0:07:24 > 0:07:28But Martin's stuck. If only house prices moved this slowly, eh?

0:07:28 > 0:07:31Zoe and Tyger storm their way onto the second pit.

0:08:15 > 0:08:18Zoe's in third. Sharron's out now.

0:08:18 > 0:08:20Martin most definitely isn't.

0:09:24 > 0:09:26Our celebrities need to make their way

0:09:26 > 0:09:29over eight inflatable donuts to the finish line.

0:09:29 > 0:09:31They're going to need good balance and agility

0:09:31 > 0:09:33just to make it across because, if they hit the water,

0:09:33 > 0:09:35they're back to the start.

0:09:35 > 0:09:37They can use any technique they want.

0:09:37 > 0:09:40Some might run but some might crawl.

0:18:19 > 0:18:24and still in the game are Keziah, Michael and Josie,

0:18:24 > 0:18:26all hoping to be tonight's champion.

0:18:26 > 0:18:31And their fate lies in the hands of our three remaining celebs,

0:18:31 > 0:18:34Sam Quek, Tyger Drew Honey and Sharron Davies.

0:18:34 > 0:18:37Time to find out what the next race is,

0:18:37 > 0:18:40and this one really will test their grey matter.

0:18:40 > 0:18:43Race three is To The Top.

0:18:43 > 0:18:47Our celebrities are faced with a vertical maze, riddled with holes.

0:18:47 > 0:18:49Using two handles to control their ball,

0:18:49 > 0:18:52they must carefully guide it from bottom to top,

0:18:52 > 0:18:53avoiding the traps as they go.

0:18:53 > 0:18:56If the ball falls into a hole, it's back to the start.

0:18:56 > 0:19:01This race is a test of coordination, control and utter concentration.

0:19:01 > 0:19:04Who are you behind in To The Top?

0:19:04 > 0:19:06Who's got the determination and, crucially,

0:19:06 > 0:19:08the control to make it to the top?

0:19:08 > 0:19:10Guys, here is your first question.

0:19:10 > 0:19:13These tattoos belong to which celebrity?

0:19:16 > 0:19:18BUZZER Michael.

0:19:18 > 0:19:22- Ed Sheeran.- Is the right answer. Well done, Michael.

0:19:22 > 0:19:24There was one more on there as well.

0:19:24 > 0:19:26OK, we've got another first pick for you, buddy.

0:19:26 > 0:19:28Who are you going to go for?

0:19:28 > 0:19:31I think, because he stood me in good stead in the last round,

0:19:31 > 0:19:33- I'm going to go with Tyger. - Yeah?- Yeah.

0:19:33 > 0:19:36Michael, Tyger Drew Honey is all yours.

0:19:36 > 0:19:40Keziah, Josie, it is a face-off between the two of you.

0:19:40 > 0:19:43Here's your question. At Rio 2016,

0:19:43 > 0:19:46these won medals in which Olympic sport?

0:19:51 > 0:19:54BUZZER Josie.

0:19:54 > 0:19:58- Gymnastics. - Is right on, the right answer.

0:19:58 > 0:20:02Nile Wilson, Max Whitlock and Louis Smith.

0:20:02 > 0:20:04Well done, Josie. So...?

0:20:04 > 0:20:07I think I'm going to stick with Sam as well,

0:20:07 > 0:20:09purely based with her being a hockey player.

0:20:09 > 0:20:13- She must have pretty good hand-eye coordination with the ball.- Yes.

0:20:13 > 0:20:15All right, Sam Quek is yours, Josie.

0:20:15 > 0:20:18Oh, well, Keziah,

0:20:18 > 0:20:20it's the first time in this position today, isn't it?

0:20:20 > 0:20:25- Well, actually, I was thinking I would like Sharron.- Oh, OK.- Yeah.

0:20:25 > 0:20:27She's had a couple of bad rounds, I think she might be feeling

0:20:27 > 0:20:30a bit conscious and putting a bit of effort into this one.

0:20:30 > 0:20:34So, Sharron Davies is yours, Keziah. So, get ready

0:20:34 > 0:20:37to cheer loud and proud for your favourite. Let's do it.

0:20:37 > 0:20:41Race three and they're racing all the way to the top.

0:20:41 > 0:20:44Sam, thumbs up.

