0:07:48 > 0:07:51and just edging out his wife Helen there.

0:07:55 > 0:07:58but she is stuck like a stick that's stuck somewhere sticky.

0:08:18 > 0:08:20I don't know what's worse - the mess she's made of this race,

0:08:24 > 0:08:26This is great stuff.

0:08:26 > 0:08:28She's last, but she's celebrating anyway,

0:08:59 > 0:09:03by the looks of things. I am saying nothing about my choice in women.

0:09:03 > 0:09:05Garry, I'm afraid that means

0:09:23 > 0:09:26and, yeah, I am really blooming proud of myself,

0:09:26 > 0:09:30although I feel really bad for whoever put their faith in me.

0:09:30 > 0:09:32But, then again, I look at the line-up and think, well,

0:09:36 > 0:09:38APPLAUSE

0:12:26 > 0:12:31OK. Well, I mean, Wendy, this whole hanging back,

0:12:31 > 0:12:33letting the rest of the guys do the heavy lifting...

0:12:33 > 0:12:36- Yeah, it works.- It worked in the first round, didn't it?- Yeah.

0:12:36 > 0:12:38Steve is all yours.

0:12:38 > 0:12:40So let's find out who picked a winner,

0:12:40 > 0:12:41and who picked a donut?

0:12:41 > 0:12:43Here it is.

0:12:43 > 0:12:46Race two, The Donuts.

0:12:46 > 0:12:48Charles, calm and serene.

0:12:48 > 0:12:51Helen, a vision in green.

0:12:51 > 0:12:53Steve, causing a scene.

0:12:53 > 0:12:56And Yasmin. Yas-queen.

0:12:56 > 0:12:58HOOTER

0:12:58 > 0:13:00And they're off.

0:13:00 > 0:13:01It's an amazing start from Helen,

0:13:01 > 0:13:04but Charles is off, and Yasmin's gone, too.

0:13:04 > 0:13:05And they are all lying down.

0:13:05 > 0:13:07Let's see that again. Yasmin straight in.

0:13:07 > 0:13:09Actor Charles gets a right soaking.

0:13:09 > 0:13:12But Helen and Steve are still going.

0:13:12 > 0:13:15They must practise a lot of this in the Backshall-Glover household.

0:13:15 > 0:13:18And, if anything, that just adds to the needle of the whole affair.

0:13:18 > 0:13:21Charles now, back for more

0:13:21 > 0:13:23like a sort of slippery modern-day Oliver Twist,

0:13:23 > 0:13:26but he has been overtaken by Yasmin.

0:13:26 > 0:13:29And, oh, no, Charles takes another dunking off The Donuts.

0:13:29 > 0:13:31And Yasmin, too, sadly.

0:13:31 > 0:13:34That's a second soaking, that, for Charles.

0:13:34 > 0:13:36I wonder if Yasmin is enjoying herself.

0:13:36 > 0:13:38Well, it is hard to tell, isn't it, from that face?

0:13:38 > 0:13:41Really difficult to read.

0:13:41 > 0:13:42But Helen is way ahead.

0:13:42 > 0:13:44For a woman who spends her life in water,

0:13:44 > 0:13:46she didn't waste any time getting out of there.

0:13:46 > 0:13:48And it is a case of Glover and out.

0:13:48 > 0:13:50She takes the victory.

0:13:50 > 0:13:55One final pull from husband Steve, he is going to take second place.

0:13:55 > 0:13:58You know who is doing the dishes in their house tonight.

0:13:58 > 0:14:02It is evenly matched, though, in the big one between Charles and Yasmin.

0:14:02 > 0:14:03Has Charles got the edge?

0:14:03 > 0:14:05Oh, no, he is off.

0:14:05 > 0:14:08Yasmin might just take this, you know.

0:14:08 > 0:14:09Here she goes.

0:14:09 > 0:14:13These two are battling it out for third place, remember.

0:14:13 > 0:14:16Yasmin has the advantage here.

0:14:16 > 0:14:17Charles is back on.

0:14:19 > 0:14:22She is going. She is going, but, no.

