0:11:17 > 0:11:21- It's an important part - of her identity...

0:11:21 > 0:11:25- ..so I felt it was important - for me to learn the language too.

0:11:27 > 0:11:32- I started with the Wlpan course - at Cardiff University.

0:11:32 > 0:11:34- Then I thought, "It's fun."

0:11:34 > 0:11:38- So I did the next course - and the one the year after.

0:11:38 > 0:11:41- I spent five years learning Welsh.

0:11:41 > 0:11:44- After that, I felt I was OK.

0:11:44 > 0:11:46- I could speak Welsh to the kids.

0:11:46 > 0:11:51- Their Welsh improved - and they helped me to learn more.

0:12:05 > 0:12:09- ..I've understood it's important - to spend more time with family.

0:12:24 > 0:12:28- My son is ill with OCD.

0:12:28 > 0:12:32- It's important to me - to spend more time with him.

0:12:33 > 0:12:35- OCD is awful.

0:12:35 > 0:12:36- It's like a bully.

0:12:37 > 0:12:42- He has thoughts which go round and - round and he can't get rid of them.

0:12:43 > 0:12:49- He couldn't do basic things - like brush his teeth and write.

0:12:49 > 0:12:51- He had to stay home.

0:12:52 > 0:12:55- He's 14, - so it's really affecting him...

0:12:55 > 0:13:00- ..when it's very important to be at - school learning and seeing friends.

0:13:00 > 0:13:04- We're learning to live with it - but it's hard.

0:13:05 > 0:13:08- It drags everyone in the family - in too.

0:13:08 > 0:13:10- It causes everyone stress.

0:13:11 > 0:13:14- It makes us argue with each other - but then we think...

0:13:15 > 0:13:17- .."Actually, it's the OCD."

0:13:17 > 0:13:22- But the OCD uses Reuben to make - thinks difficult within the family.

0:13:22 > 0:13:25- He's undergoing treatment - but it's a mental illness.

0:13:26 > 0:13:31- It's a problem that's in Reuben's - head that he'll deal with, I think.

0:13:31 > 0:13:35- We're doing everything - we can to help him deal with it.

0:13:38 > 0:13:41- If you looked for - a silver lining, a small one...

0:13:41 > 0:13:44- ..it's made him a lot more open.

0:13:44 > 0:13:47- He talks a lot more - about his feelings...

0:13:48 > 0:13:51- ..what he wants to do, - what he has done...

0:13:52 > 0:13:55- ..and how he deals with the OCD.

0:13:55 > 0:14:00- I'm very proud - of how he's dealt with it.

0:14:00 > 0:14:03- He still has a lot of work to do. - A lot of work.

0:14:03 > 0:14:06- He may have to work at it - throughout his life.

0:14:06 > 0:14:11- But, I'm very proud that he's trying - to fight the bully in his head.

0:14:21 > 0:14:25- I ran the London Marathon - for two charities...

0:14:25 > 0:14:30- ..Young Minds and Heads Together, - because they helped us with Reuben.

0:14:31 > 0:14:34- Heads Together - is a royal charity...

0:14:35 > 0:14:38- ..so I met Prince Harry, - Prince William and Kate.

0:14:38 > 0:14:43- They're really good - they help - to raise money and awareness...

0:14:44 > 0:14:46- ..for mental health charities.

0:14:47 > 0:14:50- They do a lot of important work.

0:14:54 > 0:14:59- The London Marathon is fantastic. - The atmosphere's amazing.

0:15:00 > 0:15:02- A lot of people - are there supporting you.

0:15:03 > 0:15:05- There are thousands of runners...

0:15:06 > 0:15:10- ..raising money and awareness - for charities.

0:15:10 > 0:15:15- It makes you feel good about people - running the London Marathon.

0:15:27 > 0:15:31- I've had a chance to run and - keep fit, which is important to me.
