0:04:05 > 0:04:09- Before Christmas, we received a kit - and instructions to build the car...

0:04:15 > 0:04:19- We built the car in two parts, - mechanically and electronically.

0:04:21 > 0:04:25- First of all, - we had the frame already welded.

0:04:28 > 0:04:30- But it didn't have any bodywork.

0:04:31 > 0:04:34- We bought big sheets of aluminium.

0:04:35 > 0:04:40- A lot of cutting and folding had - to be done to fit it to the car.

0:04:42 > 0:04:46- The electronics are all behind me, - under a metal panel.

0:04:49 > 0:04:53- The motor is powered - by two batteries of 12V each.

0:04:56 > 0:04:58- We found out a week ago...

0:04:59 > 0:05:04- ..that we had to change the nose - from aluminium to 200mm of foam.

0:05:06 > 0:05:10- It's now more aerodynamic - and safer if we were to crash.

0:05:13 > 0:05:17- We are competing at - the Anglesey Circuit on Thursday.

0:05:18 > 0:05:21- It's not a first-over-the-line race.
