0:10:27 > 0:10:33- ..that appealed to the young people - of the Gwent and Islwyn areas.

0:10:34 > 0:10:40- We chose to make a spoof - that reflected these feelings.

0:10:40 > 0:10:48- We spoke to many prominent figures - in Welsh society.

0:10:48 > 0:10:55- They were supportive of a project - that got people interested in Welsh.

0:10:55 > 0:11:00- How does it feel to be - one of the Welsh speakers here?

0:11:01 > 0:11:05- It's great to chat to friends - in Welsh outside school.

0:11:09 > 0:11:14- I've only seen a few snippets - but it looks really good.

0:11:17 > 0:11:22- Friends, family and the actors - have taken to their seats.

0:11:31 > 0:11:36- When people think of being Welsh, - they just think of the Eisteddfod.

0:11:36 > 0:11:41- We speak Wenglish so people wonder - if you're a Welsh learner...

0:11:45 > 0:11:50- It was great and I really enjoyed it - and it was well put together.

0:11:50 > 0:11:54- I couldn't understand it - but I still really enjoyed it.

0:11:55 > 0:11:58- Your children are in a Welsh primary - and senior school.

0:11:58 > 0:12:01- How has the Welsh language - grown in your life?

0:12:02 > 0:12:07- It's massive and in this area, it is - growing and needs to grow more.

0:12:07 > 0:12:11- When I was in school, - it wasn't compulsory.

0:12:11 > 0:12:17- The year after, it came in that - everybody had to speak Welsh.

0:12:17 > 0:12:21- What did you think of the - performances by the locals?

0:12:21 > 0:12:26- It was an excellent portrayal - of the Welsh language in this area.

0:12:26 > 0:12:31- Well done to the children - for their incredible work.

0:12:31 > 0:12:36- This isn't a Welsh society - but it has a Welsh essence.

0:12:36 > 0:12:39- These are children of Wales.

0:12:39 > 0:12:43- These are not non-Welsh speakers - but those with limited Welsh.

0:12:43 > 0:12:46- Wenglish is often criticized.

0:12:47 > 0:12:52- Ifor ap Glyn said it's better to - have bad Welsh than proper English!

0:12:52 > 0:12:54- I truly admire these people greatly.

0:12:55 > 0:12:58- People only speak about Wales - when we win the Grand Slam...
