biggest crane they have ever had in Trafalgar Square, a

:12:25. > :12:31.useless fact, but one never the less. It will make it into the book.

:12:32. > :12:35.Let's talk about the Fez, you have a bowtie, do you have one at home? I

:12:36. > :12:40.have one Fez, I don't wear them in public. It hasn't been on screen

:12:41. > :12:44.that long. But I kind of love them. Fantastic. So exciting to see you,

:12:45. > :12:49.when you walked into the room earlier on we all went like wow. We

:12:50. > :13:01.will talk more with Matt, a round of applause for Matt Smith everybody. P

:13:02. > :13:05.. Tonight's episode saw the Doctor in Elizabethan England and modern

:13:06. > :13:09.day London, if you thought booking a plane ticket was complicated, wait

:13:10. > :13:18.until you see the tricky business of time travel. Hello sweetie! He may

:13:19. > :13:26.be a Time Lord, but the Doctor has a funny old relationship with time

:13:27. > :13:35.travel. I am travel is like a tear in the fabric of reality. Sometimes

:13:36. > :13:44.he's very good at it. Oh yes! The Globe Theatre. Other times, not so

:13:45. > :13:49.much. I 1979, hell of a year. Sometimes it is an excuse to meet

:13:50. > :14:01.his heros. Winston Churchill. Doctor. Other times it is an excuse

:14:02. > :14:04.to dress up. You going my way, doll! He has been back to the Big Bang. We

:14:05. > :14:10.are heading straight into the biggest explosion in history. He was

:14:11. > :14:20.there for the birth of the earth. And he saw its death. He often says

:14:21. > :14:26.you can't change history. You can't rewrite history, not one line. Other

:14:27. > :14:32.times he's the one meddling. Brilliant! You are a genius, a

:14:33. > :14:36.genius. But if other people try to mess with history. You are a time

:14:37. > :14:43.meddler, and what are you trying to get up to this time, hmm? Basically

:14:44. > :14:47.he makes it up as he goes along. Ahhhhh. He doesn't always know where

:14:48. > :14:52.he's going or when he's going, but you have to hand it to him, the

:14:53. > :14:59.Doctor is the ultimate time traveller. Happy birthday sweetie.

:15:00. > :15:05.Special thanks to the gorgeous Alex Kingston, one River I wouldn't dare

:15:06. > :15:11.cross. As we know the Doctor doesn't like travelling alone, we have

:15:12. > :15:19.dozens of former companions, not to mention the current shipmate, the

:15:20. > :15:22.irrepressible Clara. Please give a Gallifreyan welcome to Jenna

:15:23. > :15:44.Coleman, Steven Moffett and John Hurt. Squeeze up it is intimate

:15:45. > :15:48.round here. Hello, you look beautiful, absolutely stunning

:15:49. > :15:51.there. John, welcome to the show, wonderful, wonderful episode

:15:52. > :15:59.tonight. Did you ever think you would be playing such an iconic

:16:00. > :16:02.tonight. Did you ever think you what he wanted you

:16:03. > :16:06.first happened I thought it would be a bit of fun, frankly. And it turned

:16:07. > :16:11.out not to be so much fun as extremely hard work. But my eyes

:16:12. > :16:18.were opened, it was fantastic working with both the boys, you

:16:19. > :16:21.know, the boys. The lads! It was fabulous experience, it opened my

:16:22. > :16:27.eyes, and I was very, very thrilled that I did it. I think Nick has done

:16:28. > :16:32.a fantastic job with the film. You have now joined a very exclusive

:16:33. > :16:37.club, how does it feel to be a member? It does make me feel as

:16:38. > :16:45.though it is a very distinct club, very much so. Certainly of the

:16:46. > :17:00.Doctorate! ??FORCEDWHI Who was your Doctor? The one that I saw I saw

:17:01. > :17:07.most was Tom Baker. I used to see him in Soho, quite frequently, he

:17:08. > :17:10.was so full of enthusiasm for it. Very interesting seeing him the

:17:11. > :17:19.other day, he said everything after playing the Doctor was down hill.

:17:20. > :17:24.Don't listen to him! Jenna lucky you, three Doctor, did you have

:17:25. > :17:29.divided loyalties? I kind of felt like, you know I couldn't stare too

:17:30. > :17:34.long with one without coming back to Matt. Absolutely. You would have

:17:35. > :17:38.been most cross. I was just hyperby being around the three of them. I

:17:39. > :17:44.ended up fun girling a bit. Having three Doctors to play with. Goodness

:17:45. > :17:49.the mind boggles. Was there a personal highlight for you and a

:17:50. > :17:54.moment when you had to pinch yourself between the three? It was

:17:55. > :17:55.the first day, the shot where we go to the black archive,

:17:56. > :18:01.the first day, the shot where we go to look at me, it was one of

:18:02. > :18:03.the first day, the shot where we go first scenes, every time they did

:18:04. > :18:07.it, it took that moment before I could laugh. The iconic image of the

:18:08. > :18:13.three of them was so great. You are standing here amongst a

:18:14. > :18:16.record-breaking amount of Doctor's companions in one space. You are

:18:17. > :18:21.part of that gang, does it feel quite special to be one of them?

