0:01:56 > 0:01:59- Why do we suffer so much from lung - cancer?

0:02:18 > 0:02:22- The most common symptom is a - persistent cough...

0:04:39 > 0:04:41- I had a nagging feeling in my mind.

0:04:53 > 0:04:57- I smoked many years ago and I gave - up in 2006.

0:04:58 > 0:05:02- I was a smoker for 45 years and was - a heavy smoker.

0:06:02 > 0:06:04- I also had a PET scan in Cardiff.

0:06:06 > 0:06:08- It took a photograph of my body.

0:06:15 > 0:06:19- They were worried that the cancer - had spread.

0:06:31 > 0:06:34- The surgeon in Morriston - wanted the operation...

0:06:35 > 0:06:37- ..to be done in three weeks.

0:06:40 > 0:06:43- I have a bad heart - and I take tablets for it.

0:06:50 > 0:06:54- They wanted to sort my heart out - first before doing the surgery.

0:06:54 > 0:06:56- How do you feel now?

0:06:58 > 0:07:00- I feel wonderful now.

0:07:01 > 0:07:03- I do a lot of exercise now.

0:07:08 > 0:07:10- You can't stop me!

0:07:12 > 0:07:15- There are three things they do now.