0:20:44 > 0:20:46Sharron, hands up.

0:20:46 > 0:20:47Tyger, well, that's a mess-up.

0:20:47 > 0:20:49- KLAXON - And they're off!

0:20:49 > 0:20:52They need to steer their balls all the way to the top,

0:20:52 > 0:20:55avoiding the holes. Sam, very close to that first hole.

0:20:55 > 0:20:59Dangerous, in fact. So is Sharron, wiggling her arms for some reason.

0:20:59 > 0:21:03But Tyger is on the move. Can he dodge this hole?

0:21:03 > 0:21:05Sam's not getting far here.

0:21:05 > 0:21:08Oh, deftly done. This really is a tricky game

0:21:08 > 0:21:11because any one of those holes can swallow your ball,

0:21:11 > 0:21:13and that's you back to the start.

0:21:14 > 0:21:17Well, look at this. Tyger is out in front,

0:21:17 > 0:21:19steering his way past that big hole.

0:21:19 > 0:21:22And he really is nearing the top here.

0:21:22 > 0:21:25He's got one straight run, into the target. Well, there it is!

0:21:25 > 0:21:27Tyger wins To The Top!

0:21:27 > 0:21:29He made that look really, really easy.

0:21:29 > 0:21:31But Sharron's sinking into the abyss there.

0:21:31 > 0:21:34It's a good job she never did THAT when she was swimming!

0:21:34 > 0:21:36Back to the start for her. Sam...

0:21:36 > 0:21:38Oh, she had a sort of mad panic at the end there

0:21:38 > 0:21:40and the set nearly collapsed.

0:21:40 > 0:21:42Well, that would have been a total disaster.

0:21:42 > 0:21:47Sharron, now starting again. We begin again. Sam, the same.

0:21:47 > 0:21:51Picking their way up between these horrifying holes,

0:21:51 > 0:21:55just waiting to swallow them up and send them right back to the start.

0:21:55 > 0:21:58Look at the concentration there on Sam's face.

0:21:58 > 0:21:59That's ultimate focus, that is.

0:21:59 > 0:22:02Sharron jiggling away in that trademark style

0:22:02 > 0:22:04that we've come to know and respect.

0:22:04 > 0:22:08Sam, trying to work this out like a potentially difficult puzzle.

0:22:08 > 0:22:11That's what this is - it's a puzzle.

0:22:11 > 0:22:14Balls avoiding holes - that's what it's all about.

0:22:14 > 0:22:16And Sharron is getting the hang of this. Look at that, Sam.

0:22:16 > 0:22:18Oh, she's on a knife edge here!

0:22:18 > 0:22:22She seems to have taken control of that situation again.

0:22:22 > 0:22:25She steps back a couple of paces. Sharron, too.

0:22:25 > 0:22:28She's dispensed with the jiggling, but she's lost it.

0:22:28 > 0:22:32She's lost it! That's dropped. And Sam is very, very close now.

0:22:32 > 0:22:36Can she do this? She must do it! She's inches away!

0:22:36 > 0:22:40Surely this is going to be it! Second place for Sam.

0:22:40 > 0:22:42Arms aloft, triumphant!

0:22:42 > 0:22:44And Sharron has to admit defeat.

0:22:44 > 0:22:47Still, she got a nice cuddle off everyone.

0:22:47 > 0:22:49APPLAUSE

0:22:49 > 0:22:51ORE LAUGHS

0:22:51 > 0:22:53- Oh, man, that was tense!- It was.

0:22:53 > 0:22:57Michael, get Tyger Drew Honey signed up for Team GB!

0:22:57 > 0:23:00Yeah, he's good. He's been absolutely sensational.

0:23:00 > 0:23:03Well, he's definitely on a high, so let's keep riding it.

0:23:03 > 0:23:06Keziah, Sharron... And you were confident about her as well.

0:23:06 > 0:23:10- She's let us down.- But have you enjoyed yourself tonight?

0:23:10 > 0:23:13- Yes, I've had a fab day, thank you. - She's been absolutely brilliant.

0:23:13 > 0:23:16Let's hear it for Keziah. APPLAUSE

0:23:16 > 0:23:19Let's quickly go back to Race HQ,

0:23:19 > 0:23:22where the competition is cranking up a gear for Tyger and Sam.

