:02:13. > :02:17.I am here at the Old Town Ceilidh on the historic Royal Mile just
:02:18. > :02:19.outside St Giles' Cathedral, where we are bringing in the bells
:02:20. > :02:25.But this is just part of Edinburgh's Hogmanay
:02:26. > :02:29.as the celebrations are spread right across the city,
:02:30. > :02:35.with 75,000 people enjoying one of the world's biggest outdoor parties.
:02:36. > :02:38.And we'll be bringing you a slice of these festivities
:02:39. > :02:41.with a brilliant performance from Scots rockers Biffy Clyro
:02:42. > :02:51.At the castle, we'll start 2016 with a bang as the spectacular
:02:52. > :02:53.fireworks light up the sky at midnight.
:02:54. > :02:56.And I'll be chatting to revellers who have come from all over
:02:57. > :03:01.the world to find out about their Hogmanay experience.
:03:02. > :03:03.But first we are heading to the Ross Bandstand
:03:04. > :03:06.in Princes Street Gardens, where the Boghall and Bathgate
:03:07. > :03:17.Caledonia Pipe Band were first to take to the stage.

:06:36. > :06:44.It's the fabulous Treacherous Orchestra.
:06:45. > :10:58.There were only four of them when we started rehearsing.
:10:59. > :11:01.Earlier this year, ten students from Glasgow University became
:11:02. > :11:04.a singing sensation on our TV screens as they beat 400 choirs
:11:05. > :11:06.to become finalists in BBC Two's The Naked Choir.