:18:22. > :18:25.Absolutely so special. We have been saying this all week to be here, on

:18:26. > :18:31.the show, and kind of being able to celebrate the last 50 years and be

:18:32. > :18:34.part of this enormous unique thing is beyond. You are part of a gang

:18:35. > :18:39.aren't you? Totally, it is like a club. It is a club. A very special

:18:40. > :18:43.club. Steven can I say on behalf of all the fans, by the way, and there

:18:44. > :18:49.is a fan in myself, thank you for such an incredible episode tonight.

:18:50. > :18:57.I think we should have round of applause, thank you. Where did you

:18:58. > :19:02.even start? Obviously the one thing I knew is they all had to turn up in

:19:03. > :19:08.it, and I had to lie about that. That's been exhausting for a very

:19:09. > :19:12.long while. I knew that I wanted to make it about the time war and that

:19:13. > :19:18.16-year gap to mean something. It was so exciting I think at the end

:19:19. > :19:23.of the Name of the Doctor that you discovered it was off air when

:19:24. > :19:30.Michael Greg axed him. There was a whole other Doctor we got cheated

:19:31. > :19:36.out of, we could have had the John Hurt Doctor of the 1990s. It was

:19:37. > :19:40.great to get, to have that extra Doctor to plug him in, and to get

:19:41. > :19:45.John Hurt to play it is just so exciting. We couldn't quite believe

:19:46. > :19:48.that. What do you think, you are a life-long fan, what do you think the

:19:49. > :19:51.ten-year-old Steven Moffett would say to you now, having just seen

:19:52. > :19:54.what you have achieved? I sometimes think the ten-year-old Steven

:19:55. > :19:55.Moffett would say to me are you never going to watch anything else?

:19:56. > :20:02.I thought I would grow up at some never going to watch anything else?

:20:03. > :20:05.point! But I think look you are talking to the ten-year-old Steven

:20:06. > :20:11.Moffett, there hasn't been any progress since then. I love Doctor

:20:12. > :20:15.Who to bits as anyone can tell. So exciting to see Peter Capaldi,

:20:16. > :20:19.possibly in there tonight, and Tom Baker, unfortunately couldn't be

:20:20. > :20:24.with us this evening, but Rick caught up with him earlier for a

:20:25. > :20:29.brief chat about his time at the controls. P are you? I'm radient.

:20:30. > :20:34.You are radient. I have to start by talking about the big reveal, you

:20:35. > :20:39.are the surprise in the Day of the Doctor special episode. I never

:20:40. > :20:44.forget a face. I know you don't. How does it feel to be back in Doctor

:20:45. > :20:50.Who? Some of the fans who just watch television don't necessarily listen

:20:51. > :20:55.to audio adventure, but I'm still Doctor Who. If I were you... Without

:20:56. > :20:58.having to run about or doing something very dangerous. When the

:20:59. > :21:05.producers approached you about being in the special episode, was it an

:21:06. > :21:09.easy decision to say yes? Are they using something of mine in the

:21:10. > :21:18.special. Have you not seen it? They have old footage or something. Let

:21:19. > :21:23.me say this, "the curator". I once had a fling with a girl who was a

:21:24. > :21:29.curator at the British Library. Perhaps I was you, of course,

:21:30. > :21:35.perhaps you are me! How would you sum up 50 years of Doctor Who? It

:21:36. > :21:39.has been my entire existence, so I'm delighted to celebrate it. Have you

:21:40. > :21:44.any message to give to the fans and the viewers? They give me the credit

:21:45. > :21:50.for making Saturday more fun than it really was, you know. Inbetween the

:21:51. > :21:54.football and Basil Brush and Bruce Forsyth. I was up there with the

:21:55. > :22:01.legends and I'm grateful. It was the happiest time of my

:22:02. > :22:01.legends and I'm grateful. It was the give it up for Tom Baker, what a

:22:02. > :22:07.legends and I'm grateful. It was the legend. Such a legend. We have had

:22:08. > :22:12.lots of people in here getting in touch with the show from Twitter.