0:23:24 > 0:23:28- That the best you got? - It's the ONLY face I've got.

0:23:29 > 0:23:32Is that what your face is going to look like when you lose?

0:23:33 > 0:23:36- Er... - You've got a lovely little tear.

0:23:36 > 0:23:38I don't know, I don't know, I don't know!

0:23:38 > 0:23:41APPLAUSE Ooh, Sam's got the fighting talk.

0:23:41 > 0:23:45But that will make the next head-to-head very interesting.

0:23:45 > 0:23:49Michael and Josie, you have both done so well to get this far.

0:23:49 > 0:23:54- Thank you.- But we can only take one of you through to tonight's final.

0:23:54 > 0:23:57Let's take a look at the race that'll decide your fate.

0:23:59 > 0:24:03In race four, our celebrities will tackle The Death Slide.

0:24:03 > 0:24:05They'll scramble 20 metres up a climbing wall.

0:24:05 > 0:24:07It's a test of courage and steady nerves,

0:24:07 > 0:24:09as they drop down the slide

0:24:09 > 0:24:12and plunge into the freezing waters below.

0:24:12 > 0:24:14Then, it's a short swim to the mats,

0:24:14 > 0:24:18before they haul themselves out and sprint to the finish line.

0:24:18 > 0:24:21Who are you behind in The Death Slide?

0:24:21 > 0:24:24Choosing first in this round could make all the difference.

0:24:24 > 0:24:26So, in this head-to-head,

0:24:26 > 0:24:31you'll need to answer not one, but two questions correctly.

0:24:31 > 0:24:32Here's your first.

0:24:32 > 0:24:36These men became leaders of their countries in which decade?

0:24:38 > 0:24:40BUZZER Michael.

0:24:53 > 0:24:56Michael, you are one up. Well done. Here we go.

0:24:56 > 0:25:00These celebrities were born in which country?

0:25:04 > 0:25:06BUZZER Michael, just in there.

0:25:06 > 0:25:08Iceland.

0:25:08 > 0:25:11Michael, you're absolutely right. That is two out of two!

0:25:11 > 0:25:14Magnus Magnusson and Bjork.

0:25:14 > 0:25:20Michael, you have first pick of our two remaining celebrities.

0:25:20 > 0:25:23OK, I think this is a tough one.

0:25:23 > 0:25:25Tyger's done me so well up until now,

0:25:25 > 0:25:27so I don't think I can see past. I'm going to have to pick Tyger.

0:25:27 > 0:25:29- You're going with the Honey? - I am, indeed.

0:25:29 > 0:25:31OK, Tyger Drew Honey is yours.

0:25:31 > 0:25:33Josie, Josie, Josie, you've got

0:25:33 > 0:25:36an Olympic gold medallist on your side.

0:25:36 > 0:25:40I think she'll do pretty well. She's good at working under pressure

0:25:40 > 0:25:42and I think she's got speed on her side as well.

0:25:42 > 0:25:45Sam is yours, Josie.

0:25:45 > 0:25:47These guys have already made a big splash on tonight's show.

0:25:47 > 0:25:51Well, take cover, cos they're about to make an even bigger one.

0:25:51 > 0:25:52Let's do it.

0:25:52 > 0:25:55Race four is the Death Slide.

0:25:55 > 0:25:58Here they are. Tyger, bouncing around like Tigger.

0:25:58 > 0:26:00Sam, trying to out-Tigger Tyger.

0:26:00 > 0:26:02But who'll "Winnie" and who'll just be "Pooh"?

0:26:02 > 0:26:04It's actor versus Olympian.

0:26:04 > 0:26:06- KLAXON - And they're off!

0:26:06 > 0:26:08They're step for step in the sprint.

0:26:08 > 0:26:11They're hitting the wall at exactly the same time.

0:26:11 > 0:26:13They're neck and neck with each other!

0:26:13 > 0:26:14This really is terrifically close.

0:26:14 > 0:26:17Oh, but Sam's just gone head-to-head with that beam. Ouch!

0:26:17 > 0:26:20And Tyger throws himself down the slide.

0:26:20 > 0:26:23This is the most unorthodox entry we've ever seen!

0:26:23 > 0:26:25Seriously, what is that technique?

0:26:25 > 0:26:30I've never seen anything like it. There's a classic entrance from Sam.