0:14:22 > 0:14:23She salvages it.

0:14:23 > 0:14:26Can Charles take advantage of the wobble, though?

0:14:26 > 0:14:28I'm not sure he can.

0:14:28 > 0:14:30Because Yasmin's got a great new technique,

0:14:30 > 0:14:32like some sort of crazed dolphin.

0:14:32 > 0:14:35She's loving that. No wonder it's called The Donuts.

0:14:35 > 0:14:36Charles is in a right jam now.

0:14:36 > 0:14:39Yasmin is up and out, she takes third.

0:14:39 > 0:14:41Leaving Charles defeated.

0:14:43 > 0:14:47Look at him there, the noble man beaten by donuts.

0:14:47 > 0:14:49APPLAUSE

0:14:52 > 0:14:55The face of frustration on Charles Venn.

0:14:55 > 0:14:58Man, Annette, you are right,

0:14:58 > 0:15:01our intelligent double gold medal-winning Helen Glover...

0:15:01 > 0:15:03I told you. What did I say? I told you.

0:15:03 > 0:15:05- You told us.- That's my girl.- That's your girl.

0:15:05 > 0:15:07Hey, she has done fantastically well.

0:15:07 > 0:15:09- Wendy...- Yes?

0:15:09 > 0:15:11I mean, isn't she just playing the perfect game?

0:15:11 > 0:15:12Oh, of course.

0:15:12 > 0:15:14Azita.

0:15:14 > 0:15:17The sad news is, Azita, we're going to have to say goodbye to you.

0:15:17 > 0:15:19Thank you very much for having me, though.

0:15:19 > 0:15:21Thank you for playing. Keep smiling, won't you, Azita?

0:15:21 > 0:15:23- Thank you.- What a wonderful player.

0:15:23 > 0:15:24APPLAUSE

0:15:24 > 0:15:28And we are also going to have to say goodbye to Charles Venn.

0:15:28 > 0:15:31All in the name of fun. It's beautiful.

0:15:31 > 0:15:33I will see you all in the last race.

0:15:33 > 0:15:34I say no more than that.

0:15:34 > 0:15:36APPLAUSE

0:15:36 > 0:15:39Now, all of our celebrities have given up their time for one reason,

0:15:39 > 0:15:42and that is to raise money for Sport Relief.

0:15:42 > 0:15:44One of our celebrities, Stacey Solomon,

0:15:44 > 0:15:49has been to see for herself just how important your donations can be.

0:15:49 > 0:15:53I recently found out that a staggering one in ten women

0:15:53 > 0:15:55experience mental health issues during pregnancy

0:15:55 > 0:15:57or after having a baby.

0:15:57 > 0:16:03But what I found even more scary is that only half of us seek help.

0:16:03 > 0:16:05I'm meeting 25-year-old Zoe,

0:16:05 > 0:16:08a mum who sadly experienced postnatal depression herself.

0:16:08 > 0:16:11Talk me through your relationship with postnatal depression.

0:16:11 > 0:16:14So I had postnatal with my first.

0:16:14 > 0:16:18Because I was young, and I felt like I didn't know what to do.

0:16:18 > 0:16:20How old were you?

0:16:20 > 0:16:24I was 19 when I had her and I remember just sitting and crying.

0:16:24 > 0:16:26And I was looking at all the other mums on the ward,

0:16:26 > 0:16:28and they were just being like proper mums and I was like,

0:16:28 > 0:16:30"Why can't I do that right?

0:16:30 > 0:16:31"I'm not doing it right."

0:16:31 > 0:16:33And I just sat and spent the whole night just staring at her.

0:16:33 > 0:16:36I remember when I had my first,

0:16:36 > 0:16:41there were points when I didn't want my baby near me.

0:16:41 > 0:16:43I genuinely... I just didn't want to see him,

0:16:43 > 0:16:46I didn't want to hear him cry, I didn't know what I was doing.

0:16:46 > 0:16:48So it came to like my six-week check,

0:16:48 > 0:16:50and I went to the doctors and I was like,

0:16:50 > 0:16:52"I just feel like she hates me and I can't do it right.