:22:13. > :22:17.Some questions. Matt did you get to seen the sonic screwdriver, from

:22:18. > :22:22.Robert? I did, in a lovely hand-carved box. That is the real

:22:23. > :22:28.one, I have one there, show us the action? That is a real one. It is so

:22:29. > :22:33.weighty! Yeah. Do you share any personality traits with the Doctor?

:22:34. > :22:39.No, he's far more interesting than I am, I'm afraid. If anything

:22:40. > :22:42.clumsiness! ??FORCEDWHI You're nodding there. Steven what is the

:22:43. > :22:50.best thing that happened on set during the filming of the 50th

:22:51. > :22:55.episode from Doctor Who? John Hurt! And the first time he spoke I think.

:22:56. > :23:01.Something very exciting for us all, and fingers crossed this is going to

:23:02. > :23:04.go well, one particular group of fans have been watching in Los

:23:05. > :23:08.Angeles, they are joining on the 23rd of November to celebrate a

:48:28. > :48:32.speak the language? Every language, allonz-y! I'm the Doctor, do

:48:33. > :48:40.everything I tell you, don't ask stupid questions, and don't wander

:48:41. > :48:44.off! In all honesty Doctor Who wouldn't be where it is today, a

:48:45. > :48:49.worldwide phenomenon with millions of dedicated fans if it wasn't for

:48:50. > :48:57.the 11 actors who carried us to this moment. We are delighted to have

:48:58. > :49:16.three of them with us, Doctors from 1981-1989, please welcome Sylvester

:49:17. > :49:22.McCoy, Jon Pertwee and Colin Baker. Hello, lovely to see you. This is

:49:23. > :49:26.great, you are my Doctors, you are my Doctors, I'm so excited. What is

:49:27. > :49:31.it that makes the Doctor different from all of the other sci-fi heros?

:49:32. > :49:35.Well he's a peculiarly British, I suppose, sci-fi superhero. He

:49:36. > :49:41.doesn't wear his underpants on the outside of his trousers. That is a

:49:42. > :49:46.good point. He can regenerate, hence you can get so many of us. It is so

:49:47. > :49:50.fantastic to have the three of you on the sofa together, celebrating 50

:49:51. > :49:55.years. A marvellous day today. It is a role that lives on forever, how

:49:56. > :50:00.does it feel to be part of such a legacy? You don't think about it. We

:50:01. > :50:02.just turn up. And say the words, I will get

:50:03. > :50:03.just turn up. And say the words, I didn't really strike

:50:04. > :50:07.just turn up. And say the words, I stumps, and I always thought you

:50:08. > :50:11.just turn up. And say the words, I to be dead to be put on stamps. I

:50:12. > :50:15.was happy you didn't. You just have to be regenerated. There were people

:50:16. > :50:22.all over the world licking the back of our heads and stamping our faces.

:50:23. > :50:25.It was fun. There is 12 actors that play Doctor Who, there will be 13,

:50:26. > :50:29.we saw a sneak peek in the episode. It is an elite group, what is the

:50:30. > :50:36.best thing about being able to say, "I was the Doctor". Having been him?

:50:37. > :50:45.It is just great, we still have, you know, as Tom said in his speech, we

:50:46. > :50:50.are still making big finish Doctor Who stories. It is the

:50:51. > :51:00.longest-lasting job in the acting world, I'm Doctor five, Doctor Six.

:51:01. > :51:04.And the audios we make we are still the same, the girls are gorgeous and

:51:05. > :51:08.the monsters scary, we sound great. Do you have a favourite moment that

:51:09. > :51:12.you think back and think of a joyous moment that you occasionally think

:51:13. > :51:17.about and chortle to yourself about playing the Doctor? There are so

:51:18. > :51:21.many of them really. Because it is so great, because you are playing a

:51:22. > :51:24.childhood hero. In my case I was playing my childhood hero. I was

:51:25. > :51:29.saving the universe every week. Every week was fantastic for me. And

:51:30. > :51:36.meeting your first Dalek is always good, or your first Cyberman. You

:51:37. > :51:44.never forget that moment! Being in the tarred -- TARDIS with your

:51:45. > :51:51.companion, that is great. They are all here tonight. The beautiful

:51:52. > :51:57.array. Accepting yourselves, who was your

:51:58. > :52:00.favourite dock? Patrick Troughton was mine. Why particularly? Because

:52:01. > :52:08.I was mine. Why particularly? Because

:52:09. > :52:15.another Doctor other than William Hartnell I found s very, very

:52:16. > :52:18.disturbing, I remember sitting down and watching Patrick's first

:52:19. > :52:21.episode, he had a difficult job, it was the first regeneration, and I

:52:22. > :52:25.was won over by the end of the series by this extraordinary

:52:26. > :52:30.character he came up with. He had a big job to do that and take over, he

