0:05:06 > 0:05:12- An important part of his day is - spent at Llyn Padarn in Llanberis...

0:05:12 > 0:05:17- ..to go swimming in all weathers - in a sport called wild swimming.

0:05:19 > 0:05:24- I've been swimming in cold water - without a wetsuit since the summer.

0:05:25 > 0:05:27- I tried going twice a week.

0:05:27 > 0:05:32- I missed out for a fortnight - over Christmas due to a cold...

0:05:32 > 0:05:35- ..so decided to go every day - from February.

0:05:35 > 0:05:40- I've been every day since 1 February - apart from two days in March...

0:05:40 > 0:05:46- ..so I had five-minute cold showers - instead as my punishment!

0:05:48 > 0:05:53- It gets the adrenalin and endorphins - pumping so is quite addictive.

0:05:54 > 0:05:59- This is a natural anti-depressant - and you feel great after going.

0:05:59 > 0:06:05- It's physically and spiritually - awakening and you're in the moment.
