0:08:14 > 0:08:21- I love the feeling of achievement - you get at crossing the finish line.

0:08:28 > 0:08:33- Today's conditions are tough - as the mud is up to their knees.

0:08:38 > 0:08:43- Yesterday saw seven races for the - secondary school runners in Dyfed.

0:08:47 > 0:08:51- I like the competition - because I'm quite competitive...

0:08:55 > 0:09:02- I do a cross country event every - month to stay fit over the winter.

0:09:02 > 0:09:06- I like track racing in the summer - but this is difficult.

0:09:06 > 0:09:12- I'm a triathlete so this provides me - with training for my summer season.

0:09:23 > 0:09:30- The course was muddy and slippery - but I'm happy with my win.
