0:06:08 > 0:06:12and multiply other random numbers and it happened to be his phone number.

0:06:12 > 0:06:13It's the craziest thing.

0:07:43 > 0:07:46I'm not wanting to give anything away!

0:07:48 > 0:07:52I'm kinda... At this moment, I think I'm seeing sort of mountains

0:07:52 > 0:07:57or water, maybe water coming down a mountain or...

0:08:00 > 0:08:05Like a river, in Australia - creeks, some sort of creek.

0:08:28 > 0:08:30It's this creek that goes into the ocean,

0:08:30 > 0:08:35it's called Currumbin Creek and it's absolutely divine and I can't

0:08:35 > 0:08:39believe you just did that, cos nobody knows that I've been there.

0:08:39 > 0:08:41Speaking of beautiful places,

0:08:41 > 0:08:45this place we're in right now, I kinda like it. It's quite eccentric.

0:10:46 > 0:10:48by world-famous drummer, Travis Barker,

0:10:48 > 0:10:51who's performing live on stage with Beastie Boys DJ, Mix Master Mike.

0:14:28 > 0:14:31Cos when I perform, I like to warm down.

0:15:26 > 0:15:28I mean, his pulse completely stopped

0:15:28 > 0:15:30for probably about ten seconds.

0:15:41 > 0:15:43So, he basically died for ten seconds.

0:15:45 > 0:15:47That was crazy.

0:15:49 > 0:15:51It was time to head back to the UK,

0:15:51 > 0:15:55where I had a big interview coming up with Scott Mills on Radio 1.

0:17:08 > 0:17:12When I was younger, I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease,

0:17:12 > 0:17:15an aggressive condition that attacks the intestines.

0:17:15 > 0:17:18It can make you feel weak, and I ended up being hospitalised

0:17:18 > 0:17:20several times when the illness was at its worst.

0:17:20 > 0:17:23But in a funny way, it actually made me stronger,

0:17:23 > 0:17:24and more determined.

0:17:24 > 0:17:27There was no way it was going to get the better of me.

0:17:29 > 0:17:33Despite my illness, I'm a strong believer in mind over matter.

0:17:33 > 0:17:36I recently headed down to meet one of the UK's top personal trainers

0:17:36 > 0:17:39and ex Gladiator star, Wayne Gordon,

0:17:39 > 0:17:41at a police training facility in North London.

0:19:29 > 0:19:31- You're going to spot me, yeah?- Yeah.

0:19:31 > 0:19:35Just don't drop it, cos I'm probably not going to be much help.

0:19:35 > 0:19:36You don't need help.

0:19:40 > 0:19:42Go on, Wayne.

0:19:54 > 0:19:55- You ready?- Yeah.

0:31:57 > 0:32:01The headline is, "We've a lot to be proud of."

0:32:01 > 0:32:05Now, would you agree that it would be impossible for somebody

0:32:11 > 0:32:14Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah.

0:32:14 > 0:32:17Cos, I've actually got to head back up to Bradford very soon,

0:33:38 > 0:33:40- that I just picked out. - Let's have a look.

0:33:40 > 0:33:44Let me show this to the camera now.

0:33:44 > 0:33:47- Oh, my God. He's drawn the man and everything.- Actually drawn the man.

0:33:47 > 0:33:50In the red... He's got a red top on in the picture and he's drawn it

0:33:50 > 0:33:51in a red...

0:33:51 > 0:33:55And the headline is, "We've a lot to be proud of. London 2012."

0:33:55 > 0:33:58- And the bottom picture's the same, as well.- "Torch relay."

0:33:58 > 0:34:00How did that happen?

0:34:01 > 0:34:03How did that happen?

0:34:03 > 0:34:09And even, like... There's kind of, like, little stories underneath about...

0:34:09 > 0:34:11And it says, "An inspiring pair,"

0:34:11 > 0:34:15and then he's put "Inspire" and various words

0:34:15 > 0:34:20that are on the original paper.

0:34:20 > 0:34:22Really freaked me out.

0:34:22 > 0:34:24Just pulling that face like off a fish.

0:34:24 > 0:34:25You know, with your mouth wide open.

0:34:25 > 0:34:28I don't know what to say. I can't get my head round that at all.

0:34:30 > 0:34:34But we've had the box all... We've had that box...

0:34:34 > 0:34:36Well, the paper was only printed today.

0:34:36 > 0:34:38We've had the box since Monday.

0:34:38 > 0:34:39OK, good,

0:34:39 > 0:34:42let's play a song and let me just try and get my head round this.

0:34:49 > 0:34:52I have absolutely no idea how you would do that. I don't know.

0:34:52 > 0:34:54It's, er...

0:34:54 > 0:34:57It kind of just dawned on me that actually, we've had that box

0:34:57 > 0:35:01since Monday, so, how would you do that? Because it's today's paper.

0:35:01 > 0:35:03It clearly says the date on the top,

0:35:03 > 0:35:05so I have absolutely no idea how he did that.

0:35:05 > 0:35:08And I like it how he just disappeared afterwards and went, "Bye.

0:35:08 > 0:35:10"Leave you to work that one out."

0:35:16 > 0:35:19I don't know how that happened, and there are a lot of people saying,

0:35:19 > 0:35:22well, it's obviously a different box, but I promise you...

0:35:22 > 0:35:24that box hasn't been out of my sight.

0:35:24 > 0:35:25I tell you why, also,

0:35:25 > 0:35:28because I didn't believe that he wasn't going to swap the box,

0:35:28 > 0:35:32so in the top left-hand, I'm such a loser, in the top left-hand corner,

0:35:32 > 0:35:34we drew a little black dot, so that I'd know

0:35:34 > 0:35:36if it was the same box afterwards,

0:35:36 > 0:35:39and it exactly is, because it's there, look.

0:35:39 > 0:35:40Yeah, it's still there.

0:35:47 > 0:35:50As I reach the end of the road, I'll never forget the people I've met along the way.

0:35:50 > 0:35:53There really is no such thing as an ordinary person.

0:35:53 > 0:35:56Everybody has the power to be extraordinary,

0:35:56 > 0:35:59no matter where they come from or what their circumstance.

0:35:59 > 0:36:01It's just a matter of belief.

0:36:01 > 0:36:04Some people think it's impossible to change the future.

0:36:04 > 0:36:08But in reality, the future is only what you make it.

0:36:18 > 0:36:20That photo doesn't even exist!

0:36:24 > 0:36:26- He moved your tanline. - How did he do that?

0:36:26 > 0:36:27Wow!

0:36:29 > 0:36:30God knows

0:36:30 > 0:36:32where you've come from.

0:36:34 > 0:36:36Dynamo.

0:36:38 > 0:36:40I don't know how he did it, but it was ridiculous.

0:36:40 > 0:36:42Frightening.

0:36:42 > 0:36:44Oh, my God!

0:36:44 > 0:36:45Oh, my God!

0:36:47 > 0:36:48That was the best thing I've ever seen.

0:36:48 > 0:36:49Fully, fully baffed.

0:36:49 > 0:36:51Man walking on water.

0:36:53 > 0:36:55Like a modern-day Houdini, or something like that.