:52:31. > :52:33.set it up for everybody else to be able to do that. What was your

:52:34. > :52:40.favourite? Without Patrick we wouldn't be here, but Capaldi is my

:52:41. > :52:43.favourite, we haven't seen him's the current Doctor but there you go. The

:52:44. > :52:47.three of you have been involved in quite a special little project that

:52:48. > :52:53.is your Baby Peter, tell us about it, I saw it last night, it is

:52:54. > :52:57.hilarious? With extraordinary foresight I realised with the

:52:58. > :53:01.parting of years it might be a problem having us in the 50th

:53:02. > :53:04.anniversary special as the Doctors. I was asked a question at the

:53:05. > :53:09.convention last year, it was, will you be in the 50th, I rather

:53:10. > :53:14.foolishly said if we're not I will jolly well go and make my own. A

:53:15. > :53:19.germ of an idea started in my head, I talked to Colin and Sylvester and

:53:20. > :53:24.they threw themselves in with amazing gusto, we asked a very many

:53:25. > :53:28.people, and including most of the people here, and they all took part

:53:29. > :53:36.and they were fantastic. We only had one refusal, I will leave you to

:53:37. > :53:40.guess who that is. We have a little clip, the chemistry between you is

:53:41. > :53:47.amazing. I don't suppose Steven is there, is he? Please hold. I Yes. I

:53:48. > :53:54.have another one on the phone. Which one? Number five, I think. Tell him

:53:55. > :53:58.I'm in a meeting and put him through to voicemail. Now then, where were

:53:59. > :54:25.we? Yes Steven? Make sure we are disturbed for the rest of the day.

:54:26. > :54:30.We? It is hill Lear arcs I watched -- hill laterous I watched it last

:54:31. > :54:34.night. No birthday party would be complete without a slice of cake, we

:54:35. > :54:44.have one here made by the winners. Look at the size of that. 2013

:54:45. > :54:47.Oodish Bake Off winners made that. Let's join the cream of British

:54:48. > :54:53.television as we slice through the best bits of 50 years of Doctor Who.

:54:54. > :55:00.Have you ever thought what it is like to be wanders in the fourth

:55:01. > :55:04.dimension. I'm not a human being, I'm a Time Lord, I talk an eternity.

:55:05. > :55:08.Our lives are different to anybody else's. Would it be unreasonable to

:55:09. > :55:20.ask you to let us have a look inside. Take a look. There we are.

:55:21. > :55:27.Well? What do you think? You are deliberately choosing to go on the

:55:28. > :55:37.run from your own people in a rackety old TARDIS. Why not, that is

:55:38. > :55:42.how it all started. 0 so all of Time and space, where do you want to

:55:43. > :55:46.start. Hello there. Doctor you are being childish? Of course I am,

:55:47. > :55:50.there is no point in being grown-up if you can't be childish sometimes.

:55:51. > :55:54.The ground beneath our feet is spinning at 1,000 miles an hour and

:55:55. > :56:01.I can feel it. You were never alone. All those bright and shining

:56:02. > :56:08.companions. Till we meet again Sarah. Don't go too far away, will

:56:09. > :56:20.you, if you do come back and see us some time. The Doctor, in the

:56:21. > :56:26.TARDIS, next stop, everywhere. There are sors of the universe which have

:56:27. > :56:30.bred the most terrible things, they must be fought. The man who keeps

:56:31. > :56:38.running never looking back because he dare not out of shame. Don't turn

:56:39. > :56:51.your back, don't look away, don't blink. There is something you better

:56:52. > :57:01.understand about me... I'm definitely a mad man with a box.

:57:02. > :57:03.Courage isn't just a matter of not being frightened, it is being afraid

:57:04. > :57:17.and doing what you have to do any way. He has saved your lives so many

:57:18. > :57:21.times and you never even knew he was there. It all started out as a mild

:57:22. > :57:25.curiosity in a junkyard, now it has turned out to be quite a great

:57:26. > :57:32.spirit of adventure, don't you think? That is why we all love

:57:33. > :57:36.Doctor Who, 50 years of terrific entertainment and the promise of

:57:37. > :57:43.much, much more to come, the Doctors, please join together. That

:57:44. > :57:53.is a sharp knife, cut the cake! Geronimo! And there is about, I

:57:54. > :57:57.don't know, maybe 100 slices. It seems to have stopped. Keep going

:57:58. > :58:01.down, if you need a companion to help there is loads available. It is

:58:02. > :58:05.time to sing happy birthday, all together now.

:58:06. > :58:13.# Happy birthday to you # Happy birthday to you

:58:14. > :58:30.# Happy birthday # Dear Doctor