0:16:52 > 0:16:53"She cries all the time."

0:16:53 > 0:16:55And she was like, "You've got postnatal."

0:16:55 > 0:16:59What do you think, for you, was your lowest point, when you realised,

0:16:59 > 0:17:01"I really need help at this point"?

0:17:01 > 0:17:04It was during the night when I would just sit crying.

0:17:04 > 0:17:06And I literally just would sit there and just hold her and be like,

0:17:06 > 0:17:08"I can't do it.

0:17:08 > 0:17:09"You need to take her."

0:17:09 > 0:17:12To the point where my mum had to take my baby away from me.

0:17:12 > 0:17:15I think that was the worst feeling.

0:17:15 > 0:17:17This is something that so many women go through,

0:17:17 > 0:17:20and something that is so important.

0:17:20 > 0:17:22The more you speak about it,

0:17:22 > 0:17:24the more you kind of come to terms with the fact

0:17:24 > 0:17:26that it can happen to anyone

0:17:26 > 0:17:28and it doesn't make you a bad person,

0:17:28 > 0:17:30and especially doesn't make you a bad mum.

0:17:32 > 0:17:35But your money is doing wonderful things.

0:17:35 > 0:17:38Because local to Zoe is a project using Sport Relief money

0:17:38 > 0:17:41to reach out to women with postnatal depression.

0:17:41 > 0:17:43This is a real specialist group

0:17:43 > 0:17:46because there aren't any groups like this for miles.

0:17:46 > 0:17:49So please, please, please, give whatever you can.

0:17:49 > 0:17:51You can really make a huge difference

0:17:51 > 0:17:54to help women overcome this awful illness.

0:17:54 > 0:17:58Just £10 can pay for a mum like Zoe to attend a group therapy session,

0:17:58 > 0:18:02ensuring she gets the vital support she so desperately needs.

0:18:10 > 0:18:12Thank you.

0:18:14 > 0:18:16Money raised through Sport Relief

0:18:16 > 0:18:18could help projects like this one all over the UK,

0:18:18 > 0:18:21providing crucial support to mums just like Zoe.

0:18:21 > 0:18:23So please give whatever you can tonight,

0:18:23 > 0:18:25it really will make a difference.

0:18:25 > 0:18:27If you want to donate...

0:18:36 > 0:18:37It is that simple.

0:18:37 > 0:18:39Texts will cost your donation,

0:18:39 > 0:18:40plus your standard network message charge.

0:18:40 > 0:18:43100% of your donation will go to Sport Relief.

0:18:43 > 0:18:47You must be 16 or over, and please ask the bill payer's permission.

0:18:47 > 0:18:51For full terms and more information, go to bbc.co.uk/sportrelief.

0:18:51 > 0:18:54Anything you can spare will make a big difference.

0:18:54 > 0:18:58Right, we are at the halfway point, and still in the game are Annette,

0:18:58 > 0:19:00Liam, and Wendy,

0:19:00 > 0:19:02all hoping to be crowned tonight's champion.

0:19:02 > 0:19:07And their fate lies in the hands of our three remaining celebrities,

0:19:07 > 0:19:10Helen Glover, Steve Backshall and Yasmin Evans.

0:19:10 > 0:19:13Time to find out what the next race is.

0:19:13 > 0:19:17So we've tested their bodies, now we're going to test their brains.

0:19:19 > 0:19:21Race three is the Balancing Act.

0:19:21 > 0:19:24This is a real test of hand-eye coordination

0:19:24 > 0:19:27as celebrities must transport a ball

0:19:27 > 0:19:29to the finish line through five plastic tubes.

0:19:29 > 0:19:30Drop the ball at any point,

0:19:30 > 0:19:33and they'll have to go back to the start to begin again.

0:19:33 > 0:19:35Once the ball's been passed through one tube to the next,

0:19:35 > 0:19:38they must replace the first tube in its holder.

0:19:38 > 0:19:41This race takes coordination, balance and a steady hand.

0:19:41 > 0:19:44The first person to carefully roll their ball

0:19:44 > 0:19:45into the finishing bowl wins.

