0:19:02 > 0:19:06- During my retirement, - I was looking for something to do.

0:19:06 > 0:19:09- I started taking photographs - of this local area.

0:19:09 > 0:19:12- I happened to meet Elinor - and started talking to her...

0:19:12 > 0:19:16- ..and she asked me to combine my new - love of photography with my old job.

0:19:20 > 0:19:24- I lived in Aberystwyth for many - years but I didn't know the county.

0:19:24 > 0:19:27- I didn't want to concentrate - on Aberystwyth alone...

0:19:27 > 0:19:34- ..as I wanted to get to know - Ceredigion as a county.

0:19:34 > 0:19:39- How long did it take you - to photograph Ceredigion?

0:19:39 > 0:19:44- Unfortunately, the harsh weather - arrived when I started the work.

0:19:44 > 0:19:50- We experienced months of rough - weather followed by a harsh winter.

0:19:50 > 0:19:56- Therefore, it's taken me three years - to compile the photographs.

0:19:56 > 0:19:59- What sort of images - are included in the book?

0:19:59 > 0:20:04- The images from the Library include - old photographs and paintings.

0:20:04 > 0:20:10- I wanted the public to see images - from a primitive Welsh artist.

0:20:11 > 0:20:14- This unnamed person - was a naive artist around 1814.

0:20:15 > 0:20:19- They captured all sorts of events - that took place around the county.

0:20:19 > 0:20:29- There are also photographs - that are aesthetically pleasing...