0:26:30 > 0:26:32Tyger, like a crazy spider.

0:26:32 > 0:26:36Sam, smoothly through the air, lands on the back of her head,

0:26:36 > 0:26:37like you're meant to.

0:26:37 > 0:26:40And she's up and swimming for the mats. So is Tyger.

0:26:40 > 0:26:42There's not much between these two.

0:26:42 > 0:26:46Tyger touches first but Sam's right on Tyger's tail.

0:26:46 > 0:26:49This is going to come down to a sprint across a wobbly mat.

0:26:49 > 0:26:52Who's going to take it? Tyger leaps towards the platform.

0:26:52 > 0:26:56He's the winner! Sam just behind him. She takes second.

0:26:56 > 0:26:58Oh, and there's an undignified scrap,

0:26:58 > 0:27:00both trying to pull each other in.

0:27:00 > 0:27:02But, thankfully, neither succeeds.

0:27:02 > 0:27:04Just time for a bit of post-race analysis.

0:27:04 > 0:27:05"That slide was an important bit."

0:27:05 > 0:27:08"Yes, I thought that slide was important too.

0:27:08 > 0:27:09"Then I banged my head."

0:27:09 > 0:27:12APPLAUSE

0:27:13 > 0:27:19Well, how about that? Michael, you have shouted yourself hoarse today.

0:27:19 > 0:27:22Yes, I'm going to go and have a lie-down after.

0:27:22 > 0:27:24- Oh, Josie...- I know.

0:27:36 > 0:27:38It feels amazing to beat anyone,

0:27:38 > 0:27:42but someone you know has a gold medal from the Olympics to her name

0:27:42 > 0:27:45- makes you a bit...- All right! - Makes it a bit more special for me.

0:27:45 > 0:27:47- Rubbing the salt in the wound! - Makes it more special, yeah.

0:27:47 > 0:27:52Ooh, Tyger, keep rubbing that salt in, keep rubbing it in.

0:27:52 > 0:27:54OK, in a moment,

0:27:54 > 0:27:56all of our celebrities will be back for the final race.

0:27:56 > 0:27:59But first, everyone is here tonight for one reason,

0:27:59 > 0:28:02and that is to raise money for Sport Relief.

0:28:02 > 0:28:04Tom Daley recently went to Malawi

0:28:04 > 0:28:08to meet people working on the front line in the fight against malaria.

0:28:08 > 0:28:10Now, this is a tough film to watch,

0:28:10 > 0:28:13but it shows just how important your support is.

0:28:16 > 0:28:18Here, in Malawi, in 2016,

0:28:18 > 0:28:2320 children under five died from malaria every day.

0:28:23 > 0:28:27It's really sad to walk through this ward

0:28:27 > 0:28:30and see kids that should be running around

0:28:30 > 0:28:32and playing outside and having fun.

0:28:32 > 0:28:35They're kids... They're just kids.

0:28:35 > 0:28:37And they don't need to be suffering like this.

0:28:37 > 0:28:41Five-month-old Aisha has been in hospital for three days

0:28:41 > 0:28:44with severe malaria and her condition is critical.

0:28:44 > 0:28:47What is happening at the moment?

0:28:47 > 0:28:50So, in this case, she's very sick.

0:28:51 > 0:28:53Very concerned...

0:28:54 > 0:28:57..but we will do as much as we can to help.

0:28:59 > 0:29:01Malaria is treatable.

0:29:01 > 0:29:05But for many of the kids I saw, it hadn't been spotted early enough.

0:29:08 > 0:29:10But there is a way we can help speed up diagnosis.

0:29:10 > 0:29:13I'm at a rural health clinic which, for most parents,

0:29:13 > 0:29:15is the first port of call

0:29:15 > 0:29:19when their child falls extremely ill with suspected malaria.

0:29:19 > 0:29:21Malaria can be difficult to accurately diagnose

0:29:21 > 0:29:24without expensive equipment like microscopes.

0:29:24 > 0:29:28But health workers here are using a game-changing rapid test.

0:29:28 > 0:29:31Billiam's baby, Lexa, has suspected malaria.

0:29:31 > 0:29:35Why, in particular, in rural areas like this,

0:29:35 > 0:29:37is it so important to have these tests?