0:19:45 > 0:19:48Who are you behind in the Balancing Act?

0:19:48 > 0:19:51OK, this is an altogether different kind of challenge.

0:19:51 > 0:19:53Who will have the steadiest hand?

0:19:53 > 0:19:56And who is going to crumble under the pressure?

0:19:56 > 0:19:57Here's your first question.

0:19:57 > 0:20:01These films are all based on books by which author?

0:20:03 > 0:20:05BUZZER

0:20:05 > 0:20:06Annette?

0:20:06 > 0:20:08Charles Dickens.

0:20:08 > 0:20:10Is the right answer.

0:20:10 > 0:20:11Annette. We got there.

0:20:11 > 0:20:13We got there eventually.

0:20:13 > 0:20:14Great Expectations,

0:20:14 > 0:20:16The Muppet Christmas Carol and Oliver.

0:20:16 > 0:20:17Well done, Annette.

0:20:17 > 0:20:19So you've got first pick.

0:20:19 > 0:20:21Who is it going to be?

0:20:21 > 0:20:24Well, I think I'm going to stick with Helen.

0:20:24 > 0:20:30I think Helen needs good hands and strength to move those oars.

0:20:30 > 0:20:32- Yes, yes.- It could come in handy now.

0:20:32 > 0:20:36OK, Helen Glover, once again, is all yours, Annette.

0:20:36 > 0:20:39Liam and Wendy, it's a re-run of round two.

0:20:39 > 0:20:40Here is your question.

0:20:40 > 0:20:43These have all hosted which game show?

0:20:45 > 0:20:46BUZZER

0:20:46 > 0:20:48Liam.

0:20:48 > 0:20:49The Crystal Maze.

0:20:49 > 0:20:50Is the correct answer.

0:20:50 > 0:20:52Well done, Liam.

0:20:52 > 0:20:56Ed Tudor-Pole. Richard Ayoade and Richard O'Brien.

0:20:56 > 0:20:58So, Liam,

0:20:58 > 0:21:02two celebrities remaining to take on our Balancing Act.

0:21:02 > 0:21:05Is it Steve or is it Yasmin who's got the measure of this?

0:21:05 > 0:21:09I wanted Helen, but I guess I will go with Yasmin again.

0:21:09 > 0:21:12- You're going to go with Yasmin? - Yeah.

0:21:12 > 0:21:14OK, Yasmin Evans is all yours, Liam.

0:21:14 > 0:21:20- Wendy...- Yes?- You have our last remaining celebrity once again,

0:21:20 > 0:21:22Steve Backshall is yours.

0:21:22 > 0:21:24- What have you got to say?- Get in.

0:21:24 > 0:21:27- OK. Get in, Wendy. - I would have picked him.- We'll see.

0:21:27 > 0:21:29- All right.- He deals with deadly animals,

0:21:29 > 0:21:31so he's got to have a steady hand.

0:21:31 > 0:21:32Very good thinking.

0:21:32 > 0:21:34So, guys, watch closely,

0:21:34 > 0:21:37because this game is quite literally in the balance.

0:21:37 > 0:21:39Here we go.

0:21:39 > 0:21:41Race three, the Balancing Act.

0:21:41 > 0:21:44Helen Glover, ready for a ding-dong.

0:21:44 > 0:21:47Steve Backshall, auditioning for King Kong.

0:21:47 > 0:21:49DJ Yasmin Evans loves a good singsong.

0:21:49 > 0:21:51HOOTER

0:21:51 > 0:21:52It is bing-bong, and they are off.

0:21:52 > 0:21:56Who will be victorious in the battle of the plastic tubes?

0:21:56 > 0:21:58Oh, there's a lovely bit of balancing there from Yasmin.

0:21:58 > 0:22:00Helen's getting the technique.

0:22:00 > 0:22:02Look. Yasmin.

0:22:02 > 0:22:05No, it's going to go. It's going to go.

0:22:05 > 0:22:10It's gone. And our DJ needs to rewind here to the start.

