0:14:11 > 0:14:15- A few years ago, the old school - was offered a new lease of life.

0:14:15 > 0:14:20- It was 1977 and I was a pupil - at Ysgol Dyffryn Nantlle school...

0:14:20 > 0:14:27- ..and we were the first to use - the site as an outdoors centre.

0:14:27 > 0:14:32- I've gone grey - and seen a lot of things mature...

0:14:33 > 0:14:37- ..and this centre - has needed some attention too.

0:14:37 > 0:14:43- Antur Nantlle took over the running - of the centre last June.

0:14:43 > 0:14:52- A partnership with Gwynedd Council - meant we can safeguard the site.

0:14:52 > 0:14:56- It's had new windows - and been re-plastered.

0:14:56 > 0:15:00- Today, we can see that it's - an excellent site that sleeps 27.

0:15:00 > 0:15:05- It's hoped that we can - create employment in the area...

0:15:05 > 0:15:08- ..and keep the centre open - for many years to come.

0:15:09 > 0:15:15- The Rhyd Ddu Centre helps those - of all abilities to enjoy Snowdonia.
