0:16:50 > 0:16:55- An hour later, Eric her boyfriend - phoned us to tell us...

0:17:03 > 0:17:08- A short time later, - the police phoned to tell us...

0:17:20 > 0:17:30- Myself, Richard, Katie and Lowri - were at home.