0:22:10 > 0:22:14But Steve and Helen, look at them, perfectly matched, which is lucky,

0:22:14 > 0:22:16if you think about it. Just one hand on your tube, Steve.

0:22:16 > 0:22:18Just one hand on your tube.

0:22:18 > 0:22:20There is no telling some people, is there?

0:22:20 > 0:22:22That is a rule-break. That's back to the start.

0:22:22 > 0:22:24Go on, Backshall. Has he handed victory to Helen here?

0:22:24 > 0:22:26It certainly looks like it.

0:22:26 > 0:22:27While Yasmin, another fail there.

0:22:27 > 0:22:29Steve and Yasmin are back at square one together.

0:22:29 > 0:22:32Our rower is doing magnificently, though.

0:22:32 > 0:22:34Look at a concentration on her boat race.

0:22:37 > 0:22:42Some brilliant bicep action there from Steve, it has to be said.

0:22:42 > 0:22:45Yeah, that's really is terrific, but Yasmin's having a shocker.

0:22:45 > 0:22:49There are commuters in London who have had less trouble with the Tube.

0:22:49 > 0:22:55It is slow and even from our man Stephen.

0:22:55 > 0:22:58But it is Helen, I think, who has the steadiest hand.

0:22:58 > 0:23:02Yes. Steve's got the technique now.

0:23:02 > 0:23:04So has Yasmin?

0:23:04 > 0:23:05But it is too late, you know.

0:23:05 > 0:23:08Helen Glover takes victory, I think.

0:23:08 > 0:23:11Yes, she does, in the Balancing Act.

0:23:11 > 0:23:14Steve's currently in second place.

0:23:14 > 0:23:16And Yasmin in third.

0:23:16 > 0:23:18At the moment. The look of concentration there from her.

0:23:18 > 0:23:21She has got to be hoping that Steve drops the ball,

0:23:21 > 0:23:24but he does not look like a man with shaky hands to me.

0:23:27 > 0:23:30No, no, Yasmin's gone again.

0:23:30 > 0:23:33And that really has handed second place to Steve.

0:23:33 > 0:23:38He cashes in, and with that Yasmin's chances disappear, quite literally,

0:23:38 > 0:23:39down the tube.

0:23:39 > 0:23:41APPLAUSE

0:23:41 > 0:23:43Annette. Helen Glover!

0:23:43 > 0:23:45What can I say? I said it at the beginning.

0:23:45 > 0:23:47Intelligence.

0:23:47 > 0:23:50You and your girl have something going on, and it is good.

0:23:50 > 0:23:52- It is working.- It is. Congratulations.

0:23:52 > 0:23:54I'll tell you what else is working, Wendy.

0:23:54 > 0:23:56You are sitting back, you are relaxing,

0:23:56 > 0:23:59letting Liam make all the wrong calls.

0:23:59 > 0:24:01- Yeah, pretty much.- It is the way to play the game.

0:24:01 > 0:24:05Liam, you had the pick, you could have gone with Yasmin or Steve.

0:24:05 > 0:24:07- Yeah, 50-50.- You went with Yasmin.

0:24:07 > 0:24:10That's the luck of the draw, she let me down, I'm afraid.

0:24:10 > 0:24:12Unfortunately, that does mean, Liam,

0:24:12 > 0:24:13we are going to have to say goodbye to you.

0:24:13 > 0:24:15But hasn't he been great?

0:24:15 > 0:24:16Yes?

0:24:16 > 0:24:18CHEERING AND APPLAUSE

0:24:19 > 0:24:23We are also saying goodbye to Yasmin Evans.

0:24:23 > 0:24:27Being eliminated, I just didn't want to come between a marriage.

0:24:27 > 0:24:29I did it on purpose, actually.

0:24:29 > 0:24:31You know.

0:24:31 > 0:24:34I feel sour.

0:24:34 > 0:24:37I feel very sour right now.

0:24:39 > 0:24:41So, Annette and Wendy, there is only room

0:24:41 > 0:24:43for one of you in tonight's final.

0:24:43 > 0:24:44OK?

0:24:44 > 0:24:48Let's take a look at the race that will decide your fate.
