0:16:37 > 0:16:42- After three days at the hotel, - I was admitted to hospital.

0:16:42 > 0:16:49- My appendix had ruptured and I had - to rest before returning to Cardiff.

0:16:54 > 0:16:58- I'm recovering and have progressed - massively since coming home.
