0:11:06 > 0:11:10- I'm very nervous - and didn't sleep a wink last night.

0:11:11 > 0:11:16- I'm excited but nervous too - because that's me.

0:11:17 > 0:11:22- I've put everything into it - and people will hear it tonight.

0:11:22 > 0:11:25- Why are you releasing the album now?

0:11:25 > 0:11:30- I've always written songs...

0:11:30 > 0:11:37- ..and entered Can i Gymru - with the late, Sioned James in 2003.

0:11:37 > 0:11:42- I started thinking about music - seriously at that time...

0:11:42 > 0:11:48- ..and it's taken time to do it - between my acting.

0:11:48 > 0:11:54- It's taken time and money - but we're here now.

0:11:54 > 0:11:58- It's been a labour of love.

0:11:58 > 0:12:04- There's 13 songs and a music video - with track two, Take It Or Leave It.

0:12:08 > 0:12:14- ..so we hired a boat on the Thames, - as you do!

0:12:14 > 0:12:19- The lads in the band found it odd - because the boat was moving...

0:12:20 > 0:12:27- ..but the room had a great ambience - and we had a lot of fun.

0:12:28 > 0:12:32- Where did you get the inspiration - for your songs?

0:12:32 > 0:12:38- There's personal experiences - and things that I've made up!

0:12:38 > 0:12:46- It all depends on what comes to me - when I'm composing at the piano.

0:12:46 > 0:12:52- I start with the chords and there's - no telling when the lyrics come.

0:12:52 > 0:12:57- That's how it happens - but it isn't always like that.

0:12:57 > 0:13:04- You don't do things by half as you - have a full band with you tonight.

0:13:08 > 0:13:14- There's nine of us on the stage and - I like doing things on a big scale.

0:13:14 > 0:13:21- I can't have a full orchestra but - the nine of us can make some noise.

0:13:25 > 0:13:29- I do a lot of work here - and most of the band is from London.

0:13:35 > 0:13:43- It's easier to do it here and - I did a lot of recording in London.

0:13:43 > 0:13:49- You're known as an actress - so are you still acting?

0:13:49 > 0:13:52- Yes, but only when I lie!

0:13:53 > 0:14:01- I haven't acted in a while but am - happy to concentrate on the music.

0:16:34 > 0:16:41- It was terrible to see the children - being locked up.
