0:09:38 > 0:09:53- I'm going to start by making - a spicy cauliflower soup.

0:09:53 > 0:09:58- I've added onions and garlic - to start building the soup.

0:09:59 > 0:10:02- This is a vegetarian dish.

0:10:02 > 0:10:09- This isn't a vegan dish - but it could be adapted.

0:10:09 > 0:10:14- Add some butter and cubed onions.

0:10:14 > 0:10:19- This is the base of the soup.

0:10:19 > 0:10:25- You could use small - or ordinary onions.

0:10:25 > 0:10:30- Add a clove of garlic to the mix.

0:10:30 > 0:10:36- Season the mix with some salt.

0:10:37 > 0:10:41- We don't want this mixture to burn.

0:32:26 > 0:32:32- Marian spoke of detoxing the skin - but this detoxes the body.

0:32:33 > 0:32:44- This campaign helps some to discover - an alcohol problem.

0:32:44 > 0:32:50- Alcohol is a part of our lives.

0:32:56 > 0:33:03- However, if you give the body - too much alcohol...

0:34:53 > 0:35:01- Yes, we have a combination - of meat and alcohol in this dish.

0:35:01 > 0:35:15- Let's begin with the process - of creating the bourguignon.

0:35:15 > 0:35:30- Let's start by browning - the cubed bacon.

0:35:37 > 0:35:44- The butter will help - thicken the dish later on.

0:35:45 > 0:35:55- Add a touch of thyme but don't use - dry thyme.

0:35:56 > 0:36:06- Next, we have beef - marinated in wine and garlic.

0:36:06 > 0:36:13- I've kept the onions intact - and I haven't cut them.

0:36:13 > 0:36:18- You should leave this in the fridge - overnight.

0:36:18 > 0:36:28- Next, I'm going to add the meat.
