0:06:10 > 0:06:13- This is an easy recipe - for delicious muffins.

0:06:13 > 0:06:17- They're a fast, - energy-boosting breakfast.

0:06:19 > 0:06:25- In a big bowl, - mix self-raising flour and oats.

0:06:26 > 0:06:30- Oats provide energy for the body.

0:06:30 > 0:06:35- As a good source of carbohydrate, - they slowly release energy.

0:06:36 > 0:06:38- Add a teaspoon of baking soda.

0:06:39 > 0:06:41- In another bowl, mash two bananas.

0:06:43 > 0:06:48- It's a great recipe - for using up old bananas.

0:10:44 > 0:10:50- Pour into an 8-inch square tin - lined with clingfilm.

0:10:53 > 0:10:58- Break into bars. They'll keep fresh - in the fridge in a sealed box.
