:08:26. > :08:29.little girl called Eloise. Hello! Hello. Eloise has to come into
:08:29. > :08:32.hospital every few weeks for treatment. The nurses here give
:08:32. > :08:42.Eloise antibiotics and other medications to keep her free from
:08:42. > :08:44.
:08:44. > :08:52.life-threatening infections. When Eloise was born, she very quickly
:08:52. > :08:55.developed symptoms of cystic fibrosis.
:08:55. > :09:00.For Eloise, this means staying in hospital for weeks at a time, but
:09:00. > :09:07.as a welcome distraction, this happens.
:09:07. > :09:15.Are you ready for some magic? Craig Lewis is a professional
:09:15. > :09:17.magician and entertainer. Children in Need helps pay for Craig to
:09:17. > :09:27.visit hospitals and wings, taking children's minds off their

:09:33. > :09:37.smile on her face and she loves the animals he makes. It makes a big
:09:37. > :09:41.difference and it takes away some of the boredom and some of the play

:17:15. > :17:22.has this group changed Josh? It has made him more outgoing, he loves
:17:22. > :17:25.coming. He has gone from an insular boy to one who is making friends.
:17:26. > :17:35.He is having a go at things that he would never have done without the

:32:33. > :32:36.carers and today, quite rightly, they are dressed up as superheroes.
:32:36. > :32:43.Because that is just what they are, heroes caring for others, sometimes
:32:43. > :32:46.for up to 50 hours a week. It might involve caring for parents with a
:32:46. > :32:49.disability or an illness, but some of these children care for parents
:32:49. > :32:58.who can't look after themselves, through substance misuse or alcohol
:32:58. > :33:02.abuse. So this group is fun, but it is also doing a vital job in a lot
:33:02. > :33:08.of other ways. And if things do get more difficult at home, the kids
:33:08. > :33:10.can receive the help that they and their families desperately need.
:33:11. > :33:14.Your donations really help, because they keep activities like the one
:33:14. > :33:24.in Wrexham going, and the children can forget about caring for a few
