0:02:24 > 0:02:30- They've all suffered - from breast cancer.

0:02:30 > 0:02:42- We're here to celebrate - and raise money.

0:02:43 > 0:02:48- Raising money is essential - for the charity.

0:02:48 > 0:02:53- Fundraising is important - to keep the charity going.

0:02:54 > 0:03:00- Tonight, we have two shows and - hope to raise lots of money...

0:03:00 > 0:03:06- ..to safeguard the future of the - charity to help sufferers.

0:03:06 > 0:03:09- Earlier today, - we met some of the models.

0:03:19 > 0:03:23- I was diagnosed with - breast cancer in 2003.

0:03:23 > 0:03:28- My first thought - was that I was going to die.

0:03:28 > 0:03:32- The hardest part - was telling the family.

0:03:33 > 0:03:37- When I was diagnosed, - Ffion was only nine years old.

0:03:37 > 0:03:42- I had to wait a few days - before going to tell my parents.

0:03:42 > 0:03:46- A fortnight later, - I had a mastectomy...

0:03:46 > 0:03:50- ..and I also took Tamoxifen - for five years.

0:03:51 > 0:03:55- Six years ago, - I was diagnosed at the age of 39.

0:03:56 > 0:04:03- I recall finding a lump - when I was applying fake tan.

0:04:03 > 0:04:10- I tried to tell myself not to panic - as many family members had cancer.

0:04:10 > 0:04:18- Two years before my diagnosis, - my sister was told she had cancer.

0:04:18 > 0:04:25- All is well now.

0:04:25 > 0:04:29- I was fortunate to be in the show - in Cardiff two years ago.

0:04:30 > 0:04:36- It was an emotional evening as my - mother suffered from breast cancer.

0:04:36 > 0:04:42- My cousin also suffered from cancer - during her 40s.

0:04:42 > 0:04:47- I'm delighted to be able - to support once again.

0:04:48 > 0:04:54- Breast cancer suffers view - their body in a different way...

0:04:55 > 0:04:59- ..and especially those - who have had a mastectomy.

0:04:59 > 0:05:04- You worry about wearing - certain clothes.

0:05:05 > 0:05:11- The opportunity to walk the catwalk - is a confidence boost for us.

0:05:11 > 0:05:16- I started volunteering for Breast - Cancer Care around five years ago.

0:05:16 > 0:05:21- The work they do is important...

0:05:22 > 0:05:26- ..as they offer support and - information from the very first day.

0:05:26 > 0:05:31- It's been great to hear - of the positive stories...

0:05:31 > 0:05:35- ..and how the experience - has changed the lives of others.

0:05:35 > 0:05:39- If we raise more money and awareness - for the charity...

0:05:39 > 0:05:46- ..there's a chance - we'll help improve the treatment.

0:05:49 > 0:05:55- After the show, I will be running - half marathons with my children.

0:13:46 > 0:13:52- The process of applying for - a world record began a year ago.

0:13:52 > 0:13:56- Facebook posted that the record for - most memorabilia had been broken.

0:13:57 > 0:14:04- It was about 1,573 items - but I had loads more than that!

0:14:04 > 0:14:14- I listed my 2,131 items - and had to photograph each item.

0:14:15 > 0:14:24- It took about 12 weeks for them - to process everything properly.

0:14:25 > 0:14:29- If he breaks the world record, - I'll be extremely proud of him.

0:14:29 > 0:14:35- Mainly for the work he's carried out - in documenting everything.

0:17:46 > 0:17:53- ..you can't help but wonder at the - force that created the rock's folds.

0:17:53 > 0:17:59- It's an elementary place - where you're close to the elements.

0:20:06 > 0:20:10- Strike a Chord choir from Cwmbran, - the first Welsh stroke choir...

0:20:10 > 0:20:14- ..have reached the shortlist - for the People's Choice award.

0:20:21 > 0:20:26- The choir was established thanks - to a grant from the Head For Arts.

0:20:26 > 0:20:31- The grant allowed - the music teacher, Ali Shone...

0:20:38 > 0:20:42- It's exciting as the choir has - been nominated in the Epic Awards.

0:20:46 > 0:20:51- When Ali started working with the - choir, they only had six members.

0:20:51 > 0:20:57- Now, there are up to 30 people - who attend on a weekly basis.

0:20:57 > 0:21:03- A third of stroke survivors - suffer from the aphasia condition.

0:21:03 > 0:21:08- This affects their ability - to read and their speech.

0:21:08 > 0:21:15- However, they can often sing as they - use a different part of the brain.

0:21:15 > 0:21:22- Around 7,000 people suffer a stroke - in Wales every year.

0:21:22 > 0:21:29- It's important to bring survivors - together and to form a community.