0:29:44 > 0:29:49A lot of lives have been saved. We cannot say how many, but many.

0:29:49 > 0:29:53The test result comes back in just 15 minutes.

0:30:02 > 0:30:04It's a miracle, really, they're able to test

0:30:04 > 0:30:06and now that baby can recover.

0:30:06 > 0:30:08Lexa is one of the lucky ones.

0:30:08 > 0:30:10She got her malaria diagnosed early enough

0:30:10 > 0:30:13to have the best chance of recovering quickly,

0:30:13 > 0:30:16and it's all thanks to one of these plastic miracles.

0:30:16 > 0:30:19And these kits are the difference between life and death,

0:30:19 > 0:30:21so please give what you can today.

0:30:21 > 0:30:25£10 will pay for 30 rapid diagnostic tests,

0:30:25 > 0:30:27so that we can test kids

0:30:27 > 0:30:29and help them to get the right treatment fast.

0:30:37 > 0:30:38Thank you.

0:30:38 > 0:30:41Your money has helped make huge strides

0:30:41 > 0:30:44in the fight against malaria in some of the world's poorest countries.

0:30:44 > 0:30:46But, in African countries,

0:30:46 > 0:30:50a child still dies from this horrible disease every two minutes.

0:30:50 > 0:30:52And that's where you come in.

0:30:52 > 0:30:55Your money will make a huge difference and maybe save a life.

0:30:55 > 0:30:58All the details you need to donate are on your screen now.

0:32:30 > 0:32:32All you've got to do is choose the winner.

0:32:32 > 0:32:36I'm going to ask you four questions. For every question you get right,

0:32:36 > 0:32:38- you get to pick a celebrity.- OK. - Does that make sense?- Yep.

0:32:38 > 0:32:42- All right, let's do this.- Let's do it.- Here's your first question.

0:32:54 > 0:32:57I know my father-in-law will be screaming at the TV.

0:33:50 > 0:33:53We're off the mark. Two more chances. Here's your question.

0:34:04 > 0:34:07I don't think it's The X Factor.

0:34:07 > 0:34:08I don't think it's The Voice.

0:34:08 > 0:34:12- I would go probably with Strictly Come Dancing.- Yeah?- Yeah.

0:34:49 > 0:34:52Michael, that is three correct answers,

0:34:52 > 0:34:55which means that you have three celebrities to pick,

0:34:55 > 0:34:58going into the final Showdown.

0:34:58 > 0:35:02Well, first pick has to be Tyger because he got me here.

0:35:28 > 0:35:31Tyger launches himself off the platform, followed by Sam.

0:35:31 > 0:35:34Zoe trailing. Tyger hits the water first.

0:35:34 > 0:35:37It's pretty close here, you know. Sam, just with the edge.

0:35:37 > 0:35:40But Tyger, Martin and Sharron are all still in this.

0:35:40 > 0:35:42Climbing up the bank goes Sam.

0:35:42 > 0:35:45First up, she is leaping her way to the top of the slide.

0:35:45 > 0:35:48She has got a point to prove and she is proving it.

0:35:48 > 0:35:50She's followed by Tyger. Sam's on the net.

0:35:50 > 0:35:53Tyger and Martin, down the slide now.

0:35:53 > 0:35:56Sam already swimming, and we know Tyger's quick. Can he catch her?

0:35:56 > 0:36:00Zoe's hauling herself up the bank, but, back at the front,

0:36:00 > 0:36:02Sam is still in the lead, Tyger second.

0:36:02 > 0:36:05This is very, very close indeed. Sharron takes a leap.

0:36:05 > 0:36:08She's chasing down Martin, as Zoe hits the slide.

0:36:12 > 0:36:15Oh, she's got a lakeful of water in her face as well.

0:36:15 > 0:36:17Sam is up and, look at that, she's being chased by Tyger,

0:36:17 > 0:36:19but she's ploughing on through.

0:36:19 > 0:36:21I don't think anything is going to stop her.

0:36:21 > 0:36:24Oh, little stumble, but she recovers.

0:36:24 > 0:36:28She recovers and she's got the momentum and Sam wins the Showdown.

0:36:28 > 0:36:30Tyger is second.

0:36:30 > 0:36:34Unbelievably, Martin's beaten Sharron out of the water.
