0:05:57 > 0:06:02- I realized the importance of giving - blood and was happy that I did it.

0:06:03 > 0:06:08- Don't wait for bad experiences - but just go and give blood...

0:06:13 > 0:06:19- The blood we collect lasts for - a month in a freezer at the most.

0:07:45 > 0:07:49- I lost a lot of weight.
